Abstract

Sistem informasi surat masuk dan keluar pada kantor camat adalah sistem yang dirancang untuk membantu proses administrasi surat masuk dan keluar. Sistem ini terdiri dari beberapa fitur seperti pencatatan surat, penyimpanan file surat, tampilan riwayat surat, pengaturan status surat, dan laporan surat. Dalam perancangan sistem ini, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan, rancang database, desain antarmuka, implementasi, pengujian, pelatihan, dan pemeliharaan. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi surat masuk dan keluar pada kantor camat ini, proses administrasi surat masuk dan keluar dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien. Sistem informasi surat masuk dan keluar pada kantor camat juga memiliki tujuan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dan kehilangan surat, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja, serta memudahkan pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat membantu dalam pengarsipan surat dan memungkinkan akses data secara cepat dan mudah. Dalam pengembangannya, diperlukan keterlibatan pengguna sistem agar sistem yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di kantor camat.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kependudukan adalah sebuah sistem informasi kependudukan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data penduduk secara efisien dan akurat di suatu wilayah. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web dan menggunakan teknologi terkini untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengolahan data. Sistem informasi kependudukan dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, sistem informasi kependudukan ini juga dapat mempermudah akses data penduduk oleh pihak yang berwenang.

Abstract

The Puskesmas of Siantan Tengah sub-district in Pontianak City is part of the organizational structure of the Pontianak City Health Office, which carries out health services for the community. Maternal and child health is of particular concern at Central Siantan Public Health Center, including health information services. However, at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic there was a decline in services due to people's fear of visiting the puskesmas. To solve this problem, various efforts have been made to improve maternal and child health services at the Central Siantan Public Health Center. The advancement of web-based information and communication technology is currently the focus of development. In this case the website can be a means of delivering information to the public. The information presented is in the form of maternal and child health services. With the presence of smartphones in the world today, website-based applications can be accessed via smartphones. With this community service, a website for maternal and child health services is produced which is expected to help improve maternal and child health services. The website can be accessed online, especially pregnant mother can access information related to maternal and child health at home. The conclusion from the results of this community service is that a website for maternal and child health services in the community of Central Siantan sub-district is produced which can help Puskesmas deliver information related to maternal and child health.

Abstract

Universities are providers of higher education that provide advanced education from secondary level to formal education. To carry out educational activities, universities need a set of organizational structures so that educational activities run well. Every quarter, all departments and work units are required to report their achievements based on the main performance indicators of higher education. The method used to report key performance indicators is by filling in the data in the Microsoft Excel application which has been created previously in template form. This becomes a problem when measuring performance in the following quarter, each department and work unit must copy the previous quarter's file and enter the same data plus new data. This becomes a problem when synchronizing data in Excel and in Google Drive. Sometimes the departments or work units that input data and supporting evidence are not careful so that the achievement data written in Excel is different from the supporting evidence that is uploaded. Another problem that arises is the limited Google Drive offline storage capacity, which is only 15 GB per account, while the supporting evidence uploaded may be more than that. Based on the problems above, this research proposes a solution by designing and building a web-based information system that is used to input data and measure the performance of higher education activities. This system was built using the waterfall software development method, using the Laravel framework based on the PHP programming language. The database in this system will use My SQL DBMS (Database Management System). The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based primary performance measurement application that can be used as a system for uploading IKU data which is then captured and calculated for its achievements. Abstract

Abstrak Aplikasi Agenda Kegiatan Pimpinan dan Manajemen Politeknik Negeri Pontianak berbasis web ini ditujukan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan jajaran Pimpinan dan Manajemen Polnep tersebut serta diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana yang memungkinkan civitas academica dan stakeholder untuk membuat janji temu. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan model Waterfall dengan tahapan-tahapan yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak yang ditujukan untuk mengumpulkan kebutuhan spesifik perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan, desain perangkat lunak termasuk struktur data, arsitektur perangkat lunak, representasi antarmuka dan prosedur pengodean, pembuatan kode program untuk menerjemahkan desain ke dalam program perangkat lunak, serta pengujian perangkat lunak dari segi lojik dan fungsional. Pengguna aplikasi ini adalah unsur pimpinan mulai dari Direktur dan jajaran Wakil Direktur, para Kepala Bagian, Kepala Pusat Penjaminan Mutu dan Pengembangan Pembelajaran, Auditor, Kepala Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, para Kepala Unit Penunjang Akademik, Kepala Unit Kerjasama, Koordinator Urusan Sumber Daya Institusi, Komunikasi dan Informasi, Kepala Kantor Urusan Internasional, Ketua Jurusan, Sekeretaris Jurusan, Koordinator Program Studi D-4, Koordinator Program Studi D-3, Koordinator Program Studi D-2, Koordinator Program Studi D-1, Kepala Laboratorium, Kepala Bengkel, Dosen, serta staf. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Laravel sebagai framework serta Maria DB untuk pengelolaan basisdatanya.

Abstract

At the Informatics Engineering Laboratory of Pontianak State Polytechnic, there is a fire detection system using smoke and heat sensors in certain rooms, while CCTV cameras are available throughout the room. Therefore, a fire detection system using CCTV cameras is proposed as an alternative fire detection tool to support sensor-based fire detection. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are a class of deep learning algorithms specifically designed for processing structured grid data, such as images. They are particularly effective in tasks related to image recognition and classification due to their ability to automatically learn spatial hierarchies of features from input images. This system works by processing video from CCTV cameras and classified using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model that has been previously trained to recognize visual signs related to fire on video from CCTV cameras. Detected fire will be sent a notification via the user's Telegram application. These results show that the system works as expected with an average confidence level of 91.9% accuracy and 20.8% loss. The system was successfully developed into a fire detection application using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model integrated with CCTV cameras and notification features via the Telegram application.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem klasifikasi mutu jeruk berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang memanfaatkan fitur tekstur, warna, dan bentuk untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi penyortiran jeruk siam Pontianak dari Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Jeruk siam dikenal sebagai komoditas bernilai tinggi dengan permintaan nasional dan internasional yang besar, tetapi penyortiran manual masih menjadi tantangan bagi petani. Dataset penelitian terdiri dari 500 gambar jeruk dalam tiga kategori mutu antara lain matang, belum matang, dan busuk, yang diambil menggunakan kamera Sony Alpha a5100 beresolusi tinggi dan dianotasi melalui LabelImg. Model YOLOv8 digunakan untuk deteksi dan klasifikasi, mencapai akurasi pada data uji rata-rata sebesar 96,89 % untuk kategori matang, belum matang, dan busuk, dengan nilai mAP@0.5 sebesar 0,993, precision 0.98, recall 0.97, dan F1-score 0.99. Visualisasi hasil deteksi menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam mengidentifikasi area penting pada jeruk berdasarkan tekstur, warna, dan bentuk, serta memberikan hasil klasifikasi yang optimal. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani meningkatkan efisiensi penyortiran jeruk, mengurangi beban kerja, dan memperluas daya saing produk di pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang segmentasi gigi individu telah banyak dilakukan dan memperoleh hasil yang baik. Namun, ketika dihadapkan kepada gigi overlap maka hal ini menjadi sebuah tantangan. Untuk memisahkan dua gigi overlap, maka perlu mengekstrak objek overlap terlebih dahulu. Metode level set banyak digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi objek overlap, namun memiliki kelemahan yaitu perlu didefinisikan inisial awal metode level set secara manual oleh pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan strategi inisialisasi otomatis pada metode level set untuk melakukan segmentasi gigi overlap menggunakan Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) pada citra panorama gigi. Tahapan strategi yang diusulkan terdiri dari preprocessing dimana di dalamnya ada proses perbaikan, rotasi dan cropping citra, dilanjutkan proses inisialisasi otomatis menggunakan algoritma HCA , dan yang terakhir segmentasi menggunakan metode level set. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diusulkan berhasil melakukan inisialisasi secara otomatis dengan akurasi 73%. Hasil evaluasi segmentasi objek overlap cukup memuaskan dengan rasio misclassification error  0,93% dan relative foreground area error 24%. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diusulkan dapat melakukan inisialisasi otomatis dengan baik. Inisialisasi yang tepat menghasilkan segmentasi yang baik pada metode level set.AbstractIndividual teeth segmentation has done a lot of the recent research and obtained good results. When faced with overlapping teeth, this is quite challenging. To separate overlapping teeth, it is necessary to extract the overlapping object first. The level set method is widely used to segment overlap objects, but it has a limitation that needs to define the initial level set method manually by the user. This research proposes an automatic initialization strategy for the level set method to segment overlapping teeth using Hierarchical Cluster Analysis on dental panoramic radiograph images. The proposed strategy stage consists of preprocessing where there are several processes of enhancement, rotation, and cropping of the image, Then the automatic initialization process uses the HCA algorithm and the last is segmentation using the level set method. The evaluation results show that the proposed strategy is successful in carrying out automatic initialization with an accuracy of 73%. The results of the overlap object segmentation evaluation are satisfactory with a misclassification error ratio of 0.93% and a relative foreground area error of 24%. The evaluation results show that the proposed strategy can carry out automated initialization well. Proper initialization results can perform good segmentation of the level set method.

Abstract

Diagnosis TB (tuberculosis) oleh tenaga kesehatan menjadi kunci penting dalam menemukan pasien baru TB. Diagnosis umum yang digunakan di Fasilitas Kesehatan (Faskes) TK 1 seperti puskesmas dilakukan dengan cara mewarnai spesimen dahak penderita dengan metode Ziehl-Neelsen untuk mendeteksi keberadaan Bakteri Tahan Asam seperti Mycobaterium tuberculosis penyebab TB. Namun pada praktiknya, penghitungan manual dengan bidang pandang terbatas pada mikroskop membutuhkan waktu pengerjaan yang cukup panjang. Dimasa pandemi covid19, efisiensi pengerjaan diagnosis harian termasuk pemeriksaan BTA harus ditingkatkan karena keterbatasan tenaga ATLM dilapangan yang turut bekerja menghadapi Covid19. Maka, pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan sebuah automated image analysis, atau analisis citra secara otomatis yang dapat menghitung jumlah bakteri yang tampak pada mikroskop. Proses pembuatan apusan BTA didapat 3 preparat yang menghasilkan data citra sebanyak total 171 citra. Noise pada citra dapat diatasi menggunakan metode CLAHE untuk memperbaiki kontras. Metode untuk pengolahan citra digital yang digunakan yaitu segmentasi HCA (Hiearcical Cluster Analysis) untuk memisahkah objek BTA dengan latar belakang. Hasil segmentasi dilakukan proses operasi morfologi untuk menghilangkan objek kecil selain objek BTA yang bekerja baik pada citra biner untuk mempermudah perhitungan jumlah bakteri. Metode HCA yang dikombinasikan dengan strategi seleksi objek dapat melakukan segmentasi objek BTA dengan baik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) sebesar 2.484  yang didapat pada saat threshold 0.11. AbstractDiagnosis of TB (tuberculosis) by health workers is an important key in finding new TB patients. The general diagnosis used in TK 1 Health Facilities (Faskes) is carried out by revealing a patient's sputum specimen using the Ziehl-Neelsen method to detect the presence of acid-fast bacteria such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which causes TB. However, in practice, manual calculations with a limited field of view on a microscope require a fairly long processing time. During the covid19 pandemic, the efficiency of daily diagnostic work including BTA examinations must be increased due to the limited ATLM personnel in the field who are also working to deal with Covid19. So in this research, an automated image analysis application will be proposed that can count the number of bacteria that appear on a microscope. The process of making smears of AFB obtained 3 preparations which produced a total of 171 images of image data. Noise in the image can be overcome using the gaussian blur filter and the CLAHE method to improve contrast. The method for digital image processing is the HCA (Hiearcical Cluster Analysis) segmentation method to separate BTA objects from the background. Pre-processed segmentation results using morphological operations that work well on binary images to simplify the calculation of the number of bacteria. The HCA method combined with the object selection strategy can segment BTA objects well. The evaluation results show an RMSE (Root Mean Squere Error) of 2,484 obtained at the 0.11 . threshold

Abstract

The current study aims to create an automated scoring system for archery target board using computer vision technologies. As archery has develop from a traditional practice to a competitive activity, the scoring procedures have become a crucial element. While the current manual scoring procedures are fallible and can be challenging for organizers. This study offers a solution to this issue by using YOLO v8 (You Only Look Once) architecture for real- time arrow recognition and scoring. The development process consists of dataset collecting, picture pre-processing, model training and implementation using 2 photos of the target boards with arrows. The computer processes the scores by calculating the distance from the center of the arrow to the selected scoring zones using Euclidean distance. System testing established a baseline accuracy of 67%. While users noted the system's processing efficiency (speed), this accuracy level highlights significant room for improvement. The results demonstrate the potential for applying computer vision to automate the archery scoring system, while simultaneously emphasizing the critical need for advanced model performance enhancements. This study serves as a preliminary step in exploring automated sport technology, expected to contribute to future refinements of the archery scoring system.
