Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras. Education is the main basis in the life of every human being, with a good education a good society will grow as well. In education, of course, it has a vision of various forms for the main goals to be achieved. The concept of the vision of education based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology is used as a model for the implementation of education in Indonesia in order to achieve the goals of education as a whole within the framework of the intellectual life of the nation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the four pillars of the vision of education in terms of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. Theoretically, the application of the four pillars of the vision of religion-based education provides spiritual reinforcement to always be submissive and obedient to the Shari'a and hold fast to self-confidence in carrying out life. Philosophically it teaches humans to be mature in acting and wise in behavior, psychologically teaches about gentleness in educating so that they can adjust between a person's condition according to their respective maturity, and sociologically it is taught to how humans are good at socializing well with the wider community through values. - educational values applied by educated beings. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with analytical methods based on a literature review in accordance with the discussion. With the implementation of the vision of education in terms of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology, it is hoped that it will be able to realize quality and highly competitive education and be able to realize the noble ideals of the Indonesian nation. Organizational culture in the education system in Indonesia needs to be realized. It is intended that the next generation of the nation, especially students, grow into a generation that is smart and has the character of a leader's soul who is ready to face the challenges of life in the future. The problems above require schools to develop a school culture, such as: a culture of discipline, a sense of responsibility, honesty, sincerity, learning ethos, the habit of solving problems rationally and so on. Related to school policy means dealing with the use of resources to the results obtained. Effectiveness is the utilization of resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure in a certain amount that is consciously determined beforehand to produce a number of goods of a certain quality on time. Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture have a complementary and reciprocal relationship in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Organizational culture greatly influences the organization's strategy formulation process, from strategy formulation to strategy implementation. The research method that the author takes is a literature review or literature study; which contains theories relevant to research problems. Literature review or literature study is an activity that is required in research, especially academic research whose main purpose is to develop theoretical aspects as well as aspects of practical benefits. So that by using this research method the author can easily solve the problem to be studied. The data collection method in this study was taken from data sources, which were taken from the literature of national journals. The results of the study with four literatures as references show that organizational culture plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of school organizations and the need for organizational culture to achieve an effective school organization Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Effectiveness, School Organizational Effectiveness

This study aims to find out the strategies used in the cash waqf movement for siroh books through social media in encouraging public participation in the Spirit Nabawiyah Community. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This method can be interpreted as one of the procedures in solving a problem under study by describing the subject or object in the research in the form of people, institutions, communities and others. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used is to expand the network (recruitment process) of community members who will become good connectors, then online class coaching activities are also held, as well as a continuous monitoring process that results in high public awareness to participate in the program. Technology is always developing in every generation, as is the case with modern times like today, information can be obtained easily through digital technology systems. Various advantages and benefits obtained by its users because it is more effective and efficient. This then makes digital service-based information a crucial need for society, so that the need for digital-based information technology is able to penetrate boundaries and space so that it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time. FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya has implemented changes from this technology and digitized applications to improve educational services to students. This study aims to find out what media/applications are used and how they are applied by FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya in educational services to students. The research used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach and analyzed through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study describe that the media / applications used by FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya are SIMAK and Website. FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students feel satisfied and very helpful from an administrative point of view on the educational services they have experienced. This study aims to analyze cases of State Vocational Schools that have implemented school management (MS) with the Balanced Score Card (BSC). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Amuntai. Data sources were obtained from: Educators, Education Staff, Students, and Student Parents, EDS Documents, and School Alumni Documents. The results showed that the overall performance of SMK Negeri 2 Amuntai was in the good category. The performance of the financial perspective obtains a good performance value, for 3E analysis, as a whole it does not meet the requirements only 2E, namely obtaining the title of very economical and efficient. For effectiveness, it has not met the requirements because it has received the title of less effective. External customer performance scores in the very good category. Internal customer satisfaction scores a pretty good category. While the performance of the internal business process perspective shows quite good performance. From the results of this study it is hoped that SMK Negeri 2 Amuntai (1) will improve performance in a perspective that is in the category of good enough to be good or very good, (2) the rating of school self-evaluation (EDS) should be increased so that it can obtain a rating above 2 maybe even it can reach a rating of 3. (3) school leaders should be more accommodating and creative in dealing with some educational staff who are dissatisfied with the situation and conditions that exist at SMK Negeri 2 Amuntai, so that performance is getting better. Madrasas are part of an educational organization that organizes education with Islamic characteristics. Madrasas continue to innovate and reform in their implementation, so that they become educational institutions that have advantages and are able to compete in the midst of globalization. the performance of teachers and the culture of the madrasa organization which is reflected in aspects of values and norms that are believed to be true, attitudes and behavior of madrasa residents, as well as all habits and traditions that are internalized with existing educational programs in madrasas. The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational culture of madrasas by referring to theoretical concepts, descriptive analysis in an effort to improve teacher performance. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data mining techniques through, documentation, interviews, and observation. Data is presented with a qualitative descriptive analysis. Respondents and informants in this study were madrasah heads and teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Cendekia Sangatta. The results of this study describe that the data that the researchers obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation related to the title of the study under study, namely "Madrasa Organizational Culture and teacher performance at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta, there are several research findings, namely Madrasah MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta emphasizes standard aspects pedagogic competence towards professional competence, which is driven by the values of discipline and togetherness towards a culture of quality, the values developed at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta are more towards the goals of National Education, namely the goals and vision and mission of the institution. The process of developing the madrasa organizational culture at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta emphasizes religion through the goals, vision and mission of the institution and the values of the pesantren and strong will, as well as the impact of organizational culture and teacher performance at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta namely: teachers begin to grow the value of work discipline, a growing sense of mutual respect and appreciation, students grow in more diverse achievements both in academic and non-academic fields, the community begins to grow interest and high societal trust. The thesis examined the learning strategies of Islamic Education in improving the students’ moral in in SD IT PUI Cibitung Tenjolaya. The aims of the study were to determine the learning strategies, describe the moral, as well as to analyze the impact of the learning strategies of Islamic Education teachers. The research was a qualitative descriptive study using spiritual, psychological, and pedagogical approaches. The data used were the primary and secondary data. The primary data sources were the school principal, vice principal, Islamic Education teachers, dormitory’s coaches, and other teachers. The secondary data sources were from the important documentation data, such as the school magazine, teachers’ and students’ data, as well as the data of infrastructure. The primary research instrument was the researcher himself, and it was developed by using observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation check. The data were then processed and analyzed through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results revealed that the learning strategies of Islamic Education used in SD IT PUI Cibitung Tenjolaya were inquiry, expository, cooperative, affective, and problem solving learning strategies, which involved a series of methods of exemplary, suggestion, question and answer, discussion, lecture, habituation, exercise, group work, assignment, punishment, and reward. The students’ moral was described by some assessment indicators such as their piety, discipline, relationship, hygiene, and responsibilities. As for the result of learning strategies against the students’ moral was well enough that they have started to be diligent in worship, discipline, responsible, relationship and self development, though it had not reached as expected, so the learning strategies should be further developed by looking for some learning strategies that can further improve the students’ moral
