Abstract

This research is motivated by an understanding of the importance of character education and its application to students in elementary schools. By adopting Mior Dadin as a philosophy that comes from the local wisdom of the Sikka community, this study aims to introduce Mior Dadin as a cultural treasure that needs to be preserved in its implementation to students in elementary schools. The research took place in several elementary schools in the Doreng District, which acted as pilot schools in the implementation of Mior Dadin. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that most pilot schools had made Mior Dadin the main activity for developing the character of students and used it as teaching material or teaching material for teachers in the classroom. Mior Dadin is also integrated with efforts to introduce and develop other local cultural elements, such as traditional games, cultural arts, and local crafts so that students can gain a lot of knowledge and skills that come from these cultural elements.

Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of a contextual approach in improving students' ability to calculate multiplication. The subjects of the study were grade III students of Waiara Catholic Elementary School. The data needed in this study are quantative and qualitative data consisting of learning outcomes data, observation results on learning implementation, learning outcomes assessment rubrics, and process assessment. These data are sourced from students and the school. Data analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to explain the success rate of students in calculating on the multiplication material. While a qualititative nalisis is used to explain changes in the behavior of students and researchers in the learning process. The results showed that the use of a contextual approach to multiplication material can improve the learning outcomes of grade III semester I students at Waiara Catholic Elementary School for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This is shown by the percentage of student completion of 76% in cycle I increased to 92% in cycle II.

Abstract

This research is a class action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of Papan M usi media in improving the ability of students to calculate KPK on fractional addition and subtraction materials in class V SDK Waiara students and to find out the results after applying musi board media to the material of addition and subtraction of fractions in class V students of SDK Waiara. The data needed in this study are quantative and qualitative data consisting of learning outcomes data, observation results on learning implementation, rubric of assessment of results and process assessment. These data are sourced from students and researchers. This data analysis is carried out using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to explain the success rate of students in searching for KPK on fractional addition and subtraction materials. Quality analysis is used to explain changes in the behavior of students and researchers in the learning process. The results showed that the use of Musi Board media in looking for KPK in the material of addition and subtraction of fractions can improve the learning outcomes of class V students in the first semester of SDK Waiara for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is shown by the percentage of student completion of 69.230% in cycle I increased to 92.31% in cycle II.

Abstract

This tudy aimed to improve learning outcomes to rewrite the content of fairytales using audio-visual media for grade III students at SDK Wegoknatar. This research employed classroom action research (CAR) designed to assist teachers (researchhers) in finding and solving learning problems that occur in class. This classroom action research was conducted in cycles, between cycle I and cycle II. The sample was 16 students. The result pointed out that after giving action for two cycles, the everage score of the test result of improving learning outcomes in rewriting the content of fairy tales using audio-visual media in the indonesian languege subject had increased. The frist meeting of Cycle I resulted in a score of 43.7% and the second meeting 62,5% meaning that not fullfilled the KKM. In the frist meeting of cycle II, the score increased by 87,5% and at the second meeting by 100% which also increased by 100%. The results implied that improving learning outcomes in rewriting fairy tales using audio-visual media in Indonesian subjects can be further applied to improve students’ learning achievement, especially in Indonesian language subjects.

Abstract

This study aimend to improve the learning Outcomes of addition material using smart tree media for 1students at SDK wegoknatar. This research employed clasroom action research ( CAR) which was designed to help teacher ( recearchers) in dinding and solving learning problems that occur in the classroom.This clasroom action research was conducted in cycles, between cycle 1 and 11. The pacticipants were 12 students. The results of the study indicated that after giving action for two cycles the average score of the test result of improving learning Outcomes in addition material using smart tree media in Mathematics subject had increased. The first meeting of the cycle 1 resulted in a score of 45%, and the second meeting 55% meaning that not yet reached the KKM. In the first meeting of cycle ll, there was an increase in value of 65%, and at the second meeting 95%. Thus, the learning Outcomes from cycle ll increased and were includded in the very good category or fulfilled the KKM. This indicated that improving learning Outcomes in Mathematic addition material by using smart tree media could be further applied to improve student learning achievement, especially in the mathematics subject.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to describe objects using media images in class II students at SDK Waiara. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) designed to help teachers (researchers) find and solve learning problems that occur in class. This class action research will be carried out in cycles, between cycles I and II. Presentation of completeness cycle I was 47.058% and cycle II increased to 94.177%. student achievement, especially in the subject of Indonesian describing objects. This shows that learning to improve the ability to describe objects using media images in Indonesian subjects can be further applied to improve student achievement, especially in Indonesian subjects describing objects

Abstract

This study aimid to improve vocabulary learning outcomes by using word cards for garde II student at Wegoknatar Private Elementary School. This research was a calsroom action research (rsCAR) which was designed to assist teacher (researche) in finding and solving problems that occurred in the classroom. This CAR was carried out in two cycles involving 15 grade II students. The results indicated that after giving action for the two cycles, the vocabulary learning results increased. In the first meeting of the cycle I the score was 37,86% and in the second meeting the score was 60% meaning that not yet reached KKM. In the first meeting of cycle II there was an increase of 90% and at the second meeting, it increased to 100%. This implied that the use of word card media was able to improve vocabulary learning outcomes

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDI Wolomapa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian siklus I pada proses pembelajaran dari aspek guru yaitu 66,6% dengan kategori cukup (C), dari aspek siswa yaitu 68% dengan kategori cukup (C) dan hasil tes belajar yaitu 62.5%. Sedangkan hasil penelitian siklus II pada proses pembelajaran dari aspek guru yaitu 80% dengan kategori baik (B), dari aspek siswa yaitu 78.8% dengan kategori baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar yaitu 79.17%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDI Wolomapa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendasari upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan memanfaatkan media kantong bilangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis McTaggart, yang memberikan arah sistematis dalam merancang dan menerapkan perubahan pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sembilan siswa Kelas II di SDI Wolomapa, yang menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya perbaikan hasil belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, wawancara, dan observasi, dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak penerapan media kantong bilangan. Temuan penelitian ini mencerminkan bahwa media kantong bilangan memiliki peran positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II pada mata pelajaran matematika. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan yang interaktif dan kreatif, media ini membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep matematika dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan motivasi mereka terhadap pembelajaran, dan mengoptimalkan partisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pemahaman kita tentang bagaimana media kantong bilangan dapat diintegrasikan secara efektif dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar, menawarkan alternatif yang menarik dan efisien untuk meningkatkan pencapaian akademis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini disebabkan karena rendahnya pencapaian hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas II SDN Wegoknatar. Melalui evaluasi awal, ditemukan bahwa dari 13 siswa yang diuji, sebanyak 9 siswa tidak mampu mencapai tingkat ketuntasan, sementara hanya 4 siswa yang berhasil melewati standar pencapaian tersebut. Guna mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian tindakan kelas yang didasarkan pada pendekatan lesson study diterapkan dengan memanfaatkan media puzzle pecahan sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penggunaan media tersebut dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II di SDN Wegoknatar. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan plan-do-see, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, terdapat peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan menjadi 4 orang. Pada siklus kedua, hasil tes mencatatkan peningkatan yang lebih baik, dengan 11 siswa berhasil mencapai ketuntasan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan puzzle pecahan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II di SDN Wegoknatar, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika di sekolah tersebut.
