Abstract

Pendekatan komunikatifmerupakanpendekatan yang berlandaskan pada pemikiranbahwakemampuanmenggunakanbahasadalamberkomunikasimerupakantujuan yang harusdicapaidalampembelajaranbahasa. Jadi pembelajaran yang komunikatifadalahpembelajaranbahasa yang memungkinkanpesertadidikmemilikikesempatan yang memadaiuntukmengembangkankebahasaan dan menunjukkandalamkegiatanberbahasabaikkegiatanproduktifmaupunreseptifsesuaidengansituasinyata, bukansituasibuatan yang terlepasdarikonteksTujuan dalampenelitianiniadalahpenerapan  strategi pembelajaran yang menarikdapatmeningkatkan dan mengembangkansituasi dan kondisipembelajarankhususnyadalammateri Bahasa Indonesia sehinggameningkatnyaproduktivitasmahasiswadalammenulis.Metode penelitanmerupakanpenelitiantindakankelas (PTK), makaprosedurpenelitianinisesuaidenganprosedurpenelitiantindakankelas yang dilakukandalam proses berdaur/ siklus. Setiapsiklusterdiridariperencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil daripenelitianiniadalahSetelahdilakukantesawalterhadapmahasiswa semester 2V PGSD UMNAW, ternyatadiperolehhasil 3300 bahwakemampuanmahasiswadalammenulismenunjukkanhanya3 mahasiswa  yangmampu (berhasil) A.dan 5 mahasiswadengannilaiB. Hal inimenunjukkanbahwatarafkemampuanmahasiswadalammenulisadalah 82,5 masihtergolongBaik. Dengandemikiandapatdisimpulkanbahwapenelitianiniadalah pada tesawalmahasiswamemiliki  total  jumlah 2675 dengannilai rata – rata 66 permahasiswainitermasukdalamkategoricukup, sedangakan pada siklus 1 mendapatkan  total penilaian  3162 dengan rata – rata  nilai 81 permahasiswa di kategori Baik sedangkansiklus II adapeningkatan yang di lihatdimana total jumlah 3300 dengan rata – rata 82,5maka dapat di simpulkanbahwasudah di kategori   Baik.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Microsoft Teams as a learning medium to improve the understanding of sociolinguistic concepts among Semester III A students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) Study Program at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University (UMN). The main focus of the study is to see the effectiveness of the Microsoft Teams platform in increasing participation, communicative interaction, and understanding of sociolinguistic content. The research method uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with a pretest–posttest design. The results of the study indicate an increase in student learning performance in the aspects of discussion participation, interactive engagement, and understanding of sociolinguistic material after the use of Microsoft Teams as a learning medium with a good category with an average score of 81.9. The results of the paired sample t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results of students' sociolinguistic understanding after the implementation of Microsoft Teams-based learning (t = 198.07; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the integration of digital collaborative applications can effectively support social context-based language learning.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini difokuskan pada penguatan efikasi diri dan kompetensi interpersonal tenaga pendidik melalui skema pelatihan kecerdasan intrapersonal. Melibatkan 13 partisipan, kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan edukasi teoretis dengan praktik reflektif melalui penggunaan jurnal, teknik mindfulness, serta simulasi peran (role-play). Pendekatan partisipatif yang diterapkan menjamin keterlibatan aktif subyek dalam setiap tahapan pelatihan. Data evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan skor sebesar 18,6 poin. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya transformasi paradigma di mana guru mulai menempatkan kesadaran diri sebagai fondasi utama kepercayaan diri. Implementasi metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan ketangkasan emosional dan keterampilan komunikasi profesional di lingkungan sekolah.
