Abstract

Belajar lempar lembing melalui media bola berekor. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian eksperimen dengan Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa kelas tingkat dua STKIP Pasundan Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah 60 mahasiswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas non kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil post-test dan pre-test, dan rubrik penilaian untuk menilai keterampilan dan hasil belajar. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif berbantu aplikasi SPSS-20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan proses dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran lempar lembing di STKIP Pasundan Cimahi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of plyometric training using boxes on the long jump achievement of students at STKIP Pasundan. The research method used to uncover these problems through the experimental method with pre-test design and post-test design. The sample of this study was 20 students from PJKR STKIP Pasundan Cimahi who participated in the Athletic UKM activities in STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. The study was conducted 3 meetings each week for 6 weeks. The instrument used is the long jump test which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using the T-Paired test. The results of the study revealed that there was a difference in effect between plyometric training programs using boxes and plyometric exercises that did not use boxes. Plyometric exercises using boxes have a more significant effect compared to plyometric exercises without using boxes on long jump achievements

Abstract

The background of this research is based on wanting to know the relationship between leadership support and infrastructure on the frequency of sports participation. It is important to realize that sports infrastructure and also support from leaders in facilitating it are urgently needed to conduct sports activities and are also expected to increase the frequency of sports participation, because without sports facilities and infrastructure it cannot develop. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of leadership support for sports infrastructure in increasing the frequency of sports participation. Data collection techniques are done by tests and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study showed that not all of the infrastructure in STKIP Pasundan met the standards, but were already worth using. The leadership support has also been there but it is still not firm and makes the existing participants do not maximize the existing infrastructure because of the busy working time of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the impact of Yongmoodo military martial sports on the self-confidence of TNI-AD members. The method used is the ex post facto method which is a research method used to solve or answer the problems faced in the current situation. The population in this study were members of the Indonesian Armed Forces in the Army Pangalengan. The sample used amounted to 27 people selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire with the number of questions used 35 questions with instrument reliability 0.893. The results of the test of significance level indicate that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 smaller than <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of Yongmoodo martial arts on the confidence of members of the Army. The results of processing the confidence percentage data were 91.78%, with sub-variables of confidence in self-ability 92.59%, optimistic 82.96%, objective 90.33%, and responsible 91.85%, rational and realistic 89, 38%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the yongmoodo military martial arts against the confidence of members of the TNI-AD SECATA, Pangalengan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gerakan teknik dan macam-macam komponen gerak dayung dragon boat secara biomekanik, yang dimana komponen gerak tersebut terdiri dari posisi siap, posisi masuk, posisi tarik/keluar, posisi kembali, posisi kayuhan dan kecepatan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang diteliti adalah senior dan junior UKM dayung STKIP Pasundan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, yang pertama analisis komponen gerakan dayung dragon boat, yang kedua mengetahui perbandingan gerakan dayung dragon boat. Meskipun dilakukan tes sebanyak dua kali dan sampel diberi perlakuan yang sama, tidak ada perbedaan antara senior dan junior UKM dayung dengan data hasil analisis tersebut. Dengan hasil dari analisis teknik tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu sumber pengetahuan yang berguna bagi pelatih, atlet, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan senam terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah di Puskesmas Paseh Desa Cipedes Kecamatan Paseh Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi-Experimental Design atau Eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pretest-Posttest control group design.Pengumpulan data kadar glukosa darah menggunakan glukometer yang diukur sebelum senam dan setelah senam, senam dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dalam satu minggu. Data diolah dengan program Microsoft Excel dengan uji t dengan α=0,05. Rata-rata kadar glukosa darah sebelum senam adalah 163 mg/dl dan rata-rata sesudah senam adalah 160,8 mg/dl. Hasil perhitungan uji t dengan nilai - T (- 1,167) < T (-0,607) < T (1,167) dan terbilang nilai T (1,167) lebih besar dari nilai T (-0,607). Yang artinya menunjukan bahwa Latihan Senam dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah secara signifikan pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Maka dari itu diharapkan kepada penderita diabetes mellitus agar selalu aktif dalam melakukan latihan senam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of using instructional media on the courage to learn volleyball underarm pass in Sekolah Luar biasa Citeureuo Cimahi. The method used is experimental research. The present study involved 12 students consisting 6 students in the experimental group and 6 students in the control group. To measure students’ was used while learning output is measured by a volleyball underarm pass test. Data analysis is conducted by paired test or t-test. There is an influence of the use of parachute as media on the courage in volleyball underarm pass. These findings showed that the use of parachute as media in volleyball match revealed to be effective in increasing deaf students’ courage.

Abstract

Abstract In physical education learning at schools, various instructional models are available, one of which is peer teaching. This model can be utilized as an assistive method in the teaching and learning process, particularly in physical education. The lack of effectiveness in physical education learning is often caused by the teacher’s inability to apply diverse teaching strategies, resulting in monotonous lessons and reduced student enthusiasm. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the peer teaching model on students' learning outcomes in underhand passing in volleyball at SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. This research employed an experimental method with a population consisting of two 10th-grade classes and a sample of 65 students. The independent variable in this study is the peer teaching learning model (X), and the dependent variable is the underhand passing skill (Y). The t-test results showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means there is a significant effect of the peer teaching model on the learning outcomes of underhand passing.   Keywords: Peer Teaching, Underhand Passing, Volleyball .
