Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship between leg muscles explosive power, arm muscles explosive power, and back muscles flexibility on volleyball spike skill toward physical education students of STKIP PasundanCimahi. The research method used in this study is survey method with the correlational design. This study is correlational. Based on the calculation, there is plural correlation coefficient gained between leg muscles explosive power (X1), arm muscles explosive power (X2), back muscles flexibility (X3), and spike skill (Y) shown by correlational coefficient Ry1.2.3.y = 0.458.Fcalculate= 7,34andFtablewere gained at the real level0.05 = 2.89 after the tests of significance was carried out. Thus the plural correlation between leg muscles explosive power (X1), arm muscles explosive power (X2), and back muscles flexibility (X3), together with the spike skill (Y) is significant.

Abstract

This research is aimed to develop a model of underarm passing in volleyball through traditional game’s basic movement approach. The method used for this learning method development is Research and Development (R & D) Development Method. By choosing SMPN III Parongpong in West Bandung Regency as the location of this study, this study is done through 8 stages: first, determining idea to develop; second, producing a design; third, evaluating,  improving and completing the text; forth, revising a product by the expert; fifth, a prototype  product done by taking product picture; sixth, prototype test, the test of subject field both in stage I and stage II test; seventh, revising a second product of which revision was done by an expert; eighth, producting a complete  to be the final product. From those stages, the result of the study is gained by first stage evaluation analysis of ten products. The total respondent score is resulted with data number = 123. Therefore, effectiveness of new teaching method in total = 123 : 144= 0,85 or 85%  from the expected criteria and based on stage II evaluation analysis by using numbered final product, the total respondent score is resulted with data number = 246. Therefore, the total effectiveness of teaching method = 246 : 288 = 0,85 or 85% from the expected criteria to fulfill valid criteria. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) Underarm passing learning model in volleyball through gatrik traditional game approach in SMPN 3 Parongpong is needed by Physical Education teachers and improving the learning process of underarm passing effectively and efficiently. (2) Application of the developed learning model will make students more motivated in joining learning process.

Abstract

The his research aims to develop a passing model under Volleyball through the basic motion approach of traditional gatric games. This research was conducted at SMPN III Parongpong, West Bandung Regency. The research and development of this learning model uses Research & Development (R & D) research development methods. This research was conducted in 8 steps, the first time it was determined was an idea that would be developed, the second product design, the third evaluation to improve and perfect the manuscript, the four revisions of product I, carried out by the relevant experts, the five prototype products, carried out with product image taking, sixth prototype testing, testing of field subjects both in phase I and phase II trials, the seven second product revisions, the revisions carried out by experts, the eight reproductions, the product refinement to get to the final product. From these stages, the results of the study were obtained with the first stage of evaluation analysis with ten products produced a total number of respondents obtained the amount of data = 123 Thus the effectiveness of the new teaching method as a whole = 123: 144 = 0.85 or 85% of criteria which is expected and based on the second phase of evaluation analysis using the final product amounted to the total score of the respondents produced. obtained amount of data = 246. Thus the effectiveness of the overall teaching method = 246: 288 = 0.85 or 85% of the expected criteria so that it meets valid criteria. Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that: (1) With the learning model of passing under volleyball through the traditional gatric game approach in junior high school, it is very much needed by physical education teachers and able to improve learning effectively and efficiently. (2) with the learning model that researchers have developed, students are more motivated and active in following the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to know the game of basketball, Futsal  and motivation of the creation was who were high performing against health condition in SMAN 1 Parongpong. The Methods used to uncover this problem is the experimental methods with the design factorial  2 x 2.  The sample using Cluster Random Sampling, the number of samples from 40 students. The Data using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and next exercise used test tukey. The study concluded that: (1), overall training with a basketball game better than futsal exercises the games for health condition student SMAN 1 Parongpong. (2) there is interaction between the big ball of achievement and motivation to, health condition (3) for learners who have high motivation, high achievers training with a basketball game better than with exercises futsal game against health condition student sman 1, lembang (4) for learners who have high motivation, low achievers there is no significant difference between training with a basketball game and exercise futsal game against student SMAN 1 Parongpong health condition. In other words the ability to their students could increase after these exercises, a basketball game futsal and motivation of students.Healthy  condition.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penguasaan teknik dasar, kekuatan otot lengan dan self confidence dengan keterampilan service pada permainan bolavoli. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolavoli berjumlah 32 orang, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling, maka sampel dalam penelitiannya adalah sebanyak 32 orang siswa yang mengikuti ekstarukurikuler bolavoli di SMK Abdi Negara Kota Tanggerang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah tes gerakan service atas, push and pull dynamometer test, kuesioner percaya diri dan tes AAHPER serving. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Penguasaan teknik dasar memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan service dengan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 70,5%. 2) Kekuatan otot lengan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan service dengan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 86,8%. 3) Self Confidence memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan service dengan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 87,6%, dan 4) Penguasaan teknik dasar, kekuatan otot lengan dan self confidence secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan service dengan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 94,6%. Penelitian ini memberikan indikasi bahwa faktor teknik, fisik dan mental merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk dimiliki seorang pemain bolavoli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Passing atas di STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalahan ini adalah metode model pengembangan Research & develoment (R & D) dari Borg dan Gall. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang siswa, 40 orang sebagai kelompok control dan 40 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini telah menjawab tentang efektifitas dari penghitungan diperoleh nilai F-hitung untuk kelas kontrol adalah 1,541 dan F-tabel = 4.091. F-hitung untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 1,017 dan F-tabel = 4,091 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa data tes awal dan tes akhir kelas eksperimen itu homogen. Berdasarkan perhitungan indeks gain, didapatkan bahwa gain untuk kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 0,705. Nilai ini diinterpretasikan termasuk kategori tinggi. Dengan kata lain kemampuan siswa pada dapat meningkat setelah diberikan pembelajaran Passing atas bola voli berbasis permainan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh metode pliometrik barrier hops, dan pliometrik knee truck jump pada hasil belajar lompat jauh berdasarkan daya ledak otot tungkai siswa di SMPN 3 Lembang yang terdiri dari 21 kelas dengan total siswa sebanyak 630 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalahan ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2 x 2. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri atas dua kelas terpilih. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of Varians (ANOVA) dan uji lanjut dengan Uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pemberian metode pliometrik barrier hops dan metode pliometrik knee tuck jump terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki daya ledak tinggi memiliki hasil yang lebih baik bila menggunakan metode pliometrik barrier hops. Begitupun kelompok siswa yang memiliki daya ledak rendah memiliki hasil yang lebih baik apabila menggunakan metode pliometrik barrier hops dibanding dengan knee tuck jump. Terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran pliometrik dan daya ledak terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu secara keseluruhan penerapan metode pliometrik barrier hops lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan metode knee truck jump apabila diterapkan pada hasil lompat jauh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kecemasan dan motivasi memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi atlet bola voli PBV Pasundan di masa pandemi covid-19 Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan korelasional, populasi dalam penelitian ini atlet PBV Pasundan yang berusia 19 tahun berjumlah 12 atlet, teknik sampling meggunakan purposive sampling, adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah 12 orang. Instrument menggunakan angket kuisioner dengan skala likert, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data statistika dengan berbantuan aplikasi spss versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dengan prestasi atlet, dengan kata lain semakin bisa ditanggulangi serta diminimalisir kecemasan setiap atlet maka akan memiliki kecenderungan dapat meningkatkan prestasi atlet itu sendiri terhadap tim. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan prestasi atlet, dengan kata lain semakin tinggi motivasi atlet untuk berprestasi maka memiliki kecenderungan dapat meningkatkan prestasi atlet itu sendiri terhadap tim. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dan motivasi dengan prestasi atlet PBV Pasundan.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalahan ini adalah metode pengembangan Research & develoment (R & D) dari Borg dan Gall. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang siswa, 40 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 40 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen.
