Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi bagi seorang guru kepada siswa/siswi. Perangkat ajar memanfaatkan komputer untuk menyampaikan materi-materi yang akan diajarkan biasa disebut CAI (Computer Aided Instruction). Penyampaian materi yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMP DB 1 Kota Jambi khususnya dalam pelajaran seni budaya masih menggunakan metode menerangkan dan memberikan tugas, sementara siswa/i hanya mencatat dan mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Tentunya hal ini menyebabkan siswa/i merasa sulit untuk memahami materi dan kebanyakan diantaranya terjadi kesalahan persepsi tentang materi tersebut. Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis multimedia dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan siswa/i dalam memahami materi yang di ajarakan oleh guru. Dan yang terpenting semua orang dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran ini, karena tampilan yang dirancang semenarik mungkin dan mudah untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Inflammation is the response of the body to injury and infection characterized by swelling, heat, pain, and redness. This study aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Aaptos sp. ethanolic extract to plasma interleukin (IL)-1β level of Wistar male rats. Aaptos sp. was macerated with 96% ethanol for 3 x 24 hours. Inflammation was induced with administration of 1% carrageenan intraplantarly. Animals were divided into 5 treatment groups, i.e., positive control  (diclofenac sodium 3598 ppm); Aaptos sp extract 50 ppm; Aaptos sp extract 100 ppm Aaptos sp extract 200 ppm; and negative control (0.5% Na CMC). After 1 hour, blood was collected and assayed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. The results showed that plasma IL-1β levels of animals were decreased by Aaptos sp ethanolic extract. The administration of 50 ppm of extract showed no significant difference (p>0.05)  in IL-1β level in first and second hour measurement, but indicated a statistically significant decrease after three hour (p<0.05). The administration of 100 ppm of extract showed no significant difference (p>0.05) in every hour. Significant reduction was observed in the administration of 200 ppm of extract, but the elevation of IL-1β levels was also observed at third hour measurement. In conclusion, ethanolic extract of Aaptos sp. had anti-inflammatory activity and its effective dose was 50 ppm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) partially the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. 2) The simultaneous influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on the performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. This research was conducted on employees of the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 32 employees of the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. This means that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline are able to improve the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. Partially, it shows that the leadership style variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of educational administration and academic supervision on teacher performance at MAN 1 BintanRiau Islands. This research approach uses survey research. The time of the research was carried out starting in March 2021. The research population was 30 lecturers who taught at MAN 1 Bintan Kijang, Riau Islands. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the census method where the population acted as a sample. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant effect of education administration individually (partial) on teacher performance at MAN 1 BintanRiau Archipelago, with tcount = 0.258 < ttable = 1.99. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of individual (partial) academic supervision on teacher performance at MAN 1 BintanRiau Islands, with tcount = 2.397 > ttable = 1.99. 3) There is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect of education administration and academic supervision on teacher performance at MAN 1 BintanRiau Islands, where Fcount = 15,467 > Ftable = 2.73. Abstract

Dalam kajian ini penulis mencoba mengangkat pengelolaan pondok pesantren dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Agama Islam. Yang menjadi kajian dalam tulisan ini adalah pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Pesantren. Metode peneliitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini lebih dideskripsikan dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kondisi penelitian. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Dari hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pesantren dalam mengembangakan pendidikan agama Islam memiliki dua model pengembangan, yaitu: pesantren Salaf yang masih memiliki nilai-nilai tradisi sistem pendidikan Islam masa lampau dengan menggabungkan sistem baru seperti madrasah dan pesantren khalaf atau modern dengan sistem pengelolaan modern namun memasukkan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam manajemennya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on student learning achievement and extracurricular participation among fifth and sixth-grade students in Tondong Tallasa Sub-district, Pangkep Regency. A total of 64 students from three elementary schools were involved as research participants. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the path analysis method to assess causal relationships between variables. The findings reveal that responsible use of social media significantly enhances student achievement and promotes active involvement in extracurricular activities. Future research could explore the impact of social media across broader demographic groups and investigate its long-term effects on student academic and personal development.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of transformational leadership of school principals in enhancing the instructional quality of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Satap Bungoro, Pangkep Regency, Indonesia. The research addresses three main problems: (1) how the principal's transformational leadership contributes to improving teacher performance in the classroom, (2) what strategies or actions the principal undertakes to elevate instructional practices, and (3) what supporting and inhibiting factors influence the process. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving the school principal and five teachers. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the principal's transformational leadership plays a critical role in instructional improvement, marked by five key practices: presenting an inspiring leadership vision, encouraging professional growth, providing support and empowerment to teachers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture, and delivering constructive feedback and evaluation. The strategies employed include the integration of the Merdeka Curriculum, mentoring and coaching of teachers, and fostering pedagogical understanding. Supporting factors include well-organized school and classroom environments and cleanliness, while the primary obstacles consist of limited funding, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of strong teacher collaboration. In conclusion, transformational leadership contributes significantly to teacher development and improved instructional quality, especially in schools facing resource limitations. The study emphasizes the need for proactive leadership to overcome structural barriers and support effective teaching and learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of learning attitudes, student ethics, and peer interaction on entrepreneurial attitudes among Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 6 Bulukumba. A quantitative research method was applied with a saturated sampling technique involving 49 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, and F-test in SPSS 26. The results show that each independent variable—learning attitude, ethics, and peer interaction—has a significant positive impact on students’ entrepreneurial attitudes. Collectively, these variables also significantly influence entrepreneurial behavior. The study emphasizes the importance of academic, ethical, and social factors in promoting entrepreneurial mindset in secondary education settings.
