Abstract

PIP atau biasa disebut Program Indonesia Pintar adalah program yang dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk siswa yang kurang mampu untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, biasanya pemberian yang didapat berupa perluasan akses, kesempatan belajar serta uang tunai. Untuk menjalankan program pemerintah dengan baik, setiap sekolah harus ikut serta dalam melakukan penyaluran, membantu siswa yang membutuhkan dan harus mengetahui siapa saja yang layak mendapatkannya, di SMPN 1 Trawas dalam proses pemberkasan masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan berkas ke petugas belum lagi untuk melihat layak atau tidak layaknya siswa yang mengajukan petugas terkadang kurang teliti, sehingga dianggap kurang efektif jika melihat layak atau tidak layak tanpa perhitungan apapun. Dengan masalah diatas maka peneliti membuat rancangan dengan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempermudah siswa dan petugas dalam menerima berkas serta mengukur tingkat kelayakan siswa dalam mendapatkan penerimaan PIP untuk simulasi perhitungan penerima beasiswa PIP di KEMENDIKBUD. Dengan menggunakan sebguah metode, akan membuat keputusan menjadi lebih baik dan lebih akurat, dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akurat dan tepat untuk mendapat kandidat yang terbaik melalui beberapa kali proses perhitungan. Dari hasil penelitian dan telah diuji menghasilkan sistem yang dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsi dan telah diuji dengan menggunakan blackbox testing dan hasil mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 73,19% dan bisa dikatagorikan kriteria interpensi skor kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation analysis of the MBKM Program which includes the role of students, the role of lecturers and the role of partners in the success of the MBKM-KKNT program. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and questionnaires. The data was obtained from an independent team that directly recorded the suitability of the roles of students, lecturers and partners. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and correlation. Respondents in this study were students, lecturers and partners with a total of 46 people. The results of this study: (1) Students contributed 37%, 2) Lecturers contributed 37% and 3) Partners contributed 26%. The role of students is dominated by the aspect of students being able to communicate well with all parties and students having a high work ethic. The role of the lecturer in the implementation aspect makes a significant contribution where the Study Program's Work Instructions on MBKM can help implement MBKM activities in the field. Meanwhile, the aspect of Study Program facilities facilitates MBKM-KKNT activities well. While the role of Partners is more dominated by the MBKM-KKNT work factor which has a positive impact on the village community and Cooperation related to Thematic KKN can be continued considering that MBKM-KKNT activities are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

One of the shortcomings of Ar-Riyadh travel is the lack of integration with sophisticated information technology. Companies face problems because the travel booking system still relies on manual processes. Customers make travel reservations via WhatsApp by contacting the travel operator, which is not yet computerized, thereby presenting the risk of loss and damage to data in stored archives. The aim of this research is to design a web-based Ar-Riyadh travel booking information system using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research results show that this system has succeeded in making it easier for users to implement the travel booking information system and making the booking process easier.

Abstract

The use of information technology in modern times like today is very much needed to support various activities, one form of information technology that is often used to support business operations is through the use of websites. Florist Hari Melati is a flower shop that has been established for decades, but this florist still uses a manual ordering system. The system that still uses this manual method causes various obstacles and problems for each user in the system. Based on these problems, a Florist Order Management Information System was formed with a prototype method that aims to assist in data management and order transactions. The results obtained from the User Acceptance Test showed that 91.13% of respondents agreed that this system could have a positive impact on florist management and could also support the ordering system at the Hari Melati Florist.

Abstract

Internship is a process to apply the knowledge or competencies acquired during the academic period directly in the working environment. The Information Systems Program at PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang is one of the programs that require all students to take Internship courses. The effective implementation of an internship program requires a solution that can provide timely monitoring and reporting, as well as transparency regarding the internship activities of students. Based on these issues, an Internship Monitoring Information System is designed to address these problems in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing internship program activities. This Internship Monitoring System is built using ­­the CodeIgniter Framework and follows the Prototyping development model. From the research results, an application in the form of an Internship Monitoring Information System is generated, which can monitor students' internship activities. The results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with an overall average score of 93.17% indicate that the designed Internship Monitoring System can assist in managing the internship program in the Information Systems Program at UNIKAMA.

Abstract

The processing of tamarind turmeric as a traditional herbal drink has great potential for development in Indonesia. However, MSME actors still face various challenges, such as limited technology, low production efficiency, and restricted market access. This research aims to analyze the role of digitalization in enhancing the added value and quality of processed turmeric products in the era of Industry 4.0. Digitalization not only accelerates the production process through automation but also ensures better quality standards, including in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and product consistency. The purpose of this activity is to help resolve the issues faced by the MSME Tirtha Shanum, specifically regarding the production of turmeric and tamarind products. The approach offered to assist partners with their issues is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). The steps of the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach are characterized by socialization, discussion, and hands-on training practices. The research location was determined purposefully, namely the Tirtha Shanum MSME. Based on the results of this study, digitalization has proven to be an effective solution in enhancing efficiency, quality, and market access for processed tamarind products. Thus, digitalization becomes an important step in the development of tradition-based products that can compete in the modern era.

Abstract

Model rambut merupakan salah satu penunjang penampilan seseorang. Pada umumnya referensi rambut yang disediakan oleh barbershop berupa foto model rambut yang dipajang pada dinding sehingga customer dapat memilih model sesuai dengan pilihannya. Hal tersebut kurang bisa menggambarkan model rambut yang cocok untuk customer. Untuk memberikan solusi pada hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan aplikasi simulasi model rambut menggunakan Augmented Reality. Untuk membangun aplikasi tersebut menuggunkana metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) pada metode ini terdapat beberapa langkah yaitu (a) pengonsepan; (b) desain, pada tahap desain peneliti membuat rancangan materi, membuat flowchart, dan membuat storyboard; (c) pengumpulan bahan, tahap ini peneliti mengumpulkan berbagai foto model rambut dan referensi model rambut; (d) pembuatan atau assembly pada tahap ini membutuhkan aplikasi blender untuk membuat gambar 3D dan aplikasi unity untuk menerapkan model 3D dan menerapkan augmented reality; (e) tahap uji coba dilakukan untuk mengecek fungsi dari dan cara kerja aplikasi yang telah dibuat; (f) tahap distribusi merupakan tahap ahir setelah dilakukan uji coba dan semua fungsi aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan sempurna kemudian siap digunakan pada Babershop. Dari seluruh tahapan metode MDLC berhasil membuat sebuah aplikasi simulasi model rambut menggunakan Augmented Reality.

Abstract

The UMKM actors will get value added to the results of their business when the management of the output of production is done in a proper and correct way. Good added value can be seen in good production outputs, attractive packaging, healthy, hygienic, safe, and have a lot of flavor variations and are acceptable to the wider market. In addition to value added, product quality also has a very important role for every entrepreneur in running their business. Product quality is among the relatively most influential aspects of product purchase decisions. The objective of this activity is to help solve the problem of UMKM Tirtha Shanum, which is the production of crocodile processing. The approach offered to help partner issues is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approaches are characterized by socialization, discussion, and practical training in person. Product processing innovations evolved by creating a variety of processed products based on crocodile tongue. UMKM Tirtha Shanum also processed the crocodile tongue plant into a coconut tongue beverage with bottle and cup siller packaging, candy crocus tongue packaging tubes toples and standing pounc window ziplock sealer, and coconut Tongue powder packaging paper standing Pounc.

Abstract

CV. OKTA is a printing company engaged in packaging production. The company faces several issues, including poor recording of customer orders, lack of proper tracking of raw materials used during the production process, and unrecorded production outputs. These problems can disrupt production activities and potentially lead to significant losses if not addressed. To overcome these challenges, an Information System was developed using the Prototype Method, which involves thorough analysis to gather requirements and generate system concepts. This method includes five main stages: Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The resulting Production Process Information System can be accessed by Admin, PPIC, Operator, and Owner, with all stages from start to finish being recorded in the system. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and Laragon as the database environment. The results of the study show that the system functions effectively and supports the operations of CV. OKTA, achieving an average User Acceptance Test (UAT) score of 93.23%.

Abstract

The web-based fish auction management information systemwas designed to address various problems arising from manual transactionmanagement at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) of Sendangbiru Hamlet, MalangRegency. The continued reliance on manual processes leads to calculationerrors, loss or damage of documents, and is time-consuming in transaction management, particularly in the lengthy and error-prone process of note creation. Each transaction requires the manual creation of several types ofnotes, thereby increasing the possibility of human error and the accumulationof unpaid notes. In this research, a User-Centered Design (UCD) approachalso using tools like MySql as main database and CodeIgniter framework wasused to ensure that the developed system truly aligns with the needs of users,such as fishermen, traders (bakul), and TPI managers. Evaluation using UserAcceptance Test (UAT), UAT evaluation results showed that the designedsystem meets feasibility criteria with high percentages in the aspects ofusability (87.5%), portability (94.38%), reliability (97%), business processsuitability (83.75%), and performance (91.87%). System show that the fishauction transaction process becomes faster, more transparent, and accurate,and it reduces the risk of errors that occur in the manual system. This systemprovides easier access for fishermen and traders to monitor transactions,simplifies data and information management for TPI managers. Thus, theimplementation of this system is improving the quality of fish auctionmanagement at TPI Sendangbiru Hamlet.
