Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Kegiatan sekolah PAUD saat ini banyak yang mengaplikasikan sistem Sentra salah satunya adalah pada metode belajar BCCT. Pendekatan BCCT merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang ideal untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran anak usia dini. Metode belajar BCCT memperkaya pengalaman  bermain anak, merangsang kemampuan sosial dan emosional pada anak usia prasekolah dan berpengaruh positif pada perkembangan intelektual anak. Penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai dengan dunia anak akan dapat memfasilitasi perkembangan berbagai potensi dan kemampuan anak secara optimal serta tumbuhnya sikap dan perilaku positif yang mendukung pengembangan berbagai potensi dan kemampuan anak tersebut, namun sebaliknya kekeliruan dalam menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran dapat menghambat potensi anak secara optimal dan menumbuhkan persepsi -persepsi yang keliru pada anak tentang aktivitas belajar itu sendiri. Penerapan metode belajar BCCT(Beyond Centers and Circles Time) dalam mengembangkan interaksi sosial anak usia dini di sekolah PAUD Anggrek Bandung. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan terkait bagaimana penerapan metode belajar BCCT (Beyond Centers and Circles Time) dalam mengembangkan interaksi sosial anak usia dini di sekolah PAUD Anggrek Bandung.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy industry in addition to the national sphere needs to also be accompanied by strengthening in regions in Indonesia which are considered to actually know their true potential to be used as opportunities by local governments so that they can contribute to the amount of national economic income. As one of the areas in Indonesia which is located in the province of West Java, namely the city of Bandung. The city of Bandung has been known as a Creative City because there are many creative economic actors developing in all production sectors such as culinary, tourist destinations, music, fashion, etc. which have very high added value so that they are  able to compete in local and foreign markets. The role of multi stakeholders to implement the main program or policy to realize the goals of Collaborative Governance among 30 sub-districts throughout the city of Bandung which is connected to the direction of the policy of the City of Bandung which is collaborated on an ongoing basis accompanied by a series of norms, principles, and rules in decision making with the private sector, elements of the community, small and medium business actors towards the industrial sector at a macro level

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Employee Performance Assessment in Bappeda Pangandaran Regency. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with informants who were considered to know the research problems. The results of this study show: first, from the dimension of work results where the implementation of the work given by each employee is quite good. Second, from the dimension of work skills from the indicators of responsibility the employees always complete their work on time, from the indicators of good cooperation it can be seen from the establishment of good cooperation between employees and creating conducive conditions. Third, from the dimension of work discipline, compliance with regulations is also quite good but there are some employees who still don't comply with the rules. Fourth, from the potential dimension, in increasing job duties there are still employees who have not been able to complete more difficult tasks. in complying with the rules is also quite good but there are some employees who still do not comply with the rules.
