Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between self-efficacy and communication skills possessed by Sociology Study Program students. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and student communication skills, with the assumption that the stronger the self-efficacy, the stronger the student's communication skills and vice versa. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The sample in this study was 31 students and the population was students of the Sociology Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. The results of the study found a relationship between self-efficacy and student communication skills with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 and the Pearson correlation is 0.748. These results prove that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and student communication skills, and the relationship is positive. This implies that the higher the value of self-efficacy, the value of communication skills will also increase and vice versa. It is recommended that future researchers explore the level of self-efficacy and communication skills in more diverse populations._____________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan keterampilan komunikasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa Prodi Sosiologi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara efikasi diri dengan keterampilan komunsikasi mahasiswa, dengan asumsi semakin kuat efikasi diri maka semakin kuat kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa dan sebaliknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 mahasiswa dan populasinya adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Sosiologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa dengan Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 dan korelasi Pearson adalah 0,748. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa, dan hubungannya positif. Hal ini mengandung arti bahwa semakin tinggi nilai efikasi diri maka nilai keterampilan komunikasi juga akan meningkat begitu pula sebaliknya. Direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat efikasi diri dan keterampilan komunikasi pada populasi yang lebih beragam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model komunikasi yang digunakan dalam penanaman kecakapan hidup di Pondok Pesantren Al Hamid yang terletak diJakarta Timur. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan merupakan kurikulum terpadu yang mencakup muatan keagamaan, muatan umum, dan kecakapan hidup. Kecakapan hidup tersebut meliputi bakat pribadi, kecakapan sosial, kemampuan akademik, dan kecakapan kerja. Pengembangan keterampilan pribadi dicapai dengan melakukan kegiatan seperti menghadiri kuliahumum, mengikuti muhadhoroh (pertemuan keagamaan Islam), berlatih pencak silat (seni bela diri Indonesia), dan berolahraga. Himpunan Mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari organisasi kemahasiswaan, muhadatsah, dan pramuka, memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pengembangan keterampilan sosial. Mempelajari Alquran, Hadits, dan kitab Salaf (Kitab Kuning) meningkatkan kemampuan akademik seseorang. Program pertanian terpadu digunakan untuk mendorong perolehan keterampilan kejuruan. Pola komunikasi linier terlihat pada kuliah umum dan kegiatan muhadhoroh (wacana). Paradigma komunikasi interaksional diwujudkan melalui kegiatan muhadatsah yang melibatkan partisipasi dalam perbincangan dan mempelajari kitab-kitab sepertiAl-Quran, Hadits, dan Salaf. Pola komunikasi transaksional digunakan dalam kegiatan kepanduan, organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan pendidikan pertanian.

Abstract

The ability to understand the mathematical concepts of learners is important. However, some existing research suggests that understanding of the mathematical concepts of learners is still low. The low understanding of the mathematical concepts of learners is allegedly caused because students are still difficult in solving math problems and less active in the process of learning in class. The implementation of the heuristic vee expenditure strategy is expected to improve the problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of heuristic vee learning strategy on the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of learners. This research type used Quasi-Experiment Design research and sampling technique used is Probability Sampling method with Random Sampling technique. Hypothesis test used in this research is the t-test. The result of statistical test shows that the value of t_hitung based on the calculation obtained t_hitung = 2.096, and t_table = 1.998 so t_hitung>t_table, with a real level of 0.05, in other words, it can be concluded that the students' mathematical concept understanding that expected heuristic vee learning strategy better from the conceptual comprehension ability applied by the lecture method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan Islami dan motivasi kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bankaltimtara Kantor Cabang Syariah Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Sampel dari penelitian adalah 107 karyawan tetap Bankaltimtara Kantor Cabang Syariah Samarinda periode 2023. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepemimpinan Islami terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bankaltimtara Kantor Cabang Syariah Samarinda. Selain itu, motivasi kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bankaltimtara Kantor Cabang Syariah Samarinda. Lingkungan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bankaltimtara Kantor Cabang Syariah Samarinda.

Abstract

In order to help leaders develop the quality of the Ahlul Qur'an Tahfizh House, this study tries to ascertain how the dimensions of social sensitivity, social insight, and social communication have actually been implemented. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design and used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection methods. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are the stages of analysis used. The results of this study indicate that: first, there is an actualization or real embodiment of the social sensitivity dimension in the form of empathy, social sensitivity, showing respect and giving appreciation to ustadz/ustadzah and students of the Tahfizh Ahlul Qur'an House. Second, there is the actualization of the social insight dimension in the form of the ability to handle the problems faced. Third, there is the actualization of the social communication dimension in the form of the ability to establish communication with the residents of the Ahlul Qur'an Tahfizh House in order to achieve the goals of the institution. These forms of actualization are a way to be able to develop the quality of the Ahlul Qur'an Tahfizh House.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of employee support policy effectiveness, collaborative leadership, and work rewards on organizational innovation in the manufacturing industry in West Java. Using a quantitative analysis approach, data was collected from 135 employees across various manufacturing firms. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to analyze the relationships between the variables. The results reveal significant positive relationships between employee support policy effectiveness, collaborative leadership, work rewards, and organizational innovation. The findings underscore the importance of prioritizing employee well-being, fostering collaborative leadership practices, and implementing effective reward systems to promote innovation within organizations. These insights offer valuable implications for managerial practices and strategies aimed at enhancing organizational innovation and competitiveness in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an effective and valid local wisdom game Mpa'a Gopa used by schools in the learning process. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages which include: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. The results of research on the development of the Mpa'a Gopa Game: a) Assessment of all aspects by material expert validators with an average total score of 77 aspects so that it is included in the appropriate category with an average score of 4.52. Assessment of all aspects by media expert validators with an average total score of 39 aspects assessed, so that it is included in the appropriate category with an average score of 4.33. b) Local wisdom based on the Mpa'a Gopa game is suitable for use in the context of thematic learning, especially Indonesian language material with stories in class IV SDN 1 DENA. This is based on the overall assessment of the student response aspects with an average total score of 42.5 which is included in the very feasible category with an average score of 2.82. c) The effectiveness of local wisdom products based on the Mpa'a Gopa game is effectively used. This is based on more than half of the students, namely 16 out of 30 students experienced an increase in language skills.

Abstract

Digitalization is an important strategy for MSMEs in increasing competitiveness and reaching a wider market. Cakeandme Cookies, an MSME located at Jl. Tosaren 2 RT 19 RW 07, Kediri, faces challenges in introducing its products to new customers due to limited access to information about business locations. This community service activity aims to help the MSME increase its business visibility by creating a business location on Google Maps. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with stages of socialization, mentoring, and direct implementation in creating and optimizing business profiles. The results of the activity show that after registering on Google Maps, there was an increase in the number of location searches and visits to the store. Digitalization of business locations has proven effective in increasing accessibility and customer trust in the brand. This implementation is expected to be a model for other MSMEs in adopting digital technology.
