Abstract

AMIK HASS Bandung is a private college that has an Informatics Management study program. AMIK HASS Bandung is divided into several parts of the work, one of which is the library section. The process of borrowing and searching books in this library is still done by recording and searching on the documents that have been provided so that the process of borrowing and searching books takes less time than the need for an application that helps the loan process and search books more effectively and the results of reports are quick, precise and accurate. In this study, the analysis and design of the system used the approach of object models namely Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. In addition, the authors also used data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and library studies related to this research and the software used is PHP and MySQL. Development results can assist the library in managing transaction data in the library.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berbasis berbasis website di Indonesia semakin dirasakan keberadaannya dalam menunjang kegiatan-kegiatan sehari-hari. Setiap semester mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi X melakukan bimbingan akademik atau kegiatan perwalian dengan melakukan pengisian Kartu Rencana Studi yang didampingi Dosen Wali untuk mengambil matakuliah yang akan dilaksanakan pada semester tersebut. Pencatatan data perwalian yang dilakukan bagian akademik masih menggunakan pencatatan konvensional, sehingga pengolahan data perwalian tidak efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam menggambarkan kebutuhan fungsional dan spesifikasi aplikasi sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Sehingga pada proses pembangunan dan implementasi aplikasi sistem dapat tergambarkan dengan jelas. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan aplikasi sistem pengeloaan data perwalian maka sistem dapat meringankan kinerja bagian akademik dalam melakukan proses perwalian, membantu dalam melakukan proses pencarian data perwalian yang dibutuhkan dan membantu proses pembuatan laporan perwalian untuk mahasiswa yang lebih terperinci.

Abstract

Laundry adalah jasa binatu (laundry) dengan biaya jasa yang kompetitif dan terjangkau. TeamClean Laundry berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dan memiliki beberapa outlet dalam melayani jasa laundry di Bandung. Pendataan layanan transaksi yang dilakukan belum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi sehingga sering terjadinya ketidakakuratan data transaksi. Selain itu, masalah yang terjadi tidak adanya aplikasi bantu untuk melakukan monitoring operasional layanan. Sehingga cucian yang masuk dan keluar dapat dimonitoring secara real time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi TeamClean Laundry yang terintegrasi meliputi monitoring operasional layanan, kelola data pengguna, kelola data outlet, kelola data paket, kelola layanan laundry dan kelola laporan transaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang terdiri dari fase Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop dan Implementation. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi yang telah dilakukan aplikasi TeamClean Laundry dapat melakukan pencatatan data transaksi dengan baik, monitoring operasional layanan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memantau cucian yang masuk dan keluar. Selain itu, laporan transaksi setiap outlet dapat disusun secara periodik, sehingga pemiliki jasa laundry dapat memperoleh informasi income secara real time.

Abstract

This research aims to create a web-based purchasing application. With the current purchasing system, there are often errors in data processing and also difficulties in searching for documents because there is no use of databases in the system. Therefore, an application is needed in the management of web-based purchasing data with the warerfall development method. While the analysis and design of the application is done with an object-oriented approach described by UML notation. This system is made using the php programming language and MySql database, the result of this research is the creation of a web-based data processing application that can be used by companies to facilitate the data processing process.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a person's opinion or view of a particular object that produces positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. The government's effort during the COVID-19 pandemic is to call for the implementation of a booster vaccination program to the public. Based on this, it produces several public sentiments, some of which are uploaded on the Twitter social media platform, which generate positive and negative sentiments. To find out the classification of public sentiment, the researchers carried out calculations using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes Classifier methods. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the public sentiment was positive at 98% and negative at 2%. This means that the community is enthusiastic and supports the booster vaccination program. Then the comparison based on the calculation results, namely the K-Nearest Neighbor method with a K value of 3 resulting in an accuracy calculation of 97.33% and using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method, an accuracy calculation of 97.35% can be generated. So it can be seen that using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method has a higher accuracy than the K-Nearest Neighbor method.

Abstract

PT Trans Berjaya Khatulistiwa or commonly called Tiketux is a travel ticket booking service company, and mobile and web application developer. Currently Tiketux is developing a web application regarding car rental, to get the results of a UI/UX design that are right on target with user needs using the design thinking method. The design stage in this method is to take an approach that does not only focus on what is seen (the user interface) and felt by the user, but also focuses on the user experience. The research method used is a mix method, namely conducting observations, distributing questionnaires, and searching for data literature through books or journals related to research. The results obtained in this car rental application have good usability for users. This can be seen from the SUS trial regarding the designed user interface prototype

Abstract

Technological advancements have a significant impact on businesses, particularly in the realm of sales. XYZ store currently relies on manual business processes, leading to a non-computerized and uncoordinated sales system. Consequently, there is a need for an innovative new business model that utilizes web and mobile-based systems. In this study, Rosa A.S.'s Prototype research method is employed to design the sales system using UML notation in the form of diagrams. The designed sales system caters to three user categories: customers accessing the mobile platform, store clerks, and store owners accessing the website platform. The study's outcomes consist of an analysis report and the design of a web- and mobile-based sales information system (mock-up) for XYZ store. The aim is to create a user-friendly interface that facilitates understanding for the sellers, making sales transactions more efficient. Abstract

One of the economic strengths that supports the Indonesian economy and regional economic strength is the existence of micro, small and medium enterprises. In addition to the support of large industries, the state tax sector received considerable support from small industry groups, which were able to maintain and increase the contribution of regional economic growth. To overcome these problems, training and assistance will be provided. The aim is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing for MSMEs in increasing income. The output target of this activity is to provide knowledge about the importance of digital marketing for MSME actors, add soft skills regarding insights on how to manage information technology-based products and marketing, and foster a technopreneur spirit among MSME players.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the acceptance of E-Learning among students of Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approaches, which are often used by researchers to examine user acceptance and satisfaction with technology. The results of this study indicate that the influence between the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease and User Satisfaction obtained a total value of 29,140 and on the continuum line shows that it is in the Very Good category. The results in this study also prove that there are 6 (six) accepted hypotheses and 3 (three) hypotheses that are not accepted. This result can be used as a suggestion for E-Learning Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia to evaluate shortcomings in user satisfaction, as well as maintaining existing quality.

Abstract

One of the main problems for an agency or a company is the security of information systems. High security is needed to maintain the confidentiality and misuse of information within the organization. To improve the security of business operations and the quality of information technology resources, it is necessary to evaluate to op Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III, namely SIMKA BAPENDA whose function is to collect data on PKB (pajak kendaraan bermotor) and BBNKB (bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor) which manage the data computerized. The purpose of this study is to carry out a security audit of SIMKA BAPENDA at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III using the COBIT 5 framework and ISO/IEC 27002 to document audit findings of the information system audit of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III to make a report on the audit results. Based on the results of research that has been done through interviews and questionnaires using framework and using the APO13 and DSS05 sub domains, the results show that the Capability Existing is at level 1 while Capability Level is level 3 so the Capability Gap is 2.
