Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan denyut nadi recovery olahraga setelah makan antara langsung dan 30 menit. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan 16 sampel, pada kelompok 1 terdapat 9 sampel dan kelompok 2 terdapat 7 sampel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga angkatan 2021. Tes dilaksanakan pada sore hari di lapangan kampus, setelah itu mahasiswa bersiap untuk makan bersama di lapangan dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan yaitu 15 menit. Setelah makan mahasiswa menghitung denyut nadi selama 10 detik dan setelah selesai melakukan aktifitas fisik intensitas tinggi mahasiswa menghitung denyut nadi lima kali di setiap menit di hitung selama 10 detik denyut nadinya sampai di menit ke lima. Berdasarkan hasil kelompok langsung dan 30 menit telah di dapat hasil dari rata-rata mean dari kelompok langsung 896,01 dan kelompok 30 menit 987,43. Jadi, melakukan aktifitas fisik intensitas tinggi setelah makan tidak dianjurkan karena dapat menyebabkan muntah.

Abstract

Reaction time is a person's response when receiving a given stimulus and the speed at which athletes move / change direction quickly which is commonly called agility. It should be noted that reaction time is very influential on the athlete's victory. Each athlete has a different reaction time depending on his training / ability. Self-defense, sprinters, small ball and big ball games are sports that really need reaction time. The purpose of this study was to determine the reaction speed between touch and light reaction time. The study used a sample of 26 active Sports Coaching Education students. The sample tried the reaction time of light and touch with three trials and averaged the results. Data were analyzed by descriptive and t-test. The results showed the average light test was 4.51 seconds while the touch reaction time was 3.93 seconds. It can be seen that the fast reaction time response is the touch reaction. Also known through the lowest minimum score of touch 2.65 seconds while the light is 3.10 seconds and with a difference test sig value (2 tailed) with paired samples obtained = 000. So that the light test data and the touch test data are different. Conclusion in this study light reaction time > touch reaction time. (4.51 > 3.93) the reaction time of touch is better than light.

Abstract

Buruknya perilaku seksual di kalangan remaja erat kaitannya dengan minimnya informasi remaja mengenai seksualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi tentang seksualitas di kalangan mahasiswa. Instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Jumlah sampel adalah 34 mahasiswa yang berusia 19-22 tahun. Hasil data yang diperoleh kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi. Hasil survey angket menunjukkan bahwa sebagian remaja memiliki pengetahuan yang belum lengkap tentang seksualitas berjumlah 0% untuk pubertas, 17,6% untuk organ dan fungsi, 23,5% untuk penyakit menular seksual (PMS), mitos 0%. Sumber informasi mengenai seksualitas diperoleh dari mahasiswa.

Abstract

Objective. This study aimed to assess the receiving ability in the 2022 provincial volleyball championship and determine the extent to which the use of receiving techniques contributes to producing points and plays a role in the game. Materials and methods. This study employed a quantitative approach utilizing survey methods in addition to direct observation of matches in the field. A sample of athletes who utilized basic receiving techniques in the top eight competitions, semifinals, competition for third and fourth place, and finals were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected using a rubric assessing basic receive techniques, and the analysis was conducted using descriptive percentages with the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2016 software. Results. According to the data analysis, the District's receiver performance was found to be very ineffective in the top 8 matches, with an average effectiveness of 27%. The semifinal match also showed a very ineffective performance with an average effectiveness of 23%. Similarly, the final match for 3rd and 4th place had an average effectiveness of 19% in the very ineffective category. The final match for the 1st and 2nd place winners had an average effectiveness of 21% in the very ineffective category. Therefore, based on the research data, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the 2022 Proprov Championship volleyball receiving ability is extremely poor, as per the reference category. Conclusion. The results of this data provide valuable insights for coaches looking to enhance the training of volleyball athletes' basic receiving techniques. By using this information as a benchmark, coaches can tailor their coaching methods to improve the athletes' skills and knowledge, while also introducing variations to the training program to ensure continued progress and development.

Abstract

Tulisan yang tertuang dalam karya ilmiah hendaknya merupakan kajian dari hasil penelitian ilmiah yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa olahraga mengenai aturan tata tulis penulisan karya ilmiah yang akan dijadikan artikel serta di publikasikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap penyapaian materi dan tahap pendampingan, kedua kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka, dengan metode ceramah selanjutnya sesi kedua berupa pendampingan dan diskusi praktek menulis karya ilmiah. Subjek kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni mahasiswa jurusan ilmu keolahragaan FKIP UNTAN yang berjumlah 15 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari Prodi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Pendidikan Jasmani. Hasil kegiatan ini mahasiswa mulai paham akan aturan serta tatacara dalam menulis karya ilmiah dan bisa memulai menuangkanya dalam bentuk draf artikel. Dari beberapa kali pendampingan yang telah dilakukan, bimbingan penulisan karya ilmiah ini hanya sampai pada proses tahapan draft abstrak, hal ini dikarenakan mahasiswa harus didampingi terlebih dahulu untuk melakukan penelitian sebelum mengarah pada tahap menulis karya ilmiah. Selama proses pendampingan terlihat progress kemajuan mahasiswa, terutama dalam tatatulis yang lebih teratur sesuai dengan buku pedoman penulisan karya ilmiah, serta arah tujuan baik berupa metode serta tata cara penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the low level of student motivation in the learning process and its potential impact on their future success. The factors that affect the learning process are not limited to the students themselves, but also external factors. The factors that affect the learning process are not limited to the students themselves, but also include external factors. The relationship between these factors is crucial, as an unstable balance between them can hinder the learning process and lead to suboptimal results. The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of school and family environments, as well as the role of teachers, on students' learning motivation. A literature review was conducted to achieve this objective. The results indicate that both the school environment and the role of the teacher have a significant positive influence on students' motivation to learn, which in turn leads to individual success.

Abstract

An engaging, enjoyable, and comfortable learning method is presented in this study. A research method emphasizing literature reviews of scholarly books and journals was used in this study. For teachers seeking to improve instructional methods in elementary schools, the results of this study can be a valuable resource. This research identifies methods, characteristics, and factors that can optimize students' ability to learn and motivate, resulting in a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable learning experience. Through the consideration of individual differences in the classroom and the school, it is hoped that this research will increase the learning motivation of students. The study demonstrates the importance of the role of the teacher in using effective learning techniques so that students can develop their potential in a comfortable and pleasant learning environment. The purpose of this research is to identify the teacher's role in enhancing students' learning activities through the use of engaging teaching methods and learning principles. Schools should provide a comfortable learning environment where students can explore new, life-relevant ideas.

Abstract

An AI-powered system that enables text-based conversational interactions, the Generative Pre-training Transformer (GPT). GPT has various functions, including language translation, providing recommendations, increasing productivity, and assisting in education. The benefits of using GPT in education include personalized learning, accessibility, interactive learning resources, and assistance with assignments and problem solving. However, there are limitations to using GPT Chat, such as its limited understanding, inability to replace creative work, and its tendency to provide inaccurate answers. Additionally, it cannot differentiate between fact and opinion, and requires a stable internet connection. While Chat GPT can be useful for instant data retrieval, summaries, and other research tasks, it should not be relied upon as a replacement for manual research processes. Continuing ongoing research and development is crucial to maximize the benefits of using Chat GPT while overcoming existing challenges.
