Abstract

Menulis adalah keterampilan penting yang harus dikuasai setiap individu untuk menyampaikan informasi, mengekspresikan diri, dan mengembangkan kreativitas. Di era digital, kemampuan menulis semakin vital karena perluasan ruang lingkup komunikasi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan audiobook terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis cerita rakyat siswa kelas V di MIM 05 Warulor. Metode yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest, yang melibatkan satu kelas sebagai sampel penelitian. Pada tahap pretest, keterampilan menulis siswa diukur sebelum intervensi audiobook, dan kemudian diukur kembali pada tahap posttest setelah mendengarkan audiobook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor menulis kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data kelompok kontrol cenderung normal, sementara data kelompok eksperimen tidak normal. Hal ini menandakan adanya faktor lain yang mempengaruhi hasil. Penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa audiobook dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, kreativitas, dan imajinasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, audiobook dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai metode pembelajaran efektif dalam pengajaran menulis cerita rakyat, membantu siswa dalam merangkai kata, mengembangkan ide cerita, dan menyusun struktur tulisan yang baik.

Abstract

Writing skills are an important ability for students because they allow them to convey ideas or messages through writing. Grammar in writing is regulated by the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). However, in practice, many students still do not understand these rules. As a result, writing errors often occur, especially in the use of commas and periods. That is why this research examines whether the wordwall application affects students' punctuation skills of periods and commas in writing narrative texts. This research was conducted in the 2023-2024 academic year at SDN 242 Bungah Gresik. This research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. The population in this study was all class IV students at SDN 242 Bungah, totaling 32 students. The sample in this study used 2 classes, namely class IV A as the control class which applied conventional learning. Meanwhile, class IV B is an experimental class by implementing the wordwall application. The results of the study used the Man-Whitney test with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < α (0.05), indicating that there were significant differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low listening activities of elementary school students. Researchers conducted observations of learning activities with grade III elementary school students to determine their listenng skills, from the observation, the result showed that there were still students who had difficulty understanding the material, difficulty concentrating and easly bored with the activity of listening to the material being presented deductive and inductive paragraphs in Indonesian. This study aims to analyze the listening skills of elementary school students using learning media and aims to improve the concentration and understanding of grade III students during listening activities using learning media. This research using quantitative descriptive research methods, the research subjects of which are class III MI Sultan Agung. The results of this study show that students’ ability to listen to deductive and inductive paragraph material without using media is 55% while students’ ability to listen to deductive and inductive paragraph material using media is 100% with very good category. Meanwhile, students’ ability to identify deductive and inductive paragraphs in reading was 88% in the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and impact of the Independent Curriculum on the combination of grade 4 science and social studies subjects at UPT SD Negeri 31 Gresik in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses qualitative research, the research procedure goes through several stages, namely identifying problems, limiting problems, determining research focus, collecting data, processing data, generating theories or hypotheses, reporting research results. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation. The subjects of this study were school principals, IPAS teachers, and students. The results of the analysis from this study are that the implementation of grade 4 IPAS at UPT SD Negeri 31 Gresik is quite good, CP, TP, teaching modules are implemented quite well, students feel happy with IPAS, although there are still some obstacles in combining science and social studies which are still difficult to combine in one meeting. However, school principals and teachers will continue to learn so that they can implement science subjects even better.
