Abstract

Program pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi perusahaan yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman karyawannya di perusahaan. Strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai terutama di rumah sakit dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, mulai dari pemberian pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan, peningkatan motivasi dan semangat kerja, hingga penerapan sistem reward dan punishment yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya peran pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah tinjauan pustaka, yang dilakukan dengan mengakses artikel dari database Google Scholar dan Pubmed dalam rentang waktu 2019 hingga 2024. Pencarian menggunakan kata kunci bahasa Indonesia “Pelatihan”, “Pengembangan”, “Kinerja”, “Tenaga Kesehatan”, “Fasilitas Kesehatan”, dan bahasa Inggris “Training”, “Development”, “Performance”, “Health Workers”, “Health Facilities”. Hasil penelusuran, didapatkan 8 artikel yang relevan yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pelatihan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana pengembangan karir memberikan kesempatan untuk memperoleh keterampilan baru dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Terdapat kendala utama serta tantangan seperti minimnya perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan dan keterbatasan dana pelatihan.

Abstract

The application of Good Corporate Governance is believed to provide a strategic contribution in improving the performance of health personnel. The principles of GCG include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness which are used in this study. This study aimed to analyze the relation between principles of GCG and the performance of health personnel at the Cikulur Primary Health Care. This study used a cross sectional design with 81 research samples consisting of health personnel. Based on the results of the study, principles of transparency, accountability, and independence in GCG significantly related to the performance of health personnel. While other variables such as the principle of accountability and independence are not related. In this research, suggested that in improving performance, all parties in the need to realize the importance of applying the principles of GCG, especially the principles of transparency, accountability and independence. Abstract

Rumah sakit, organisasi, manajemen, dan sumber daya manusia pasti memiliki kebijakan strategis. Mereka harus segera memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan yang akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, seperti yang lain. Oleh karena itu, ada rencana manajemen informasi rumah sakit untuk mencapai visi yang disebutkan. Tujuan dari penelitian literatur ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan artikel jurnal yang membahas cara-cara manajemen informasi dalam penyediaan layanan kesehatan rumah tangga di rumah sakit. Artikel dari edisi 2018–2023 diambil dari PubMed, Google Scholar, dan ProQuest untuk tinjauan literatur ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 6 artikel memenuhi kriteria analisis, dan 651 artikel dilihat melalui diagram Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Hasil dari enam artikel menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen informasi untuk layanan kesehatan kebayan di rumah tangga sakit termasuk meningkatkan jumlah hari kerja manusia (SDM), mengoptimalkan prosedur operasi standar (SOP), membangun sistem manajemen informasi rumah tangga sakit (SIMRS), meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan kebayan, dan mendorong rumah sakit. Strategi ini berfungsi sebagai petunjuk atau alat untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan.

Abstract

Background : Management Information System (MIS) plays a crucial role in developing and improving the quality of health services. The Mobile JKN application is one example of the development of information systems and a form of digital transformation in the health sector. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which the Mobile JKN application has succeeded in improving access to health services for the community and identify inhibiting factors in its use. Methods : This study used Literature Review design. Articles were searched from Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct using relevant keywords, then selected according to the criteria and objectives of the study. Results : The results showed that the use of the Mobile JKN application contributed positively to improving service quality. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is that although there are still some obstacles, the Mobile JKN application is proven to be effective in increasing public satisfaction with health services, as well as helping to overcome the deficit of health workers and infrastructure.

Abstract

Quality health services are services that are provided effectively and efficiently, tailored to the needs and expectations of patients, but still in accordance with existing codes of ethics and standards, thus enabling the achievement of optimal levels of health.  Health service institutions for the community, where every health facilities are required to always improve the quality of service in order to achieve the highest level of health. Every patient who has received service can provide their opinion through the Google Maps comments section which can describe the quality of service of the health facilities. The method used in this article is a literature review and the search for articles is carried out through 2 online databases: Google Scholar for national journals and PubMed for international journals. According to the reviewed literature, the rating given by health facility visitors affects the quality of the health facility. This is due to dissatisfaction with the health services received in the form of reviews with narratives describing feelings of annoyance, anger, and disappointment. Ratings on Google Maps provides real-time information about the quality of service at a health facility based on patient reviews.

Abstract

Integration of primary health care services is an approach that combines various health services, both at the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation levels, into one integrated system framework. This study aims to ensure the policy better coordination between service providers, minimize resource waste, and improve accessibility and quality of health services for the wider community. Literature review with articles from the last 5 years, free-full text, using predetermined keywords, and utilizing 2 databases, namely Google Scholar and PubMed. Findings indicate that the implementation of the UHC policy through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program in Indonesia has not been effective and still faces challenges. The WHO recommends PHC as a community health approach that focuses on meeting the needs of the community from prevention efforts to treatment or rehabilitation. Strengthening primary health care services is very effective in supporting the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) targets in Indonesia. Implementation of the UHC Policy through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program in Indonesia has not been effective and still faces challenges. The WHO recommends PHC as a health approach to the community that focuses on meeting community needs from prevention efforts to treatment or rehabilitation. Strengthening primary health services is very effective in supporting the achievement of the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) target in Indonesia. This study highlights the challenges faced by UHC in Indonesia are budget constraints, infrastructure, and human resources, which impact the quality of healthcare services.
