Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Concept Mapping applied to the Problem Based Learning model of critical thinking skills of students of science class V SD Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The type of research used is quasi experimental research with the design of The Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study is all students of grade V SD Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used Two Stage Random Sampling so as to obtain the class VA SDN 41 Bengkulu City as the experimental class and class VB SDN 82 Bengkulu City as the control class. The research instrument is a critical thinking skill test which is about essay given through pretest and posttest. Based on the hypothesis test using t-test of two independent samples, obtained tcount (2.95) > ttable (1.67) at 5% significant level, it can be concluded that there is influence of Concept Mapping usage applied in Problem Based Learning model to ability critical thinking students of science class V SD Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ratio of students' mathematical literacy skills between the use of media learning geogebra and learning media manipulative on the material of building nets in class V SDN Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative with Quasi Experimental Design method. The design of this research is Pretest-Posttest Comperations Group Design. The population in this study is all students of Bengkulu State Elementary School which accredited B and is an impact school. The sample in this research is the students of VA SDN 18 Kota Bengkulu class as experimental group I and the students of VB SDN 18 Kota Bengkulu as experiment group II. The test is done twice before and after giving treatment to the sample class. The research instrument used is a test with essay form for process components, multiple choice for content component, and assignment for context component. Data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis that is t-test (independent sample t-test). The result showed that the average value of pretest of experiment class I was 25,300, the average value of pretest of experiment class II was 33,710, the average value of posttest of experiment class I was 65,710, and the mean value of posttest of experiment class II was 54,530. The result of pretest-t test in experiment class I and experiment class II showed significance value of 0.003 <0.025. The result of posttest t-test on experiment class I and experiment class II shows significance value equal to 0,009 <0,0250. Furthermore, the t-test for the gain value obtained by the significance value of 0.000 <0,0250 means there is a difference. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there are differences of students' mathematical literacy ability between usage of learning media of geogebra and manipulative learning media on the material of building nets in class V SDN Bengkulu city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan video pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan literasi sains pada pembelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV SD Negeri gugus XIV Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah SDN Gugus XIV Kota Bengkulu, dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas IV A SDN 42 Kota Bengkulu dan siswa kelas IV B SDN 45 Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes berupa pretest dan posttest dalam bentuk soal uraian sebanyak 6 soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu (4,097 > 1,680) dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah  0,000 < 0,05 , artinya Ha diterima. Nilai signifikansi uji-t tersebut membuktikan hipotesis penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model PBL Berbantuan Video Pembelajaran terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Sains pada pembelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus XIV Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 18 Pendopo dengan menerapkan Model Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media Ular Tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 18 Pendopo tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Jumlah siswa kelas V yaitu 13 siswa dengan 7 siswa laki-laki dan 6 siswa perempuan. Dari analisis data menunjukkan pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor observasi aktivitas guru 45 dengan kriteria cukup dan rata-rata skor observasi aktivitas siswa 44 dengan kriteria cukup, pada siklus II meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata skor observasi aktivitas guru 56 dengan kriteria baik dan rata-rata skor observasi aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 54,5 dengan kriteria baik. Pada ranah afektif disiklus I didapatkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 46,15% lalu pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 76,92%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkanbahwa penerapan  model pembelajaran team games tournament (tgt) berbantuan media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas V SDN 18 Pendopo.
