Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in grade VI SDN 17 Sitiung. One effective way to overcome this problem is to use the “5E” Learning Cycle model, this study aims to determine the effect of the “5E” Learning Cycle model on student learning outcomes. This study uses a pre experimental design method in the form of one group pretest. The population in this study was grade VI students with a total of 20 students, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling saturated (census) technique. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a pretest, then continued with treatment and then posttest, the data analysis technique used SPSS 20. The result showed that there was a significant effect on the Learning Cycle “5E” model on the learning outcomes of sixth grade students at SDN 17 Sitiung Dharmasraya regency, with a significance level of 0,000<0,05 meaning H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development steps and saw the feasibility of a student worksheet that is used as a learning media. This type of research was development research with development procedures using the ADDIE model. The development procedure consisted of analysis, validation of performance gaps, product design, validation of media experts and material experts, individual trials, group trials, and implementation. Subjects were students of class VI.B SDN 03 Tiumang. The other instruments were validation sheets for media and material experts, teacher assessment sheets, student assessment sheets. Results of the research found the student worksheet learning media developed was valid in terms of the media expert's assessment which score percentage of material validation was 82,3%. Student worksheet learning media developed practically reviewed assessment of teacher questionnaire was a score of 3,75 and the average score of student assessment questionnaire of 3,625. Student worksheet learning media developed was effectively reviewed from pre-test score 50,5 and post-test 72,75. The results test sample paired obtained a value of significance of as much as 0.00 which means there was significant influence by the presence of the uses of student worksheet learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the achievement of mathematical problems solving ability between students who acquired learning with Problem Based Learning model with students who acquired learning with Guided Discovery Learning model. This research was a mixed method research with concurrent embedded method. This research consists of experimental group that obtained learning with Guided Discovery Learning method and Problem Based Learning method. The population of this research was a junior high school students in Tanah Datar regency, West Sumatera with sample of grade VIII. Data analysis was done quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis was used to calculate the difference in the achievement of mathematical problem solving ability, while qualitative data analysis was used to strengthen the result of quantitative analysis. The results showed that the percentage of the achievement of mathematical problem solving ability of students who obtained learning with Guided Discovery Learning method and Problem Based Learning method is moderate, whereas there is no difference in the achievement of significant mathematical problem solving ability between the two experimental classes.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) pada muatan pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada muatan pelajaran Matematika materi Keliling dan Luas Bangun Datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Sitiung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest berupa test tertulis yang berjumlah 4 butir soal uraian. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa taraf signifikasinya adalah 0,010 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat pada rata-rata pretest dan posttest yaitu tedapat selisih sebesar -2.611 yang artinya pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis matematis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Sitiung. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis matematis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Sitiung.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), pemecahan masalah, matematis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh belum adanya media pembelajara yang memadai untuk membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran, untuk itu perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran yang membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran serta media tersebut bisa dikaitkan pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis wayang todong yang valid, praktis, efektif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) subjek uji coba adalah kelas IV peserta didik SD Negeri 162/VIII Sumber Agung. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penilaian berupa lembar validasi, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas. Instrumen penilaian ini divalidasi oleh tiga validator, validator isi, validator bahasa,dan validator media. Adapun penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis wayang todong pada materi perkembangan transportasi pada zaman tradisional hingga pada zaman modern d kelas VI SD Negeri 162/VIII Sumber Agung. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh tiga validator diperoleh nilai validasi akhir 0,90% dengan kategori Tinggi,nilai praktikalitas respon guru 94% dengan kategori sangat valid dan respon peserta didik 0,89% dengan kategori Tinggi, dan nilai Efektivitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang di uji dengan paired sampel test berada pada daerah diterima dan ditolak yang berarti media pembelajaran wayang todong efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan media video animasi terintegrasi profil pelajar pancasila pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Meningkatkan tingkat perkembangan dan kemajuan yang dicapai peserta didik setelah proses belajar dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media video animasi menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk baru dari hasil pengembangan. Metode pengembangan ini menggunakan pengembangan ADDIE yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Berdasrkan hasil validasi oleh validator di peroleh presentase rata-rata 81,70% hasil praktikalitas oleh praktisi pendidik dan peserta didik diperoleh hasil rata-rata 87,92%, dan hasil efektifitas diperoleh dari hasil tes belajar peserta didik melalui pernyataan tertulis diperoleh rata-rata 88,36% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Pengembangan media video animasi layal digunakan untuk pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Development of interactive in learning mathematics fraction material in grade IV". Dharmasraya. Thesis, Dharmasraya: Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Dharmas University Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive learning media using games, especially in learning mathematics, to add to existing learning media in schools and produce interactive learning media development in grade IV elementary schools that are valid, practical, and effective so as to increase students' interest in learning at SDN 10 koto new.The model used in the ADDIE development includes the analysis phase, namely needs analysis, analysis of student characteristics, curriculum analysis. the design stage (design) includes the design of learning media, namely the design of research instruments, design of manufacture. The development stage is the development stage where the validity test is carried out by experts. The implementation stage is the practicality trial stage and the evaluation stage is the effectiveness test carried out at SDN 10 Koto Baru.The results of the validation assessment of interactive learning media for mathematics fraction material in the validity test by three people get an average score of 83% included in the valid category, meaning that interactive learning media in learning mathematics fraction material is in accordance with the content, and media, practicality test with a score an average of 86% is categorized as very practical, meaning that interactive learning media can be used easily in the learning process, while the effectiveness of interactive learning media with an average score of 88% is categorized as very effective, meaning that interactive learning media can increase students' learning interest .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make comic learning media for fourth grade quadrilateral material in order to add insight into learning media and can be used in schools so as to produce learning media that are valid, practical, and effective. It can also increase students' understanding of concepts and learning outcomes at SDN 189/II Sari Mulya. In the loading process, this comic learning media uses the help of an application called comic life 3. The development model used is the ADDIE model or analysis, development design, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of the validation test from 3 validators, namely content, graphics and language validators, the average value was 86.54 with a very valid category. Practicality test results by practicing educators and students obtained an average value of 91.00 in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness test in the form of a learning achievement test obtained from students obtained an average score of 98.46 in the very effective category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the mathematical learning outcomes of fourth grade students, especially in equivalent fraction material. The background problem in this study is the low mathematics learning outcomes of class IV SDN 044/VIII Teluk Singkawang. The effort to overcome this problem is by applying a problem-based learning model in mathematics learning with equivalent fraction material. In this study using the type of Pre-Experimental Design with a research design that is One-Group-Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN 044/VIII Teluk Singkawang with a total of 22 students. The results of the observation data were calculated and compared based on the criteria with the normality test and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 20 application at a level of 0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing from the Wilcoxon Nonparametric test, a significant result was obtained of 0.018. Because the significant value obtained is 0.018 <0.05, the results of the Wilcoxon Nonparametric test can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the researcher can conclude that there is a significant influence on the application of problem-based learning models to learning outcomes in mathematics on fractional material equivalent to class IV SDN 044/VIII Singkawang Bay.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that Mathematics learning is still not optimal. Many student learning outcomes are below the KKM. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study using Takalintar media. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of Takalintar media on the mathematics learning outcomes of multiplication material students in grade I students of SDN grade III SD Negeri 19 Sitiung. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research. The research design used in this study is Pre-Exsperimental Designs. The method used is One-Group Pretest Design type experimental research (initial test-final test). This research was conducted at SDN 19 Sitiung when this research was carried out in the second semester of the 2024 Academic Year, the sample in this study amounted to 20 students. Based on the results of the paired samples t test obtained a significance of 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Takalintar media on student learning outcomes in Mathematics multiplication material for grade III students of SDN 19 Sitiung. Takalintar media can be used by teachers to relate subject matter to the real world of students.
