Abstract

This paper focuses on the discussion of quantum teaching learning model in the context of Islamic education that will be analyzed in the perspective of the Qur'an. Discussion of the method used is Tarbawi interpretation of Islam and science education. The results of the study showed that the quantum teaching is not new at all in Islam. At least the principles and steps of the learning process ever offered by the Qur'an. Problem is still poor for Muslims with the methodologies, and lazy in terms of research. Moreover, when examining the content of the Qur'an and Hadith. Al - Quran and al - Hadith only seen with one eye, which was then regarded as old-fashioned goods that it was time to saved become objects of history. The basic principles contained in the quantum teaching them Quran surah Al - Ahzab, 33: 72 , Al - Baqarah, 2: 21 , Ibrahim 14: 7 and Ar . Rahman, 55: 13, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, 59, 61, 63, 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, 77.

Abstract

This study contradicts the fact that nowadays many educational institutions conducting an intensive program that is effective for improving the quality of learning Arabic. The goal is to prepare students to have the ability to compete in the face of competition in the future. Therefore, STAIN Tulung manage intensive Arabic program with a clear vision and mission, strategically where, the participation of all elements of the school to make the maximum contribution to the strengthening of institutions. The problem is a graduate of the institution have not reached a satisfactory quality, are still required to efforts to improve the quality of learning Arabic. The method used in this research is grounded research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that penyenggaraan intensive Arabic program at STAIN Tulung remains effective for several reasons, in ataranya there is no compatibility between the various elements in the institutions and the lack of continuity between the material being taught with the use of language in learning.

Abstract

The millennial’s interest towards Islamic da’wah is decreased significantly, caused by the da’wah approach and strategy which are still conservative, monotonous, and only delivered on lecturing way. In fact, on the other hand, the millennial generation expects an inspirational, modern, elastic, dynamic, innovative, and entertaining da’wah. This study aims to describe, analyze, and interpret the implications of inspirational da’wah conducted by the Da’wah Management department of IAIN Tulungagung in increasing the young generation's interest in Islamic teachings and da’wah. In principle, inspirational da’wah has been carried out by Suryadharma Ali, the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia on 2009-2014, who stated that one of the main jobs of UIN and IAIN is to maintain and develop scientific traditions in the field of Islamic studies which are increasingly less desirable by the community because there has been a change in community orientation toward Islamic da’wah. So, the quality of Islamic institutions in Indonesia needs to do the more serious, systematic, and measurable efforts in order to increase the quality of Islamic da’wah, as well as PTKIN graduates must be more competitive. The ideas of this article inspired by the Grand Theory of Medan Da’wah promoted by K.H. Ahmad Muwafiq that the success of the da’wah is influenced by the theological, cultural, and object of the da’wah when the implementation of the Islamic da’wah is delivered. Furthermore, the Islamic da’wah is an inspiration to realize the teachings of Islam in personal and social life in line with the culture of the society in terms of life that aim to uphold amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar. This is qualitative research with a descriptive method of phenomenological analysis. While the results of the study are: First, Inspirational da’wah has implications for increasing trends and millennial generation interest for IAIN Tulungagung students towards Islamic da’wah. Second, the inspirational da’wah referred to in this study is the iain tulungagung hijaber community, inspirational da’wah comedy, electronic da’wah bulletin, da’wah literacy, and online da’wah through the official campus website. Keywords: Inspirational Da’wah, Millenial Generation, IAIN Tulungagung

Abstract

This article described and analyzed the characteristics of qira’ah and itsfunctions in this digital literacy era. The need toward learning qira’ah (reading)by using computers and social media is high. The Arabic learning then adjustwith Industrial Revolution 4.0 especially in learning qira’ah (reading). The use ofInternet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud databases, block chain, and others willchange the learning design of qira’ah from paper-based to paperless. The researchersuse qualitative approach to produce the descriptive data. The results showed that thecharacteristics of qira’ah emphasize on the aspects of analysis and understanding ofwhat is read, not on how to read. While the function of qira’ah in digital literacy erais the high quality of digital based literacy which is oriented not only on the religiousfield but also on academic, professional / practical, economic, and ideology

Abstract

In this study, we will discuss Gus Miftah's virtual da'wah in building Ukhuwah Islamiyah in the 2019-2021 Jokowi Government Era. The main purpose of this study is to interpret and examine the phenomenon of virtual da'wah which was carried out by Gus Miftah in building Ukhuwah Islamiyah in the 2019-2021 Jokowi Government Era. The method used in this research is qualitative by using a descriptive analysis approach. This research is based on the grand theory Toto Tasmara provides an understanding of da'wah in terms of communication. Da'wah is a form of communication that has a characteristic where a communicator conveys messages in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, the goal is that others can do good deeds in accordance with the message conveyed. has delivered. The results of this study proved that Gus Miftah's virtual da'wah in the Jokowi era of the 2019-2021 period, the first virtual da'wah segmentation carried out is in the form of politics, education and culture. While the second role of Gus Miftah in da'wah is as a motivator, corrector, and supervisor. Then the last strategy carried out by Gus Miftah was through humor, routine da'wah, social media da'wah, and a discussion. Keywords: Virtual Da'wah, Gus Miftah, Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Jokowi Government Era Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas tentang dakwah virtual Gus Miftah dalam membangun Ukhuwah Islamiyah di Era Pemerintahan Jokowi 2019- 2021. Tujuan utama dilaksanakan penelitian ini yakni untuk menginterpretasikan serta mengkaji fenomena dakwah virtual yang dilakukan oleh Gus Miftahi dalam membangun Ukhuwah Islamiyah Era Pemerintahan Jokowi 2019-2021. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini berpijak pada grand teori Toto Tasmara yang memberikan pengertian dakwah dari segi komunikasi. Aktivitas berdakwah ialah contoh komunikasi yang mempunyai ciri khas yakni pesan yang disampaikan oleh seseorang harus berdasarkan Al Qur’an dan Hadits, tujuannya agar mad’u dapat melaksanakan amal shaleh sesuai dengan amanat yang telah diberikan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dakwah virtual Gus Miftah di Era Pemerintahan Jokowi periode 2019-2021 yang pertama segmentasi dakwah virtual yang dilakukan adalah berupa kepolitikan, pendidikan dan budaya. Sedangkan yang kedua peran Gus Miftah dalam dakwah tersebut sebagai motivator, korektor, dan supervisor. Kemudian yang terakhir strategi yang dilakukan oleh Gus Miftah adalah melalui humor, dakwah rutin, dakwah sosial media, dan adanya suatu diskusi. Abstract

Learning competencies are a reference for students' acting, behavioral, and thinking skills. The purpose of learning is to determine the type of material, strategies, methods, and media used in the learning process. Learning Arabic aims to foster language skills. On the other hand, there needs to be more theory and practice in its competency design and learning objectives. This study's data collection techniques use a phenomenological qualitative approach based on interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that its implementation has disadvantages, including the need for harmony between the elements of competence and the competencies applied. Second, there is a lack of achievement of learning objectives due to the formulation of learning objectives and the application of learning objectives that need to be followed by the theory of learning objectives. The design of competencies and the objectives of Arabic language learning will be achieved if the design and objectives of learning Arabic are based on the fundamental philosophical formulation of competency designs and the objectives of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

People spend about 6 hours a day using a gadget, and if it is not controlled properly, their handphones can lead to negative impacts. As the answer, students today are different from learners in the past who focus more on routine activities by reading written sources. In this modern era, they have various accesses to determine the learning resources they want and need for themselves. Furthermore, optimizing ICT use is the main priority in improving Arabic learning quality. It is qualitative research. The study results show that the Arabic language teaching-learning process in the excellent class of MTsN 6 Tulungagung has been using various ICT media. Its implementation has some problems, including the lack of facilities or infrastructure and the teachers’ problem in mastering technology. This research indicates that using ICT is one step forward in the world of education.

Abstract

This article aimed to discuss the discourse of learning Arabic, the nature and its benefits that has been obtained from a real phenomenological qualitative research at Piraya Nawin School in Wittaya Thailand. The epistemology of Arabic language curriculum development in Thailand focus on the use of Arabic as a media for both oral and written communication. This curriculum development aims to understand Qur'an, Hadith, and many other religion books written in Arabic. The curriculum development in this school was appropriate with the vision and mission, to build the the good character through Arabic habituation in the school environment. The operational standard for implementing the Arabic curriculum development was determined by the school itself, without any government intervention. For example, memorizing Arabic mufradat. There were some obstacles such as the students who were not interested in memorizing mufradat and less of discipline to go to school. Arabic still does not become an important thing for students as well as its probelmatics that pay little attention to the different aspects of student competence.

Abstract

Some pesantrens have accommodated the madrasah or formal school education programs, both the curriculum and the learning methods. One of them is pesantren Attahdzib. This article aimed to describe, analyze, and interpret the ontology of Attahdzib Islamic boarding school curriculum, the process of implementing the curriculum, and the problems of its implementation. It was a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the the curriculum was implemented through some methods such as sorogan, bandongan or wetonan, and memorization. There were 2 types of education systems established in pesantren Attahdzib, namely diniyah education, and formal education. The problems faced in the implementation of curriculum were some teachers’ disciplinary problem, the learning evaluation that sometimes considered hard and burden on students, and the formal schools’ extra-activities that sometimes obstructed the pesantren’s teaching and learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examines the implementation of the Madrasah Diniyah program at UIN Satu Tulungagung as a model of Transformative Islamic education to prevent radicalism and terrorism. It used a qualitative approach, focusing on paradigms, strategies, and qualitative models. The grand theory of this study is Berkowitz's "holistic approach" which highlighting that effective character education involves transforming school culture and life, rather than just adding programs. This Madin program is unique following the curriculum that focused on Turats or kitab kuning (literally kitab kuning that refers to classical Islamic textbook) Its implementation do not always run well, sometimes there are some challenges can impede the process. Madin lecturers at UIN Satu Tulungagung faces various obstacles both direct and indirect that affect the execution of radicalism prevention strategies. The MADIN (Madrasah Diniyah) program implementation has had significant results in countering radicalism and terrorism on the campus. It combines traditional religious teachings with modern approaches that have proven effective. ABSTRAK Artikel ini menganalisis dan memberikan interpretasi terkait penerapan program Madrasah Diniyah khusus mahasiswa sebagai model pendidikan Islam Transformatif untuk melawan radikalisme dan terorisme di UIN Satu Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang temuannya diperoleh berdasarkan paradigma, strategi, dan penerapan model secara kualitatif. Grand teori penelitian ini adalah “pendekatan holistik” Berkowitz, yang menekankan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang efektif bukanlah menambah program atau serangkaian program. Melainkan merupakan transformasi budaya dan kehidupan sekolah. Pembelajaran program Madrasah Diniyah di UIN Satu Tulungagung yang menggunakan jenis organisasi kurikulum tersendiri merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang berpusat pada Turats atau kitab kuning yaitu program Madrasah Diniyah. Penerapan strategi pencegahan radikalisme terkadang berjalan mulus dan sesuai rencana. Terkadang memang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, namun seringkali ditemui hal-hal yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan proses tersebut. Lebih lanjut dosen Madin menyadari banyak faktor yang menjadi kendala baik langsung maupun tidak langsung yang mempengaruhi penerapan strategi pencegahan radikalisme di UIN Satu Tulungagung.
