Abstract

Abstract: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) is one of the payment methods used by server-based electronic money applications, electronic wallets or mobile banking and has the potential to expand the acceptance of national non-cash payments more efficiently. The growing innovation towards digital payment has in fact changed people's lifestyles, especially in Medan city, which has led to impulsive buying behaviour, which is an irrational purchase and is associated with a quick and unplanned purchase, followed by a conflict of thoughts and emotional impulses. About 41% of Generation Z customers are impulsive shoppers, followed by 34% of Millennials and 32% of Generation Xers. The urgency of this research is to analyse the behavioural model of using the QRIS application as an effort to avoid impulsive buying. Based on the PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) survey related to Global Consumer Insight, it illustrates how the digital payment system is turning into a trend or what is commonly called a cashless society. The survey results noted that 47% of respondents in Indonesia currently use digital payments. The purpose of this study is to avoid impulsive buying for QRIS users with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model in the context of information technology acceptance which integrates the technology acceptance domain into one user behaviour as the main dependent variable. This research method combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (mix method) conducted in Medan City with the object of research is QRIS users in making offline transactions who make transactions at Coffeeshop which is visited by Generation Z, namely Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, and Hardapana Cffeeshop) and Fashion Stores at Sun Plaza and Deli Park Mall and the help of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) as the method used to see behavioural relationships. The results of the study state that QRIS affects impulsive buying in people in Medan city. The testing of hypotheses to research this proves that the performance of expectancy or expectations of them were found significant performance intention or intention users behavior.This means performanace expectancy affect behavior intention that the use of the digital qris very fast and efficient. Keywords: QRIS, Impulsive Buying, Mobil Banking, Cashless society, global consumer                  insight. Abstrak: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran yang digunakan oleh aplikasi uang elektronik berbasis server, dompet elektronik atau mobile banking dan berpotensi memperluas penerimaan pembayaran nontunai nasional secara lebih efisien. Inovasi yang berkembang terhadap digital payment faktanya merubah gaya hidup masyarakat khususnya di kota Medan yang menimbulkan perilaku impulsive buying yaitu pembelian tidak rasional dan diasosiasikan dengan pembelian yang cepat dan tidak direncanakan, diikuti oleh adanya konflik fikiran dan dorongan emosional. Sekitar 41% pelanggan Generasi Z adalah pembelanja impulsive, diikuti oleh 34% generasi Milenial dan 32% Generasi X. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis model perilaku penggunaan aplikasi QRIS sebagai upaya untuk menghindari impulsive buying. Berdasarkan survei PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) berkaitan dengan Global Consumer Insight memberikan gambaran betapa sistem pembayaran digital berubah menjadi tren atau yang biasa disebut dengan cashless society. Hasil survey mencatat 47% responden di Indonesia saat ini menggunakan digital payment. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghindari impulsive buying bagi pengguna QRIS dengan model Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dalam konteks penerimaan teknologi informasi yang mengintegrasikan domain penerimaan teknologi ke dalam satu perilaku pengguna sebagai variabel dependen utama. Metode penelitian ini menggabungan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mix method) yang dilakukan di Kota Medan dengan objek penelitian adalah pengguna QRIS dalam melakukan transaksi offline yang melakukan transaksi di Coffeeshopyang banyak didatangi oleh Generasi Z yaitu Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, dan Hardapana Cffeeshop) serta Fashion Store di Sun Plaza dan Deli Park Mall dan bantuan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan perilaku Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa performance expectancy atau ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh signifikan postif terhadap behavior intention atau niat pengguna. Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the strengths, weaknessesopportunities and threats in strategic efforts to develop the Mari Pro tourist attraction in Hamlet 2, Tambunan Village, Sibolangit District, Deli Serdang Regency. Then the application in carrying out development is analyzed by minimizing weaknesses and threats, optimizing the use of opportunities and strengths. Data was collected through literature study, observation and also interviews with informants, local communities and visitors. The data was analyzed in a descriptive manner, then analysis of the implementation of the strategy for developing Mari Pro tourist attractions was carried out through SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy analysis in developing the Mari Pro Sembahe tourist attraction is optimizing the program by utilizing the potential of the Mari Pro Sembahe tourist attraction, utilizing communication and tel ecommunications technology in an effort to maximize promotion, improving the management of tourist attractions, improving facilities. as well as access to tourist attractions so that the analysis of Mari Pro's tourist attraction development strategy is getting better.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya dan strategi pengelola dalam mengembangkan objek wisata air panas serta potensi yang belum diketahui yang terdapat pada objek wisata pemandian air panas dalam hal menarik wisatawan untuk mengunjungi objek wisata serta meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yang akan berdampak pada ekonomi dan pendapatan masyrakat daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data berasal dari wawancara pengelola, masyarakat sekitar dan wisatawan dari Objek Wisata Air Panas Pariban. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan Objek Wisata, pengembangan serta peningkatan Objek Wisata Air Panas Pariban. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa wawancara bersama dengan pengelola Objek Wisata Air Panas Pariban terkait strategi dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan Objek Wisata Air Panas Pariban dalam tujuan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan adalah dengan melalukan perubahan dan perbaikan di beberapa titik dan spot yang ada menjadi lebih menarik dan tertata dengan baik, bersih dan rapi. Serta melalukan penambahan fasilitas termasuk salah satunya fasilitas pengenapan beberapa villa untuk wisatawan dapat menginap dengan nyaman yang semua itu akan berdampak pada jumlah kunjungan wisatawan melalui promosi yang dilakukan wisatawan itu sendiri. Abstract

ourism is an activity managed by various organizations and services provided by the community, business actors, and both central and regional governments. Tourism refers to travel undertaken by both individuals and groups of people. by studying the uniqueness of tourist attractions visited during a certain period of time, personal goals, personal development, or learning. Service and institutional quality at this point are more important in the tourism business because they are thought to influence visitor satisfaction. Villa Mari Pro Lau Kawar, located at the foot of Mount Sinabung, is one of the tourist destinations that is widely visited by tourists. This study aims to analyze how much service facilities affect the level of visitor satisfaction at Villa Mari Pro Lau Kawar. The method applied in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Secondary data is obtained by collecting relevant theories, reports, and documentation, and primary data is obtained by data collection techniques, namely conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to tourists or respondents and collecting them back. The number of samples used is 95 people. Data processing is carried out using descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression. The research findings show that the quality of services and facilities has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Objek Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Dolok Tinggi Raja Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan Kecamatan Silau Kahean Kabupaten Simalungun. Pada penelitian ini Strategi Pengembangan Destinasi Wisata di Kabupaten Simalungun untuk Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, sumber data primer dan skunder yang berupa hasil observasi, wawancara, literatur buku, jurnal dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Dolok Tinggi Raja masih banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan yang harus di benahi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Simalungun, belum bebas sampah, kekurangi air bersih, spot poto yang minim dan sistem pengelolaan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Dolok Tinggi Raja yang belum maksimal. Sehingga berdampak kepada jumlah pengunjung. Maka Pemerintah Kabupaten Simalungun akan berupaya mencari solusi dari semua kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan cara, memperbaiki segala sistem dan tata kelola Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Dolok Tinggi Raja, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kunjungan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Dolok Tinggi Raja.Kata kunci:  Teknologi, Komunikasi, Strategi, Promosi Dan Kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical environment consisting of ambience, layout and aesthetic facility on consumer impressions at contemporary coffee shops in Medan City. The method used in this study using Multiple Linear Regression with a total of respondents 90 students of STIM Sukma. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship in the physical environment to the impression on coffee shop consumers in Medan City.The results show that partially ambience has a positive and significant effect on consumer impressions, but layout and aesthetics have no effect on consumer impressions at Contenporary Coffee Shops in Medan City. Simultaneously, ambience, layout and aesthetics have a significant effect on Contemporary Coffee Shop. The adjusted R square value of this research model is 0.276 (27.60%)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to found out whether there was an influenced of promotion and facilities on the decision of tourists visiting the Rumah Pohon Habitat Langkat. The sample of this research was 200 visitors at the Rumah Pohon Habitat, sampling used accidental sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis test used the coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), used SPSS 20 data processing. The results showed that promotion and facilities was positive and significant effects partially or simultaneously to the decisions of tourists visiting the Rumah Pohon Habitat.

Abstract

Service Excellence Training was held with the main aim of improving the quality of service provided by the Joint Venture Foundation (YUBASU) management to the students. This training is designed comprehensively to equip administrators with the skills and knowledge needed to provide friendly, efficient and professional services. Training activities cover various important topics, including (1) effective communication, (2) time management, (3) complaint handling, (4) and developing service attitudes and ethics. The training methodology includes lectures, group discussions, case studies, and simulations, which aim to ensure participants can understand and apply the concepts taught in real situations. The expected results of this training are increasing the ability of YUBASU administrators to serve students better, creating a more conducive learning environment, as well as building harmonious relationships between administrators and students, increasing student satisfaction with the services provided and strengthening the positive image of YUBASU as an educational institution. who are committed to service quality. With this Service Excellence Training, it is hoped that YUBASU can continue to develop and make a significant contribution in producing a generation of students who are superior and have character.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh antara gaya mengajar dosen dan kepribadian dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah bahasa Inggris.  Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester 3,5 dan 7 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Sukma Medan tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 79 orang mahasiswa.  Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner gaya mengajar dosen dan kepribadian dosen serta motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisa regresi linier berganda yaitu secara simultan gaya mengajar dosen dan kepribadian dosen berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah bahasa Inggris dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,316 atau 31,60%, Sedangkan secara parsial gaya mengajar dosen tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar  mahasiswa pada mata kuliah bahasa Inggris. Namun kepribadian dosen dalam mengajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar  mahasiswa pada mata kuliah bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the marketing strategies increase the number of tourist visits to the tourist attraction The Le Hu Garden, Deli Serdang Regency. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive methods and conducted interviews and data collection which was carried out by searching for information based on documents related to research and comparing data from observations made at The Le Hu Garden. From the results of research using Swot Analysis at The Le Hu Garden tourist attraction, the first is the strength of having a unique garden that is specially cared for and natural fertilizer which makes plants grow abundantly which other tourist attractions do not have, weakness Lack of Promotional activities carried out include the absence of cooperation with travel, opportunities Large land, can be used to add new attractions suitable for agrotourism such as growing hydroponic vegetables, raising livestock and fish cultivation, threats Competitor tourist attractions of the same type create more varied places.
