Abstract

This research is to test the variables of product quality, brand image and brand trust to affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang. This research is quantitative and took a sample of 271 respondents from Telkomsel SIM Card users in Palembang City. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25 for windows. The findings of this study show that product quality, brand image and brand trust affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang City.

Abstract

GOTO shares have always fallen since the initial IPO was carried out with various factors. As an investor, you need to do an analysis before making an investment decision. There are many analysis tools that can be used such as fundamental analysis and technical analysis. For GOTO stock, the fundamental analysis is quite good, while the technical analysis is not good because the stock price continues to fall. As of January 2023, GOTO's share price is slowly increasing even though it is still low. Book prices have also not been touched so there is a possibility that they could go up, but this is still in the form of assumptions and predictions. The results of this study are expected to be a reference before making investment decisions. However, the investment decision is entirely owned by the investor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa. The method used is a quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires that are processed using SPSS. Respondents totaled 51 employees, which were determined by the sample method using the saturated sampling method. The results of the t test analysis show that the variable human resource development (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). However, the work discipline variable (X2) has a greater influence than the human resource development variable (X1). The Rsquare coefficient of determination is 0.872. This means that the contribution of human resource development and work discipline to employee performance is 87.2%. As for suggestions based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is hoped that this research will be useful as information material and input for employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa so that they can improve their performance, further enhance the development of human resources and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Reward, Punishment, and Work Culture have on employee performance by conducting tests using SPSS version 23. This research was conducted on respondents who were employees at PT Pratama Palm Abadi with a total sample size of 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods and the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first regression analysis prove that reward (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is proposed to be accepted. With the increase in rewards, it has a positive impact on improving employee performance. This means that reward has a positive effect on employee performance. The second regression result proves that punishment (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. It is very necessary to be firm in giving punishment so that it can improve the discipline of employee performance. The third regression result proves that work culture (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that the proposed H3 is accepted. The higher the work culture, the effect of increasing employee performance. Together the Reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and Work Culture (X3) variables have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu bahan yang tidak asing dijumpai setiap harinya . Belum banyak yang menyadari bahwa membuang minyak goreng bekas atau yang biasa disebut minyak jelantah dengan sembarangan memiliki dampak yang serius bagi lingkungan serta kesehatan . Mayoritas masyarakat desa Lembak berprofesi sebagai pedagang , sehingga pengunaan minyak goreng meningkat . Minyak jelantah tidak harus dibuang ke lingkungan , minyak jelantah dapat diolah menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan tidak memberikan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan . Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran kepada masyarakat akan bahaya membuang minyak jelantah sembarangan sehingga dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan , serta menjadikan masyarkat menjadi lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam pemanfaaatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi sebuah produk Lilin Aroma Terapi yang dapat dijadikan ide bisnis masyarakat . Metode ini dilakukan melalui sosialiasi , pelatihan dan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan lilin aroma terapi untuk menambah kemampuan dan kreativitas masyarakat . Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat dapat teredukasi dengan baik sehingga mampu untuk memanfaatkan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aroma terapi sebagai ide bisnis masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui ekonomi kreatif .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Sekip Palembang. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 64 respondents. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data and quantitative data. To see the extent of the accuracy and feasibility of the research variable instrument used validity and reliability tests, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis models, with t tests and F tests. The results of the t test analysis in this study show that partially work motivation has a significant effect, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Sekip Palembang Health Center. The results of the F test analysis and the coefficient of determination show that simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center by 37.7 percent, while the remaining 63.3 percent is influenced by other factors outside the study. This shows that the higher the work motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance produced by the employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah iklim organisasi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Srikandi Inti Lestari Palembang. Populasi yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Srikandi Inti Lestari Palembang sebanyak 62 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji variable pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun secara parsial variable iklim organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether organizational climate and motivation have an influence on the performance of employees of PT Srikandi Inti Lestari Palembang. The population used in this study were 62 employees of PT Srikandi Inti Lestari Palembang. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis tests. The data collection technique used in the study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the variables in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. Organizational Climate and Motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. However, partially the organizational climate variable has no influence on employee performance, but the motivation variable has a partial influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Mergers and acquisitions are an alternative that can be taken by companies that are experiencing bankruptcy or for companies that want to expand their companies. There are many examples of successful mergers and companies that are even bigger than before. This has made mergers and acquisitions a concern in recent years, both in Indonesia and abroad. This research was conducted to test whether mergers conducted by several companies in 2015 can change company performance for the better or not, bearing in mind that not all mergers end beautifully and as expected. From the ten companies sampled, normality tests and paired sample t-tests were conducted using SPSS 24 software. The results obtained are differences in company performance before and after conducting mergers and acquisitions. This shows from the significance value < 0.05 also the results of the comparison of the value of t-count and t-table where the value of t-count > t-table. These findings are also supported by the results of the pair correlation test which shows that there is a relationship between each of the company's performance variables before and after mergers and acquisitions. Abstrak Merger dan akuisisi dapat menjadi alternative bagi perusahaan untuk mencegah kebangkrutan atau untuk mengembangkan perusahaannya. Ada banyak contoh perusahaan yang melakukan merger dan berhasil menjadikan perusahaannya lebih besar dari sebelumnya. Hal ini mendorong merger dan akuisisi menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji apakah merger yang dilakukan oleh sepuluh (10) perusahaan pada tahun 2015 merupakan keputusan yang tepat dan terbukti mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Bagaimanapun, ada beberapa perusahaan yang gagal dalam melakukan merger. Pengujian tes normalitas dan uji beda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diproses melalui perangkat lunak, SPSS 24. Hasil yang didapat adalah nilai signifikan < 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung > nilai t-tabel. Uji korelasi juga dilakukan untuk memperkuat hasil temuan yang menyimpulkan bahwa setelah melakukan merger dan akuisisi, performa perusahaan meningkat dan ada hubungan antar nilai perusahaan sebelum dan setelah melakukan merger. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melakukan merger dan akusisi merupakan langkah yang tepat untuk dilakukan. Kata kunci: Merger, Akuisisi, Current Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of stock variants and Bank Indonesia interest rates on stock returns. The method used is multiple linear regression with 30 companies listed on the IDX30 index in the period January-December 2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results showed that stock variants had a significant positive effect on stock returns, while the Bank Indonesia interest rate had a negative effect on stock returns. The results of this study are supported by the results of multiple linear regression tests by comparing the t statistical value. This research is expected to be taken into consideration by investors in making investment decisions and become additional literature in the field of market risk analysis on stock returns Keywords: Interest rate, return stocks, variant stocks Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh varian saham dan suku bunga Bank Indonesia terhadap return saham. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan 30 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks IDX30 pada periode Januari-Desember tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varian saham berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham sedangkan tingkat suku bunga Bank Indonesia berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham. hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh hasil uji regresi linear berganda dengan membandingkan nilai t statistik. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan investor dalam membuat keputusan investasi dan menjadi literatur tambahan dalam bidang analisis risiko pasar terhadap return saham. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of millennial investors' simplification behavior (heuristic) on the formation of technical anomalies in the capital market and the role of these anomalies on investment performance. The method of the data analysis used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the WarpPLS analysis tool. The Variance Accounted For (VAF) method was added in this study as an additional test to explore whether technical anomalies can mediate the effect of heuristics on investment performance. The results proved that the heuristic behavior (availability, representativeness, and hindsight) of millennial investors is one of the factors causing technical anomalies in the capital market, except for the availability heuristic. The limitations of this study were the first measurement items/items used were minimal, amounting to two to four items for each construct. Second, this study could not detail how millennial investors behaved when selling or buying shares. This study is essential as investors can understand their investment behavior and they can make better decisions. Further, providing information regarding the behavior of millennial investors to the government because the millennial generation is an essential key in encouraging them to be at the forefront of the Indonesian economy. The implication is that the government can develop strategies and policies to increase the involvement of the millennial generation in investing in the capital market. Keywords: Investor Behavior, Millennial Investors, Anomalies, Heuristics, Capital Market Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran perilaku penyederhanaan (heuristik) investor milenial terhadap terbentuknya teknikal anomali di pasar modal dan peran anomali tersebut terhadap kinerja investasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan alat analisis WarpPLS. Metode Variance Accounted For (VAF) juga ditambahkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai ujian tambahan untuk mengeksplorasi apakah teknikal anomali mampu memediasi pengaruh antara heuristik terhadap kinerja investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku heuristik (availability, representativeness, dan hindsight) investor milenial terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya teknikal anomali di pasar modal, kecuali availability heuristik. Keterbatasan penelitian ini pertama item pengukuran/item yang digunakan sangat terbatas berjumlah dua hingga empat item untuk masing-masing konstruk. Kedua, penelitian ini tidak mampu menangkap secara detail bagaimana perilaku investor milenial secara terpisah saat menjual atau membeli saham. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan agar investor dapat memahami perilaku investasi mereka sehingga mampu mengambil keputusan lebih baik. Kedua, memberikan informasi terkait perilaku investor milenial ke pemerintahan karena generasi milenial menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong mereka menjadi garda terdepan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Implikasinya pemerintah dapat menyusun strategi dan kebijakan dalam peningkatan keterlibatan generasi milenial dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal.
