Abstract

Penyusunan laporan keuangan desa merupakan langkah penting dalam peningkatan akuntabilitas. Laporan keuangan yang tepat waktu dan akurat adalah alat yang efektif untuk mengawasi pengelolaan dana desa yang transparan dan akuntabel. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diselenggarakan di Desa Lembak Kabupaten Muara Enim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pendampingan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan dana desa guna meningkatkan akuntabilitas, dengan harapan pihak desa memiliki pemahaman lebih baik mengenai laporan keuangan yang akurat agar dapat mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di tingkat desa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan dana desa dilakukan secara luring atau tatap muka langsung. Pelaksanaan dilaksanakan di ruang serba guna kantor Kepala Desa Lembak. Kegiatan melibatkan kepala desa beserta perangkat desa, BPD serta ibu PKK Desa Lembak yang berjumlah 20 orang peserta. Adapun materi yang disampaikan terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan yaitu, pengelolaan pelaporan keuangan, perencanaan dana desa, dan aplikasi keuangan digital. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menampilkan tingkat keberhasilan menambah pengetahuan ilmu akuntansi sebanyak 75%, pengetahuan laporan keuangan meningkat sebesar 75%, pengetahuan aplikasi digital sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan peserta bisa dengan cepat menangkap paparan materi terlihat dari hasil evaluasi, pengetahuan serta pemahaman peserta mengalami peningkatan, perangkat desa juga merasa terbantu dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangan digital. Kegiatan ini sedikit banyak membantu perangkat desa di Desa Lembak untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of placement and work experience on employee performance at the Food Security and Livestock Service of South Sumatra Province. The research method used was descriptive and verification with a population of 117 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that placement and work experience have a positive effect on employee performance. Thus, the hypothesis in this research which states that there is an influence of placement and work experience on employee performance can be accepted. It is also hoped that this research can become material for literature on the topic of employee performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed at how the impact of work experience and attachment to work on the performance of employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. The study used quantitative analysis, a sample used by as many as 60 respondents. The data obtained in this study is through interviews with several employees and the dissemination of questionnaires to all employees. The data analysis technique uses double linear analysis, with test t and test f. However, to see to what extent the accuracy and validity of research variables used test validity and rehabilitation in SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis of test t study obtained a significant value of work experience and work attachment of 0,000 < 0,05, which in part experience work and attachment work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Trakindo Main Development. This shows that the better the work experience and work attachment, the higher the employee performance produced by employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product Knowledge dan COD terhadap Minat Beli pengguna aplikasi TikTok di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 147 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke pengguna aplikasi TikTok di Kota Palembang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan uji t dan uji F. Untuk melihat sejauh mana keakurasian dan kelayakan variabel penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas pada SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikan Product Knowledge sebesar 9,119 > 1,976, yang secara parsial Product Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Sedangkan COD sebesar 1,298 < 1,976, yang secara parsial COD berpengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Hasil analisis uji F Product Knowledge dan COD memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli sebesar 49,122 > 3,058.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. Disiplin kerja didefinisikan sebagai sikap yang menghormati, menghargai, patuh, dan taat terhadap peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku, baik tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Budaya organisasi didefinisikan sebagai sistem makna bersama yang dianut oleh anggota-anggota yang membedakan organisasi itu dari organisasi-organisasi lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Disiplin kerja yang tinggi dan budaya organisasi yang kuat mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia di PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan memperkuat budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work ability on employee performance at PT Baris Jaya Perkasa. The population and sample in this study were 40 employees of PT Baris Jaya Perkasa. The analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test which were processed using the help of the Static Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 29 program. The results of this research are t count 4,257 > t table 2,026 on Variable X1, namely work motivation and t count 10,221 > t table 2,026 on Variable X2, namely Work Ability. In the correlation coefficient test method for the Work Motivation Variable (X1), the value is 0,568, which means that the level of relationship between work motivation and employee performance is at a moderate level. Based on the results of calculating the Coefficient of Determination (R2), it can be concluded that the percentage influence of the Work Motivation (X1) and Work Ability (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) is 0,758 or the remaining 75,8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on the performance of PT Baris Jaya Perkasa employees. This shows that the leadership style is sometimes still very weak and still really needs attention to improve employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using survey methods and the technique used is a questionnaire. The population or respondents in this research were 52 employees at PT Baris Jaya Perkasa. The results of this research are t count 4.092 > t table 2.010 on the leadership style variable (X1) and t count 7.043 > 2.010 on the work motivation variable (X2). In the correlation coefficient test method for the leadership style variable (X1), the value is 0, which means that the level of relationship between leadership style (X1) and employee performance (Y) is at a low level of relationship. However, in the research, the work motivation variable (X2) has a value of 0.706, which means that the level of relationship between work motivation (X2) and employee performance (Y) is at a strong relationship level. Based on the results of calculating the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be concluded that the percentage influence of the variables leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.519 or 51.9%, the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and e-WOM on consumer purchasing decisions for the Shopee marketplace. Research is not limited to one specific place, but can include various locations that are relevant to the focus of the study (shopee marketplace users). The sampling used in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique, there were 150 respondents. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 120.781 with a Ftable value of 3.056 so that the Fcount> Ftable value (120.781> 3.056) with a significance level of 0.000> 0.05, it can be concluded that Brand Image (X1), e-WOM (X2) have a jointly significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Based on the results of the t test, it shows that Brand Image with a sig value of Brand Image (X1) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count> t table is 4.885> 1.976. So it can be concluded that the Brand Image variable has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. E-WOM with a sig value of e-WOM (X2) on Purchasing Decisions is 0.000 <0.05 and t count> t table is 4.984> 1.976, it can be concluded that the e-WOM variable has an effect and is significant on Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation coefficient (R) of brand image, e-wom on consumer purchasing decisions obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.788 at a significance level of α 5%. While the result of the detemination coefficient (R2) obtained a value of 0.617. This shows that Brand imgae and e-WOM are able to explain the purchasing decision variable by 0.617 or 61.7%. And the remaining 38.3% can be explained / influenced by other variables not included in this study.
