Abstract

In language activities often have errors, this is due to some problems that exist in the first and second language. Some student do not realize that the language used still has many errors. These errors are not only physical, but also a sign of imperfect knowledge and mastery of the code. The student has not yet internalized the (second) language rules they are learning. With held error analysis is expected the language learners at any level can minimize errors in his language. Analysis of language errors is a process based on analyzing the error of a learned person with an object (language) that has been targeted. The targeted language can be either the mother tongue or the target language

Abstract

The educational problems experienced in Indonesia are many, one of which is the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Covid-19, school learning has obstacles until the learning process cannot be done completely, both structural and non-structural learning. The study used a short series of kuantitatf statistics with quasi-experimental research models and used control groups of pretest-posttes design because the study applied pretest before being given treatment and provided post test after treatment. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Tuban. The subject of this study was a student of class X MIPA daughter SMAN 1 Tuban. The study also included three variables including learning outcomes from attitude values, knowledge values and skill values. The results of research that has been obtained state that the blended learning model with EUKBM media has a significant influence on learning outcomes. This can be known from the average pretest and postest knowledge scores between the experimental class and the control class. Through the application of blanded learning researchers also found changes in attitudes, behavior, knowledge and also skills of students during the learning process. Students become more participating and interacting with teachers and other students. Through the development of this blended learning model, students are more active when learning both online and offline. So that in the process of his defense does not seem monotonous.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving learning outcomes of light vehicle engine maintenance through the examples non-examples method for class XII students of TKR 1 SMK Mu-hammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru in the 2018 academic year. The specific objectives of this research can be detailed as follows: To determine student learning outcomes using conventional learning models. To find out student learning outcomes using the examples non examples learning model. To find out whether there are differences in student learning outcomes using examples non-examples learning models with conventional learning models.The formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: Are there differences in student learning outcomes using examples non-examples learning models with conventional learning models? Are student learning outcomes using the examples non-examples learning model better than student learning outcomes using conventional learning models? The subject of the research is Class XII TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru Senapelan District Pekanbaru Academic year 2018 as many as 31 students. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the value of student learning outcomes in light vehicle engine maintenance learning by using examples non examples learning models is greater than the value of student learning outcomes in light vehicle engine maintenance lessons that do not use examples non examples learning models.  Keywords: Learning Machine Maintenance of Light Vehicles by using learning models Examples Non Examples Abstrak: Meningkatkan hasil belajar pemeliharaan mesin kendaraan ringan melalui metode  examples non examples pada siswa kelas XII TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru tahun ajaran 2018.Tujuan khusus dilaksanakannya penelitian ini dapat dirinci sebagai berikut: Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples. Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples dengan model pembelajaran konvensional? Apakah hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional?Subjek penelitian adalah Kelas XII TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah  1 Pekanbaru Kecamatan Senapelan Pekanbaru Tahun ajaran 2018 sebanyak 31 anak didik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples lebih besar daripada nilai hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Merauke khususnya bidang kesekretariatan mempunyai tugas untuk melaksanakan sebagian urusan dari pemerintah daerah berdasarkan asas otonomi serta tugas pembantuan di bidang Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah, selain itu di bagian kesekretariatan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Asset Daerah mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan pelayanan prima dalam melayani masyarakat. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan memaksimumkan kinerja pegawainya dengan cara memberika motivasi maupun reward kepada para pega.wainya. Variabel motivasi ini sangat terkait dengan variabel kinerja dalam pencapaian pemberian pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat Sampel penelitian adalah keseluruhan pegawai yang ada pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Merauke khususnya yang berada pada bagian kesekretariatan dengan periode waktu penelitian adalah bulan februari tahun 2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian kesekretariatan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Merauke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan hasil regresi yaitu Kinerja = 9,374+0,260X

Abstract

This training activity on the use of plastic waste into economically valuable handicraft products is a community service program which aims to provide solutions to the problem of managing plastic waste in the community. The main problem faced is the low level of utilization of plastic waste which has the potential to pollute the environment. This training was carried out with the aim that members of the PKK Team RT 001 RW 008 Dusun Pulau Sialang, Kampar, could understand and practice processing plastic waste into handicraft products such as bags, flower vases and home decorations. These products not only have aesthetic value but also economic value, so they can increase people's productivity and financial independence. In addition, this activity is expected to contribute to reducing the volume of plastic waste that ends up in final disposal sites (TPA). Through this training, participants also gain additional knowledge and skills in managing plastic waste, especially used packaging waste such as plastic bags, drink bottles and detergent packaging, into creative and innovative products. Thus, this activity is able to have a positive impact both economically and environmentally for the people of Sialang Island Hamlet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using English in food menu names on consumer purchase intention at Dapur Seblak Bangkinang. In the globalization era, the use of foreign terms is believed to enhance product appeal, especially among younger consumers. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active customers of Dapur Seblak Bangkinang. The results show that using English in menu naming creates a more modern and trendy image, which significantly increases consumers' buying interest. These findings indicate that language strategy in product naming plays a crucial role in shaping consumer perceptions and influencing purchase decisions. Therefore, culinary business owners are encouraged to consider using foreign languages as part of their marketing strategy.
