Abstract

The increasing amount of people traveling in the city of Mataram causes the demand for satisfactory public transportation both in terms of quantity and quality. Damri Bus is one of the transportation that provides passenger public transportation services with one of the routes, specifically Lombok International Airport (LIA) - Mataram. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the Damri Bus passenger transportation rates are based on vehicle operating costs (VOC) route BIL - Mataram. The method used to analyze passenger transportation rates based on VOC is using the PCI (Pacific International Consultant) method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Damri Bus VOC is Rp 2,788,439, while the results of the data analysis based on the VOC obtained average rates in the Morning is Rp15,015, in the Noon is Rp 13,223 and in the Afternoon is Rp 42,262, with an average tariff is Rp 23,499 , 89. The actual tariff of Damri Bus routes BIL - Mataram is Rp. 30,000, the results show that the results of the tariff analysis with the actual tariff are still appropriate.

Abstract

Pembangunan infakstruktur Jalan Gajahmada Mataram yang baru saja selesai dilaksanakan, telah dirasakan manfaantnya, namun juga menimbulkan pro dan kontra karena kebijakan yang menetapkan desain elevasi permukaan jalan dan jembatan menjadi lebih tinggi mulai 50 CM sampai 3 meter dari kondisi semula.Dengan metode analytic hierarchy proses penentuan kebijakan tersebut dianalisis dan dinialai dari 8 kriteria yang lazim dipergunakan yaitu kriteria teknis (3), non teknis (4) dan biaya biaya (1). Penilaian melalui kuisioner oleh responden yang berasal dari tokoh masyarakat sekitar, pimpinan dari dinas PU (Bina Marga), para dosen pengampu bidang jalan raya, pimpinan asosiasi HPJI dan tenaga ahli konsultan yang sering merencanakan jalan.Hasil analisis perbandingan seluruh kriteria yang ditinjau diperoleh bahwa desain elevasi permukaan jalan tinggi lebih unggul dibanding  dengan desain elevasi permukaan jalan rendah, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pembobotan untuk desain elevasi  tinggi mencapai bobot sebesar (0,574), sementara bobot untuk desain elevasi rendah sebesar (0,426).

Abstract

Red brick is one of the materials that is still quite widely used in construction practice, because it is quite easy to get and the price is relatively cheap. Red masonry wall is a pair consisting of a binder (mortar) and a filler (red brick) known as masonry. Masonry generally provides durable construction, where the constituent material, mortar quality, and workmanship greatly affect the durability of the overall wall construction. The installation of infill walls causes the structure to become more rigid, which can sometimes cause different failure behavior between structures without infill walls and structures with infill walls. This also affects the capacity and ductility of the overall structure. Several research results show that the interaction of the infill wall with the framework is very effective in increasing the strength, stiffness, and performance of the structure in resisting lateral loads due to earthquakes. This study takes the example of a 4 (four) floor building. The analysis is carried out by modeling the walls in the SAP2000 software application, where the structural models include: Model I fully uses frame elements, Model II is a structure modeled by including infill walls without plastering as a shell element, Model III is a structure modeled using infill walls with stucco reinforcement as the shell element, and Model IV is a structure modeled using infill walls with stucco reinforcement and counter wire as the shell element. The comparison parameters in this study are structural strength and deformation. Based on the results of the analysis, Model II, 90% stiffer than the open frame structure (open frame) Model I; while Model III is 92% stiffer than Model I; and Model IV, 97% stiffer than Model I which, when viewed from the X-direction earthquake load. When viewed from the Y-direction earthquake load, the infilled frame structure for Model II is 88% stiffer than the open frame structure (open frame) Model I; while Model III is 91% stiffer than Model I; and Model IV, 99 % stiffer than Model I. Moment and latitude values ​​of Model II, Model III, Model IV are smaller than Model I both in terms of the X-direction earthquake load and the Y-direction earthquake load. Infill walls of Model II are larger than those of Model IV and Model III when viewed from the X-direction earthquake load or due to the Y-direction earthquake load. and very qualified for use in areas with high earthquake risk

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries where cases are more complex than developed countries, one of which is traffic jams that we often encounter in some cities, one of which is Mataram City, resulting in an increase in the number of traffic movements of various types of vehicles, increasing the density of intersection traffic flows and the need for traffic management. the right way to regulate the smooth flow of traffic, aims to determine the performance of the intersection and the application of one-way traffic engineering on Jalan Dr. Wahidin Rembiga - Mataram City, which has quite severe congestion due to inadequate road width, is a connecting road between cities and regencies, resulting in an increase in the number of diverse movements of various types of vehicles. The application of the one-way road system as a solution to overcome congestion. Each segment has a different road width and shoulder width. using the 1997 MKJI guide (Indonesian Road Capacity Manual). The main factors as research parameters are the degree of saturation and the level of segment service. The results of the level of service performance are very clear on the Jalan Dr. Wahidin when the existing condition obtained a degree of saturation value of 1.13, it means that the service level of the segment gets an F value, the implementation of a one-way system, the degree of saturation drops to 0.52, the level of service changes to C which is very influential on road service and overcomes congestion on the road.

Abstract

Sama Guna Village is a division village located in Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. By the formation of a new government institution, it is certainly not immediately supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. One of them is the Village Office. In this case, Sama Guna Village wants to make a design related to the needs of the Village Office. However, this has become a quite tough activity for the Village based on: budget constraints, optimizing the utilization of Village funds and Village apparatus human resources. As a developer in the field of Civil Engineering and active in the field of development, as well as a form of scientific service to the community, assistance is needed to assisting activities for the engineered of the Village Office Detail Engineer Design (DED). Starting from activities: measurement; brainstorming with village and community officials; deliberations and assistance in the manufacture of DED, a design was found that is effective, strong and economical. The resulting building area is 313.96 m2.

Abstract

TNI AU Rembiga intersection is a three-way link between the central point of Mataram city, which is also connected to the Rembiga intersection and the Dakota intersection, Rembiga. Dr. Wahidin street is an economic pathway for education, offices, and trade. At certain times, the traffic flow is very congested because the road is also the direction to West Lombok district. Based on observations at the research location, it was found that the distance between the Rembiga intersection and the TNI AU intersection was 322.8 meters which caused the movement of traffic flow to be less than optimal between the intersection distances so that it would affect performance at TNI AU intersection. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to examine the performance of the unsignalized intersection at the TNI AU Rembiga intersection due to the continued flow from the Rembiga intersection which is a signalized intersection due to a one-way system engineering carried out on the Dr. Wahidin street and before the implementation of the one-way system on the Dr. Wahidin street. This research was conducted with reference to the MKJI 1997, in which researchers conducted field observations, then collected primary data and secondary data. There is traffic flow engineering on Dr. Wahidin street, by creating a one-way system, had an impact on changing the performance of the unsignalized intersection at the TNI AU intersection to a level of service F with obstructed flow conditions, low speed whereas, before the implementation of the one-way system the level of service was E with stable flow conditions, stalled vehicles.

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah laporan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk KKN Mas (Kuliah Kerja Nyata Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah) di desa Mesanggok Kecamatan Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Desa Mesanggok adalah sebuah desa yang letaknya sangat strategis dan memiliki berbagai potensi alam, SDM, pengalaman, dan kearifan lokal lainnya. Namun demikian desa Mesanggok memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, pembangunan desa, penyelenggaraan program pendidikan dan kesehatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini maka dilaksanakan program KKN Mas dengan tujuan untuk membantu pemerintahan desa dan memfasilitasi masyarakat menuju terbentuknya masyarakat yang mandiri dan sejahtera. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah melalui 6 tahap kegiatan: observasi & wawancara, menemukan masalah, analisis masalah, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah menghasilkan 3 kegiatan utama bidang pendidikan, 2 kegiatan utama bidang kesehatan, dan sebuah grand design pengembangan potensi wisata desa berbasis Edu-Sehat. Tiga kegiatan bidang pendidikan adalah pembuatan rumah belajar (RUBELA), baca dan hafalan al_Qur’an (BAHA-AQ), dan mengasah ketrampilan elektro pelajar (SMK TE BISA).  Sedangkan dua kegiatan bidang kesehatan adalah sosialisasi edukasi kesehatan masyarakat (SOSI EDU-SEHAT), dan penerapan hidup sehat melalui percontohan (MODEL SEHAT). Gambar grand design wisata desa Mesanggok dilengkapi dengan penataan lokasi mini gallery model pendidikan dan kesehatan, sudut-sudut keindahan alam desa, desain jaringan jalan dan sungai, desain lampu jalan berbasis energi matahari, dan desain penyiram tanaman otomatis.

Abstract

Kepadatan volume lalu lintas merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang sering terjadi diberbagai daerah Indonesia, salah satunya terjadi di Kota Mataram khususnya pada simpang 3 (tiga) Jalan Dakota Kelurahan Rembiga, Kota Mataram. Persimpangan tiga jalan Dakota merupakan simpang tiga tak bersinyal dan terdapat beberapa konflik yang sering terjadi pada persimpangan tersebut. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji kinerja simpang tak bersinyal pada simpang tiga Dakota Rembiga akibat penambahan arus lanjutan dari jalan Adi Sucipto serta akibat pemberlakuan sistem satu arah yang dilakukan pada ruas jalan Dr. Wahidin menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pada kondisi eksisting simpang Dakota memiliki derajat kejenuhan yang tinggi (DS>0,75) yaitu sebesar 0,871. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan sistem satu arah, derajat kejenuhan memenuhi sasaran (DS<0,75) yaitu menurun sebesar 0,577 dan disimpulkan penerapan SSA ini efektif untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

Terminal transportasi menggambarkan panggung yang dinamis dari interaksi sosial, ekonomi, dan kultural. Terminal bukan hanya tempat untuk perpindahan fisik, tetapi juga menjadi pusat aktivitas yang mencerminkan kompleksitas kehidupan kota. Di sini, terbentuk ekosistem yang melibatkan pasar informal, kegiatan ekonomi mikro, dan pertemuan lintas lapisan masyarakat yang memperkaya keragaman budaya. Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi kinerja dan pelayanan terminal terhadap penumpang angkutan umum menggunakan metode analisis Importance Performance Analisis (IPA). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil suvei dengan cara pengamatan di terminal. Data sekunder didapatkan dari pengelola terminal yaitu PT. DAMRI TRANSPORT berupa data penumpang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui kinerja operasional terminal Pancor saat ini dengan jenis terminal tipe c memenuhi setandar peraturan MENHUB terkait dengan tipe dan fungsi terminal, namun, untuk fasilitas terminal belum memenuhi standar peraturan KM 31 Tahun 1995 Pasal 3, yang dimana tidak tersedianya tambu-rambu dan papan informasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analisis (IPA) terhadap atribut; 1) memiliki ruang tunggu yang cukup nyaman (P4); 2) bangunan terminal indah dan bersih (P7); dan 3) petugas bersikap ramah dan sopan (P8) merupakan atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki, karena tingkat kinerja yang rendah dan memiliki tingkat harapan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Hydrometeorological disasters are disasters caused by damage to the system in the hydrological cycle, thereby affecting the stability of climate conditions and water reserves on the earth's surface. Hydrometeorological disasters include droughts, floods, storms, forest fires, landslides, cyclones, cold waves and heat waves. On December 6 2021 several areas in West Lombok Regency were affected by flooding caused by extreme weather. One of the areas affected is Lembah Sari Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. From the geographical conditions of Lembah Sari Village, it has a high potential for hydrometeological disasters. For this reason, the Community Service Team for the Civil Engineering Study Program (Prodi) at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram carried out outreach related to hydrometeorological disaster mitigation in Lembah Sari Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. The method used is counseling with material presentation sessions and question and answer discussions. The activity will be held on August 28 2023. The extension activity can run well and smoothly as seen from the enthusiasm of the people in listening to the presentation of the material which is then followed by a question and answer session.
