Abstract

Twitter is one of the popular social networks where short message communications (called tweets) have attracted large numbers of users. Popularity and openness twitter structure has attracted large number of automated programs called bots. Bots is automatic programs designed to simulate conversations, either being similar like human or pure information. Pure information bot is bot that the existence intended to provide information to user. This research automatic notification is applied to reply to the questions frequently asked FILKOM coolege students about FILKOM in the form of FILKOM FAQ. FILKOM FAQs bot-based system that are applied to twitter social networks are easier to access, quicker, and interactive responses. The exchange of information that occurs between the webserver-bot system-and the users / students is done on a scheduled basis.

Abstract

SMK YP-17-1 Malang is an organization that operates a formal education. It holds a vocational education on a senior-high grade as a continuation from Junior high (SMP, MTS or any comparable junior high). As an organization that holds a formal education, it is imperative for SMK YP 17-1 to implement any govermental policy in its operation. In the process, there will be problems such as difficulties on implementing the dynamically changing curriculum and the problem of developing the staff's proffesionalism. Based on that fact, we need the skill, cooperation, and feedback among teachers on their daily routine so that they can share their knowledge. Hence, need to implemented a software to manage education/training process and also acts as a web-based information gateway for Training of trainers system. The completed system uses CodeIgniter framework that implements Waterfall development cycle and fulfills the functional requirement with 100% validation percentage. All three of the main feature has a complexity level under 21 which proves that this system can be operated with easy maintenance. Moreover, user satisfaction value reaches 84.17% which indicates that the completed system is categorized as "good" and has an adjective value of "B".

Abstract

Breast disease generally occurs in women with increased incidence of disease each year. The mortality rate for the sufferer is up to 40% and above and tends to be in modern young women. Therefore breast cancer detection and early diagnosis of the stage become the most important problem in medicine. The physiopathology state of human breast tissue can be seen with Electrical Impedance Spectral (EIS) so that it can be classified. The aim of this research is to classify the wound on breast tissue and to know the accuracy using Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN) method. The dataset consists of 105 data, from the UCI-Repository dataset with 9 input parameters obtained from electrical impedance including I0, PA500, HFS, DA, AREA, A / DA, MAX IP, DR and P. While the output is a condition of breast injury that is glandular tissue, connective tissue, adipose tissue, mastopathy, fibro-adenoma and carcinoma. The FKNN test yields the best value of m = 2, the percentage of training data = 60% and k = 3. The result of this method is able to classify 28 data testing in accordance with the actual class and 14 data testing which is not in accordance with the actual class of total 42 data testing. The accuracy rate is 66.6666667%.

Abstract

Information technology began to be used to build an E-Government based government by applying information technology in its work system to facilitate the work process and service to the community. With the development of information technology in the Government is expected the State Civil Apparatus performance will be faster and efficient. In the work unit of Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Labor, incoming mail that has not been documented electronically and activities of disposition of incoming mail which has been by using manual book led to the process of searching document letters constrained when the archive of incoming mail so much and excessive use of paper very wasted state budget from various ministries/ government agencies. To facilitate the process of searching and tracking the incoming mail flow until the mail is completed, it is necessary to develop mail documentation application at Inspectorate General Ministry of Labor. In this case, the mail documentation application is built using the CodeIgniter framework with the application of semantic web in hopes to simplify the process of searching document letters.

Abstract

Nowadays the Internet become the most popular way to get and share information. But not all regions in Indonesia have an uninterrupted Internet connection. Rural, mountain climbing, and marine are examples of areas having interrupted Internet connections. These problems can be solved by adapting Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) technology. In this research, the DTN Network was simulated in The ONE Simulator to compare performance of DTN routing scheme with buffer size, message size, and different geographical location. Routing protocols that used are Direct Delivery and First Contact for Single-copy routing schemes, and MaxProp, Spray and Wait, and Epidemic for Multi-copy routing schemes. The results show that the performance of Multi-copy routing scheme is better than Single-copy routing scheme, especially on the Delivery Probability and Average Latency value. With the highest Delivery Probability value of 98.08% compared to 88.56% of Single Copy, the lowest Average Latency value is 40.3138s, compared to 41.2028s of Single-copy, the lowest Overhead Ratio is 367.66%, compared to 0% of Single-copy. MaxProp routing protocol generated the best Delivery Probability value. While, the best Average Latency value generated by Spray and Wait routing protocol. And Direct Delivery generated the best Overhead Ratio value.

Abstract

Abstract Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is a protocol on transport layer that have reliable properties in sending data. But reliable transmission can be distruped due congestion which are caused by increased traffic data. The problem can be solved by applying the correcrt TCP and queue management. In this research will be done simulation by comparing TCP Vegas and TCP New Reno by adding Random Early Detection and Droptail with scheme the addition of minthresh, max thresh and buffer capacity. After this research is done will get TCP and queue management that has the best performance in over coming congestion. The test results show, TCP Vegas is better than TCP NewReno with Random Early Detection, especially in packet delivery ratio, delay and packet drop. The results of packet delivery ratio test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection and Droptail with the average 99.9968% versus 99.6768% for TCP NewReno. The results throughput test, TCP NewReno has the best performance when using Droptail with the average 100749.4234kbps versus 94576.815kbps for TCP Vegas. The results delay test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection with the average of 4.31ms versus 5.98ms for TCP NewReno. And results packet drop test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection with the average 0.0002% versus 0.319% for TCP NewReno.

Abstract

Development of internet has been increased in recent years. One of the well developed internet technology is called Internet of things (IoT). IoT is able to transmit data through the network without direct interaction of person-to person or person-to-computer. The increase in size and amount of IoT environments complemented with the complex usage oftenly cause disturbances on networks and devices. Well developed device management is required to observe and availability of networks to prevent disturbances. Microcomputers with Raspberry Pi is required to develop the system. The device monitoring system of IoT works on transport layer using UDP protocol, the system will take only the required data for effective computing. Data structure will be designed with Dictionary Data Structure system, the monitoring system of IoT then developed by modifying the Management Information Base (MIB). The development of agent and manager will be adjusted according to MIB on SNMP with OID categories to create a well structured information and data to create an accurate interface for device monitoring. The result of IoT device monitoring is processed from data package on one transmission with the size of 402 bytes, slighty different with previous research which is 326 bytes, the result is caused by the usage of dictionary data structure which key and value can choose data based on OID category. The IoT device monitoring system is more effective than 3916 bytes SNMP protocol.

Abstract

Health factors become one of the important role in improving the quality of human life. Low air quality in densely populated cities can lead to a significant drop in health care. Carbon monoxide as the main pollutant of the capital deserves more spotlight in its handling. This research focuses on indoor detection of carbon monoxide gas. In the previous research, IoT middleware was developed which can solve syntactical interoperability problem. This developing system will be integrated with existing IOT middleware. To facilitate user interaction, the development is done by making apps for smart phones based on the Android operating system that provide a user-friendly interface and can provide notifications in the app if the sensor readout value exceeds the safe limit. There are several parameters to test the developed system, including integration, context-awareness testing, and Quality of Service (QoS). Based on the results of testing on this system, it was found that the developed system has perfect data integrity. On the other hand, developed systems meet the rules of context-awareness computing.

Abstract

Automated source code evaluation system is a system used to examine a program, in fact its research has been around since 1965. As technology grows, more and more people use Docker to create this system. By using Docker, system will be isolated so it can make computer safe. That's why the automated evaluation system in this study uses Docker to make sure the computer is safe. Even though the system can run safely, there are still some problems occurred on the automated system. The problem is how to make the evaluation process efficient and less burdening the computer and how to speed up the evaluation process if there is a program that takes a long time to be evaluated. Therefore, this research will make a cluster of automated source code evaluation system. In this cluster, there will be two instances, a master that divides the task and slaves that run the evaluation. Master and slaves will be connected with RPC because master will only call a function on the slave. The division of tasks will use round-robin algorithm, where slaves will be selected interchangeably. The test results show that this cluster capable of evaluating programs and able to evaluate up to 104 programs at once. In addition, this cluster can also divide the task efficiently so it can reduce the burdens on the computer and speed up the evaluation if the program takes a long time to be evaluated.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a network architecture in which each sensor has the ability to be able to observe the surrounding conditions (sensing). In implementing the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) we can create a monitoring system consisting of several sensors, microcontrollers and wireless communication between nodes with low and low power in maintaining them. To make communication between nodes, a network protocol is needed that is easily developed and understood by most users and can display information in real time, communication that can be used to create realtime applications, namely Websocket. Websocket is chosen for communication between nodes because it is able to provide statefull and full-duplex communication on the HTTP protocol which is very suitable for monitoring systems. In its implementation the system is used to monitor the pH and temperature of the water in the cultivation of shrimp ponds. The results of performance testing show that the accuracy of the sensor in obtaining information on the pH value and temperature has an accuracy rate of 99% with an error rate compared to other measuring devices which are below 1%. While the data transmission performance required by the system in serving requests from the client until sending it back to the client requires an average time of less than 1 second of each transmission process.
