Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions at Cafés (Case Study of 2019 Management Department Students at STIENAS Banjarmasin). The research population was all students of the 2019 Management Department at STIENAS Banjarmasin, totaling 137 people. Criteria for students who have visited the café at least twice. The sample in this study was 35 respondents. Data analysis processing uses SPSS for Windows version 26 with multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research found that the calculated t value of the brand image variable was 3,360 > t table of 1,692 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be interpreted that the brand image variable has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions in cafés. The calculated t value of the price variable is 2.109 > t table of 1.692 with a significance level of 0.043 < 0.05 so it can be interpreted that the price variable has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Café. The Fcount value in this study is 14.262 when compared with the Ftable value of 3.28, so it can be seen that Fcount > Ftable (14.262 > 3.28) and it turns out that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusions of this research are (1) Brand Image partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Cafes (Case Study of 2019 Management Department Students at STIENAS Banjarmasin). (2) Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at cafes (Case Study of 2019 Management Department Students at STIENAS Banjarmasin). (3) Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Cafes (Case Study of 2019 Management Department Students at STIENAS Banjarmasin).

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of the modern business world, the emergence of the digital era has ushered in transformative changes. Traditional leadership paradigms have given way to digital leadership, focused on technology, data-driven decision-making, innovation, and open organizational cultures. This study delves into the intricate relationship between digital leadership and human resource (HR) performance within contemporary corporate environments. It aims to explore how adopting digital leadership practices influences HR performance metrics and contributes to organizational excellence. Through a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses, the research uncovers significant positive correlations between digital leadership practices and HR performance. Key findings reveal that technology adoption, data-driven decision-making, innovation, and open cultures drive enhanced HR performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study wants to determine the influence of employee engagement (EE) and leader-member exchange (LMX) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction (JS) as a mediating variable in private university education personnel. The study delved deeper into how EE and LMX can improve job satisfaction and OCB, where previous studies have yielded mixed results. This research method with data was collected through an online survey of 100 staff working at a private university and analyzed using a structural equation model (Smart PLS). The results showed a direct influence on the variables EE on JS, EE on OCB, JS on OCB, and LMX on OCB, which showed a positive and significant influence, while LMX on JS had no significant effect. Meanwhile, the indirect influence can be seen from the influence of the EE-JS-OCB variable of 0.260 (positive) with a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 (significant), meaning that JS plays a role in mediating the influence of EE on OCB. (H6). The indirect influence of LMX-JS-OCB is 0.048 (positive) with a P-value of 0.0193> 0.05 (insignificant), meaning that JS does not play a role in mediating the influence of LMX on OCB (H7). Research that discusses the relationship between work attachment variables, LMX, job satisfaction, and OCB has been done a lot, but no studies have been conducted on private university staff in South Kalimantan. Therefore, this study will discuss the relationship between work attachment variables, LMX, job satisfaction, and OCB of private university staff in South Kalimantan. Abstract

Abstract This study wanted to determine the impact of leader-member exchange (LMX) and Competence on performance with organization citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable in private university academic staff. Data was collected through an online survey of staff working at private universities totaling 75 people and analyzed using structural equation models (PLS). The findings show a direct influence for LMX variables on OCB, Competence on OCB, LMX on performance, Competence on performance, and OCB on performance, which has a positive and significant effect. While indirect influence can be seen from the impact of competency variables on performance through OCB, it is 0.095 (positive) with a P-value of 0.061 > 0.05 (not significant), meaning that OCB variables do not play a role in mediating the influence of Competence on performance. The second variable has an indirect effect of the LMX variable on performance through OCB 0.179 (positive) with a P-value of 0.012 < 0.05 (significant), meaning that the OCB variable plays a role in mediating the effect of LMX on performance. The limitation of this paper is that it only uses 75 respondents from academic staff in private universities in the South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan regions; for future research, more respondents can be used, and a wider area of respondents can be used. Abstract

CV Duta Barito Banjarmasin is a company that was initially engaged in selling raw rattan products and now sells finished products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV Duta Barito Banjarmasin. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, where the sample in this study are employees in the production section, totaling 30 people. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis method was carried out on the results of the questionnaire answers using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The results of the study were from the work discipline variable that affected employee work performance, where discipline was evidence of a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him, so that it would also have a positive impact. against the company. Where from the calculation shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and less than 0.05, which means that work discipline increases, employee performance will also increase with an influence value of 60.5%.

Abstract

This study focuses on investigating the link between organizational commitment (OC), job satisfaction (JS), and the emergence of employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB involves employees voluntarily going above and beyond their formal duties. Various organizational factors influence the achievement of OCB, and high job satisfaction among employees plays a crucial role as a significant contributor. Various factors influence job satisfaction, and one such crucial variable is organizational commitment, which plays a pivotal role in establishing a positive work environment. Organizational commitment (OC) doesn't arise spontaneously; somewhat, it is shaped through a series of processes involving the entire human resources system and various supportive mechanisms. This commitment is intricately connected to preserving employees' mindsets and cultivating a sense of unity and loyalty towards the company. Emphasizing organizational commitment as a critical factor in a company's success, this concept is instrumental in enhancing employees' job satisfaction. As a result of this heightened satisfaction, employees are motivated to voluntarily exceed their formal obligations, contributing to the company's advancement. Essentially, organizational commitment is a catalyst, prompting employees to willingly contribute to their company's progress, illustrating the interconnectedness of commitment, job satisfaction, and OCB.

Abstract

Luka bakar merupakan bentuk kerusakan jaringan yang disebabkan kontak dengan sumber panas seperti api, air panas, bahan kimia, listrik dan radiasi. Daun cocor bebek (Bryophyllum pinnatum L.) merupakan tanaman yang biasa digunakan dalam pengobatan luka bakar. Daun cocor bebek mengandung flavonoid. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian gel ekstrak daun cocor bebek terhadap luka bakar pada kelinci derajat II dangkal. Ekstraksi daun cocor bebek dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Rendemen yang dihasilkan pada daun cocor bebek yaitu 11,3%. Gel dievaluasi sifat fisik berupa uji organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, viskositas, daya sebar, daya lekat, dan uji stabilitas fisik gel selama 4 minggu. Hasil dari uji stabilitas fisik yang baik yaitu pada formulasi 2, diujikan kepada hewan uji kelinci. Pada uji aktivitas penyembuhan luka bakar derajat II dibagai menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu kontrol negatif (basis gel), kontrol positif (bioplacenton), dan formulasi 2 (50%:50%). Pembuatan luka bakar derajat II dangkal dengan menggunakan lempeng berukuran 2 cm, dengan menggunakan anastesi etil klorid dan pengamatan penyembuh luka dilakukan selama 7 hari. Hasil perbandingan konsentrasi menunjukkan pada ekstrak daun cocor bebek mempengaruhi mutu fisik dan stabilitas fisik sediaan gel yang paling baik yaitu pada pada formulasi 2 dengan konsentrasi 50%. Efek penyembuhan luka bakar pada formulasi 2 selama 7 hari dengan rata-rata presentase kesembuhan luka sebesar 95,0%±7,071. Hasil analisis statistik dengan One Way Anova, dilanjut dengan uji beda rata-rata Tukey menunjukkan bahwa sediaan gel formula 2(50%) memberikan efek penyembuhan luka bakar yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan kontrol positif (bioplacenton).

Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is not a choice for many Indonesians.  Most Indonesians prefer to become a civil servant or private employee as their main priority.  This is inseparable from the mindset and upbringing of most Indonesians who see that an employee has no risks, whereas entrepreneurship is full of risks and financial uncertainty.  Very few people dare to take the risk of becoming an entrepreneur because there is no certainty of income and business success.  In the midst of increasingly difficult competition to obtain employee status, the way out is to become an entrepreneur.  To become an entrepreneur, the government and the world of education are trying to educate their students with various business knowledge so that they become entrepreneurs after graduating.  This activity is a form of Community Service that must be carried out by lecturers in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Teaching, Service and Research.  The methods used in this service are presentations, discussions, competitions and activity evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this activity will stimulate students' desire to become entrepreneurs when they graduate

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to prepare a forecast and sales budget and production budget for DNA Bakery bread in 2024-2025 at the DNA Bakery Production House in Tamban District. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The results of the study stated that the sales forecast for DNA Bakery bread with several tofu flavors in 2024 was 7,560 and in 2025 it was 4,320, while 2-flavor tofu bread in 2024 was 3,920 pcs and in 2025 it was 4,200 pcs, and 3-flavor bread in 2024 was 3,770 pcs and in 2025 it was 4,040 pcs. The sales budget for DNA Bakery bread at the DNA Bakery Production House in Tamban District in 2024-2025 is IDR 107,150,000. The production budget for DNA Bakery bread at the DNA Bakery Production House in Tamban District in 2024 was 15,434 pcs and in 2025 it was 12,672 pcs.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam tridharma perguruan tinggi yang memungkinkan dosen untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan Klub Catur Benteng Alalak, sebuah organisasi komunitas olahraga yang terletak di Kabupaten Barito Kuala dan telah memperoleh legalitas melalui SK PERCASI No. 010/PERCASI-BTL/V/2023. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh klub meliputi ketidakadaan struktur organisasi yang jelas, ketiadaan uraian tugas yang mendetail untuk setiap jabatan, serta keterbatasan kemampuan pengurus dalam menyusun proposal dana untuk pendanaan kegiatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi dan pendampingan secara partisipatif, yang melibatkan observasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan perbaikan dalam pengelolaan organisasi, dengan berhasil disusunnya struktur organisasi yang formal, uraian tugas yang jelas, serta peningkatan kemampuan pengurus dalam menyusun proposal pendanaan. Sebagai saran lanjutan, disarankan agar pengurus klub terus melakukan evaluasi dan pembaruan secara berkala terhadap struktur organisasi serta mengembangkan keterampilan manajerial dan administratif lebih lanjut, khususnya dalam pengelolaan dana dan perencanaan strategis. Penguatan kelembagaan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional klub dan mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi dalam jangka panjang.
