Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to find empirical evidence that the quality of service consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a partially influential and simultaneous customer to PT LG Elektronics Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research were all customers of PT LG Elektronik Indonesia, especially those domiciled in the city of Banjarmasin in 2018 as many as 5.205 people. Furthermore, samples were taken as many as 371 customers by accidental random sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research found that the quality of service consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction of PT LG Elektronics Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine the role of work motivation in improving the performance of civil servants in the administration section of the IV Kaliamantan regional social welfare training and education center. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were all 11 Civil Servants of the Regional IV Kalimantan Social Welfare Training and Education Center. The conclusion of this research is that all this time the work motivation given to civil servants in the administration division is still lacking, causing the performance of civil servants to decline which is marked by an understanding of the wrong target amount of workload. Lack of socialization is also one of the causes of low performance results because with low socialization, there is also a low understanding of the determination of PNS Performance Targets (SKP) for the assignments of each PNS.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the forecasting of sales of Honda Motorcycles at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin and to determine the preparation of a sales budget so that the sales level is in accordance with the level of consumer demand, so that there is no excess or shortage of inventory. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The source of data is obtained indirectly or through intermediary media, namely in the form of documentation such as sales report data for the last 5 years and motorcycle inventory data. The results of this research indicate that sales forecasting at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin in 2020 has increased from previous years, namely as many as 3250 units. So that the supply of motorbikes can be prepared in accordance with sales forecasting so that consumer demand can be fulfilled. As well as the sales budget for 2020 amounting to Rp.69,845,759,000, - this sales budget can be used as a guide in making decisions in business activities to sell Honda motorbikes at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions of PT Banua LimaSejurus Banjarmasin partially and simultaneously. The subjects in this study were employees of the laboratory and production divisions, totaling 85 people. The method used in this study was a quantitative analytical method, which provided empirical evidence of the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. This study uses numbers as research data with the independent variable is work safety (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results of the study prove that the work safety variables have a partial effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. Variable The existence of a manual for the use of tools and or danger signs (X2) has the most dominant effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin because it is suspected that work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a quantitative analytical method, which provides empirical evidence of the effect of work motivation as an independent variable with employee performance as the dependent variable at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. While the subjects in this study were all employees, namely 45 respondents. The results of this study are the results of the SPSS output from simple linear regression proving that the variables of Physiological Needs (X1), Safety Needs (Security) (X2), Social Needs (X3), Appreciation Needs (X4) and Self-Actualization (X5) simultaneously affect the performance of employees (Y) at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Pemberdayaan Perempuan Pada Bidang Koperasi di Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana memotivasi masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam koperasi di Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Target pengabdian ini adalah perempuan warga Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Luaran pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat kelurahan/desa tentang koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi tentang koperasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta kurang mengerti apa itu koperasi dan manfaat koperasi. Peserta juga belum mengetahui bagaimana mendirikan koperasi terutama koperasi simpan pinjam dan menjadi anggota koperasi. Peserta sangat semangat dan banyak mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang bagaimana cara mendirikan koperasi, apakah koperasi itu beda dengan arisan yang mereka lakukan, apa keuntungan menjadi anggota koperasi, berapa uang yang harus mereka sisihkan setiap bulan untuk koperasi dan bagaimana pembagian sisa hasil usaha (SHU).

Abstract

Kolelitiasis adalah penyakit yang dapat ditemukan di dalam kandung empedu atau di dalam ductus koledokus atau pada kedua-duanya. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan , tidak hanya outcome klinisyang diutamakan tetapi juga faktor pembiayaan. Untuk menentukan biaya yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan analisis farmakoekonomi. Salah satu tindakan yang memerlukan analisis efektifitas biaya adalah kolesistektomi yaitu tindakan pengangkatan batu empedu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan efektif-biaya kolesistektomi metode laparoskopi dengan kolesistektomi terbuka (open surgery). Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang, retrospektif dengan menggunakan data rekam medis penderita kolelithiasis di RS Swasta Kelas B di Daerah Jakarta Pusat tahun 2013-2017. Jumlah sampel 72 pasien yang terdiri dari 36 sampel kolesistektomi laparoskopi, dan 36 sampel kolesistektomi terbuka. Analisa farmakoekonomi belum pernah dilakukan di RS Swasta kelas B di daerah Jakarta Pusat. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya pengobatan langsung yang meliputi biaya total, biaya pemeriksaan, biaya ruang perawatan, obat-obatan, dan alat kesehatan, sedangkan indikator efektivitasnya menggunakan lama hari rawat inap. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya langsung kolesistektomi laparoskopi dibanding metode terbuka lebih besar. Rasio efektifitas biaya kolesistektomi laparoskopi perharilebih besar dibanding metode terbuka.Perhitungan rasio efektivitas biaya tambahan (ICER) menunjukkan bahwa kolesistektomi laparoskopi memiliki biaya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kolesistektomi terbuka. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolesistektomi laparoskopi lebih efektif-biaya daripada kolesistektomi terbuka. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. To determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. The research population is all consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin in 2020. The total population in this study is 253 people, as many as 86 consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin which will be used as the research sample size. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that there was an effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. This study succeeded in proving the sixth hypothesis which states that “there is a significant effect of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how work stress partially influences the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Branch of Indomaret Merchandising Department, to find out how partial punishment affects the performance of employees of the Indomaret Merchandising Department Banjarmasin Branch, and to find out how work stress and punishment simultaneously influence performance of employees of the Merchandising Department of Indomaret Banjarmasin Branch The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. Data processing in this study used the SPSS program and the analysis tests carried out were the Research Instrument Test, the Classical Assumption Test, and the Hypothesis Test. The conclusions of this study indicate that work stress and punishment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Branch of Indomaret Merchandising Department. Partially, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Indomaret Merchandising Department, Banjarmasin Branch, meaning that the higher the Job Stress, the Employee Performance will decrease significantly, and vice versa. And partially, punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the punishment system applied to the Indomaret Merchandising Department, Banjarmasin Branch, the employee performance will increase. Suggestions from this study are that superiors from the branch level to the central level in the Indomaret Merchandising Department are expected not to overload employees with excessive tasks, this can increase high stress pressure. And to impose punishment on employees so that it can be carried out with a good warning and delivery, for example conveying it personally to the employee concerned, so that the employee does not feel pressured and there is no suggestion of excessive worry in doing work that can result in punishment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a marketing strategy for Indosat products that will be developed by PT X. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the research subjects in this study totaling 7 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis, namely by describing the internal environment and external environment which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at PT X. Based on the results of research from the internal side, PT X's strengths are greater than its weaknesses, namely the results of the IFAS calculation point is 3.51 with the difference between strengths and weaknesses having a positive value of 0.115. While from the external side the opportunities are smaller than the threats, namely the results of the EFAS calculation the point is 3.15 with the difference between opportunities and threats having a negative value of -0.105. The results of the SWOT calculation show that PT X is in quadrant II, which indicates that facing various threats, this company still has internal strength. The strategy that must be implemented is to use strength to take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of a product diversification strategy.
