Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain answers empirically the effect of (1) teacher creativity in the use of learning media and school climate on student learning achievement simultaneously, (2) teacher creativity in using learning media on student learning achievement partially, (3) school climate on student learning achievement partially. This research was conducted at South Jakarta Private Vocational High School with 100 students as respondents. The method used is a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research and calculation of SPSS, the following research results were obtained: (1) there was an influence of teacher creativity in the use of learning media and school climate on student learning achievement simultaneously. (2) There was a partial effect of teacher creativity in the use of learning media on student learning achievement (this indicates that the more creative and varied the media used by teachers in learning was proven to increase students' enthusiasm and learning achievement). (3) There was a partial influence of school climate on learning achievement (this indicates that the more comfortable and conducive the classroom atmosphere is proven to increase the learning achievement of students). Teachers' expertise in managing learning media will make students enthusiastic and interest in them to be active in the learning process so that it will affect student learning achievements.

Abstract

 The reason for this study is to make parameters in the success of counseling programs for the community, especially housewives, and assess deficiencies for further improvement, while the purpose of this study is to obtain empirical answers and know the Role of Service Quality towards Training Participant Satisfaction (Case Study on Housewives in Sawangan, Surgery). This research was conducted in Bedahan, Sawangan Depok with 20 respondents. The method used is a survey with a simple linear regression analysis approach. Based on research and SPSS calculations, the results of the study obtained there was a positive and significant influence on the variable quality of services provided by lecturers on the satisfaction received by the training participants. Consumer satisfaction is a response to the behavior shown by consumers by comparing performance or perceived results with expectations. If the perceived results are below expectations, then consumers will be disappointed, dissatisfied, and even dissatisfied, but on the contrary, if they match expectations, consumers will be satisfied and if the performance exceeds expectations, consumers will be very satisfied. Customer satisfaction is influenced by the perception of service quality, product quality, price, and factors that are personal and that are momentary situations.

Abstract

Dewasa ini banyak para guru melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas tetapi tidak dapat menerapkan hasil dari penelitian yang mereka buat. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni memberikan pemahaman mengenai landasan teori/pemikiran dan landasan hukum Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, memotivasi guru dalam melakukan PTK, mendampingi guru dalam merancang PTK, dan membantu para guru dalam menerapkan hasil dari penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode yang digunakan dengan ceramah dan eksperimen. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa dengan abdimas yang telah dilakukan ternyata Guru mampu memahami PTK, mampu memahami permasalahan yang teejadi dikelas yang bisa diangkat menjadi penelitian, mampu membuat proposal penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari diadakan abdimas pada PKBM Tunas Baru yang berada diwilayah Desa Jatibaru, Cikampek, Karawang Jawa Barat adalah untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran secara bervariasi dalam PBM. Metode yang digunakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan pelatihan. Hasil dari PKM pada PKBM Tunas Baru adalah: (1) Tutor mampu memahami materi yang diberikan. (2) Tutor mampu menganalisis macam-macam media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. (3) Tutor mampu memotivasi diri untuk menjadi kreatif dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik masih kurang atau cukup rendah, dan diperlukan peningkatan terus menerus. Menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ini. Tujuan dari abdimas ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran terbaru tentang cara literasi dan numerasi digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Dalam abdimas ini, metode yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahap: (1) pra-rencanaan, di mana masalah diidentifikasi, dianalisis, dan dipilih alternatif pemecahan masalah; (2) perencanaan, di mana desain kegiatan yang akan dilakukan berdasarkan hasil pra-rencanaan; dan (3) pelatihan, di mana semua perencanaan digunakan. Pemecahan masalah dalam kegiatan ini adalah transfer IPTEK dengan memberikan materi yang berguna berupa implementasi literasi dan numerasi dalam PBM yang merupakan solusi dari permasalahan mitra. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh Guru saat pre test adalah 35 point dan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh Guru saat post test adalah 78,57 point, hal ini menandakan pelatihan literasi dan numerasi berjalan secara efektif. Dengan pelatihan ini guru dapat meningatkan Kemampuan dalam literasi dan numerasi.

Abstract

When there is world economic instability, innovation and change and adaptation are needed. In an era of rapidly changing global trade, countries with high HDI have a better ability to adapt to market and technological changes, which is important to remain competitive. The aim of this research is to determine the role of HDI and Demography in global trade. The article can also explain the factors that need to be considered in facing global trade in the future. The method used is the literature review method. The steps taken are identifying problems, collecting sources, extracting sources, selecting sources, analyzing sources and drawing conclusions. The important role of human development and demographic indices is labor productivity, the need for innovation and creativity in the quality of education. Labor availability also determines the readiness and supply of various needs and products. A large young population can provide sufficient labor to support the growth of industry and commerce. Countries with growing populations usually have larger labor forces, allowing them to increase production capacity. The government is advised to implement friendly and competitive trade and investment policies. Demography helps governments formulate policies that support trade

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum merupakan siklus yang harus dilaksanakan dalam sistem pendidikan nasional. Perubahan kurikulum membutuhkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan untuk beradaptasi sesuai dengan pedoman yang berlaku. Program abdimas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkini tentang pelaksanaan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini mencakup tiga tahap utama: (1) praperencanaan, yang melibatkan identifikasi masalah, analisis, dan pencarian alternatif solusi, (2) perencanaan, yaitu merancang kegiatan berdasarkan hasil praperencanaan, dan (3) pelatihan, yaitu penerapan dari seluruh rencana yang telah disusun. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan ini berupa transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) melalui penyampaian materi terkait permasalahan mitra serta pelatihan implementasi KOSP dan  dalam proses belajar mengajar yang merupakan solusi dari permasalahan mitra. Diharapkan dengan adanya penyuluhan ini guru dan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam implementasi KOSP dan dalam pembelajaran sekaligus mensukseskan program pemerintah. Setelah diadakan kegiatan ini guru mulai memahami bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan KOSP dan dalam pembelajaran kepada peserta didik. Semakin baik kemampuan KOSP dan yang dimiliki oleh guru, maka akan semakin baik pula kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik, yang akan bermuara tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Application of Online Learning Media to Students' Learning Interests during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Online Learning Media to Student Learning Interests during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period of Economic Education Study Program, Indraprasta University, PGRI. The method to be used is a Completely Randomized Design experiment that does not use control and comparative classes. Researchers will use two classes, class A as experimental class 1 with zoom learning media and class B as experiment class 2 with Google Classroom learning media, from the two methods used by researchers will see and compare student learning outcomes and how student interest in learning with both media the learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of zoom learning media on student learning interest. There is an effect of GC learning media on student interest in learning. There is no difference in interest in learning through zoom and GC learning media.
