Abstract

The majority of people in Sangrawawayang village, Simpenan subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency, make their living as fishermen. Community service is a process of providing services for the benefit of the community. Preparation for implementing community service begins with planning activities or observations and continues with communication and coordination. Create an activity schedule with a specific time and location at the fishing beach in Sangrawayang Village, Simpenan District, Sukabumi Regency, with the goal of inspiring the local fishermen to manage their finances and market their fish, which are typically sold for a reasonable price. The management of funding sources began to make good and correct bookkeeping so that you can know the income you have earned and also have the ability to separate the initial capital from the profits so that you can carry out processing again without collecting the funds again. Community service activities were conducted in the fishing village of Sangrawayang Village, Simpenan District, Sukabumi Regency, from October 23, 2023, to October 28, 2023. The outcomes of fish processing and marketing techniques when fish is processed and wrapped in branded plastic. Fisherwomen started to keep track of the sources of good funds that came in and went out as they started to comprehend the bookkeeping and fund management procedures. Utilizing the most recent advancements in science and technology, the problem of funding sources can be resolved. Salted fish can be processed by choosing and sorting the fish, and the finished product can be packaged beautifully and marketed more effectively.

Abstract

Riset ini dilakukan karena latar belakang belum pulihnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia akibat Covid-19, namun ada persolan baru terjadinya perang antara Rusia dan Ukraina ditambah cuaca ekstrim yang menyebabkan ketahanan pangan terganggu dan memperlambat ekspor non migas termasuk di Indonesia. Kegiatan perdagangan internasional ini mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2023, yang tidak terlepas dari pengaruh faktor penentu suku bunga pinjaman dan penyediaan bahan baku, penolong dari impor dalam bentuk utang luar negeri. Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan kasualitas antara variable suku bunga pinjaman dan jumlah utang luar negeri terhadap kegiatan pergadangan internasional di Indonesia. Teknik analisis regresi linier untuk membahas dan mengolah data sekunder jenis runtut waktu selama 29 tahun dari 1995-2023. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat efek signifikan antara suku bunga dan utang luar negeri baik parsial maupun simultan terhadap kegiatan perdagangan internasional di Indonesia dengan kontribusi sangat besar di angka 84.80 persen. Dan ketika kegiatan perdagangan internasional mengalami penurunan, maka disarankan Bank Indonesia melakukan pengawasan stabilitas suku bunga pinjaman dengan bijaksana, dan pelaku usaha berbasis ekspor melakukan renegosiasi dalam penyediaan utang luar negeri agar persediaan bahan baku, penolong dari impor tidak tersendat, guna meningkatkan ekspor untuk mendorong pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dalam menyejahterakan masyarakat di Indonesia

Abstract

The financial performance of the pharmaceutical sector globally can be seen in the pharmaceutical sector in each country's capital market. Important information in the financial performance of the information sector is the financial statements provided by each pharmaceutical company that goes public. using secondary data with panel data analysis methods. The results showed that Return on Equity (ROE) partially had a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021.Currently Ratio (CR) partially has a significant negative effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. The results of the F test show that Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. IDX in 2013-2021 of 0.858833 which means that PBV is influenced by ROE, CR and DER by 87.93%, the remaining 12.07% is influenced by factors other than the factors above. checked. Abstract

Pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) daerah Kabupaten Cianjur tepatnya di Kampung Sabandar Kidul Desa Sabandar Kecamatan Karangtengah terdapat UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi pangan berupa makaroni spiral. Pada era globalisasi para masyarakat menuntut para produksi untuk membuat finishing sebagus dan semenarik mungkin dengan tidak mengurangi cita rasa atau kualitas produk. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyaratat kegiatan di bagi 3 hari dalam seminggu selama dua bulan adalah 24 hari. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terbagi menjadi metode observasi (pengamatan) yaitu alat pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengamati dan mencatat secara sistematik gejala-gejala yang ada di Desa Sabandar, metode interview atau wawancara yaitu suatu metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui tanya jawab secara langsung dengan sumber dan metode dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data, mengamati dan apabila mengalami kekeliruan untuk merevisinya karena sumber datanya tetap dan tidak berubah. Capaian/Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa publikasi hasil-hasil capaian kegiatan program dalam bentuk cetak maupun video (film pendek) melalui media cetak dan elektronik (E-commerce, Instagram, Shopee dan Grabfood). Adapun yang menjadi capaian dalam program ini adalah: memajukan UMKM dengan pembuatan label produksi, mendapatkan Nomor Surat Izin Usaha, dikenalnya Makaroni Sabandar melalui Media Sosial.

Abstract

Ecoprint adalah teknik mencetak pada kain dengan menggunakan pewarna alami, seperti daun, bunga, atau bagian tubuh tumbuhan. Metode ini menghasilkan motif yang unik dan otentik, sambil menghindari penggunaan zat kimia berbahaya. Dalam era ketidakstabilan lingkungan, kesadaran akan pentingnya melestarikan alam semakin meningkat. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi peran ecoprint dalam melestarikan lingkungan dan bagaimana teknik ini dapat menjadi solusi masa depan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era digital dan upaya peningkatan produktivitas usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Pelatihan ini mencakup analisis kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh para profesional sumber daya manusia dan peran mereka dalam merancang strategi dan kebijakan yang efektif untuk pengelolaan SDM dalam organisasi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, terutama dalam hal rendahnya tingkat produktivitas, nilai tambah dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

When there is world economic instability, innovation and change and adaptation are needed. In an era of rapidly changing global trade, countries with high HDI have a better ability to adapt to market and technological changes, which is important to remain competitive. The aim of this research is to determine the role of HDI and Demography in global trade. The article can also explain the factors that need to be considered in facing global trade in the future. The method used is the literature review method. The steps taken are identifying problems, collecting sources, extracting sources, selecting sources, analyzing sources and drawing conclusions. The important role of human development and demographic indices is labor productivity, the need for innovation and creativity in the quality of education. Labor availability also determines the readiness and supply of various needs and products. A large young population can provide sufficient labor to support the growth of industry and commerce. Countries with growing populations usually have larger labor forces, allowing them to increase production capacity. The government is advised to implement friendly and competitive trade and investment policies. Demography helps governments formulate policies that support trade

Abstract

The author in conducting this research conducted research related to PP No 55 of 2022 concerning improvements regarding the regulations and treatment of income tax for taxpayers.The purpose of this study is to find out more deeply about the level of measurement and implementation of PP No 55 of 2022 regarding the determination and implementation of income tax on taxpayers,especially in the city of Bekasi and its surroundings. The research method used is a symmetric qualitative descriptive method with a factor analysis content approach using data from 25 informants during the period March 2023-June 2023.Researchers used in person and online interviews in the retail sector and manufacturers who are tax exempt and corporate taxpayers in the Bekasi City Regions.The research is very useful for knowing the level of compliance of individual PPh taxpayers and corporate PPhtaxpayers,especially for regarding transparency ,compliance and implementation of PP No 55 of 2022 concerning the application of individual taxes and corporate PPh taxpayers.The limitations of this research are only limited to the level of compliance and implementation of taxpayers in the category of retail  and manufacturers, especially individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers in the Bekasi City areas.The research contribution is to increase the income  of the national tax sector for the imposition of income tax on individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers the Bekasi City areas and their surroundings.The results of the research of transparency,compliance and increase implementation in awareness of paying taxes for entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital technology adoption on the business performance of startup companies in Indonesia. Using a random sampling method, five startups were selected as respondents, and data were collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test results show that all questionnaire items are valid, with the calculated r value greater than the r table value. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient produces a value of 0.78, indicating that the research instrument is consistent and can be reused. Descriptive analysis reveals that the majority of startups operate in the fintech, edutech, and healthcare sectors, with most having utilized technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics. The findings indicate that digital technology adoption positively impacts business performance, especially in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding market reach. Startups that maximize the integration of digital platforms experience significant growth in terms of user numbers and revenue. However, challenges such as cyber security, the digital divide, and marketing competition remain major obstacles. This research also emphasizes the importance of government policies in supporting a conducive digital ecosystem so that startups can overcome these hurdles and continue to innovate. With the right strategies and optimal utilization of technology, startups in Indonesia have great potential to grow and contribute significantly to the national digital economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to equity ratio and return on equity. Receiveble Turnover (RECT), and Inventory Turnover (INVT) on Earning Per Share (EPS) partially and simultaneously in pharmaceutical companies that go public. The type of research used is associative research. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data in this study are financial statements of 3 sample companies selected in this study, namely At Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, Indofarma (Persero) in the period 2013 – 2020. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used where the sample is taken based on clear criteria reasons. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis (descriptive statistics), unit root test, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study stated that the Current Ratio, Debt to equity ratio and return on equity. Receivable Turnover (RECT), and Inventory Turnover (INVT) to Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on Earning Per Share (EPS).
