Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun 1996 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simultan variabel inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Besarnya nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,926 yang berarti menunjukkan adanya korelasi/hubungan yang sangat kuat antara inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Besarnya nilai adjusted coeficient of determination (adjusted R2) adalah 0,831 atau 83,1% yang berarti variabel-variabel bebas dapat menerangkan perubahan pada variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 83,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,9% diterangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe teacher performance, to describe the leadership of the principal, to describe efforts to optimize teacher performance through the leadership of the principal in one of the public high schools in South Tangerang City. This research uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Descriptive method is a type of research that describes and answers the problems of a phenomenon or event that is happening at this time. The focus of this research is to explain the optimization of teacher performance through the principal's leadership. In accordance with the nature and characteristics of qualitative research, this study produces qualitative data that reveals phenomena in the environment through the speech and behavior of people or study subjects. This research is not intended to examine variables so that the approach used in this technique uses interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis is changing the processed data into something that has meaning for researchers and readers of research reports. Teacher performance, which includes learning, implementation of guidance, and professional development, has shown good quality. Teachers have high awareness to carry out their duties and roles in school. In the learning aspect, each teacher develops and owns learning tools, such as annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans (RPP). In the implementation of learning, of course, it refers to the learning plans that have been made and learning assessments, of course, looks at the process and learning outcomes, as well as students' knowledge and skills. In the aspect of guiding abilities, each teacher guides students.

Abstract

Identifying the teacher's initiatives to foster students' interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence during the learning process was the aim of this study. This study was done in a high school and used a qualitative approach to gather descriptive information from people's written or spoken words and observable behavior. Data gathered via observation, interviewing subjects, and documenting events. The results of the study show that teachers make learning plans in the form of syllabi and lesson plans, and that they use the right methods, approaches, and media when teaching to foster students' development of their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences. The techniques, approaches, and media employed are extremely effective and can aid in students' growth of their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence in learning.

Abstract

Sampah plastik seringkali menjadi permasalahan yang tidak ada habisnya. Di banyak kalangan, masih ada diskusi tentang bagaimana kemasan ramah lingkungan bisa didaur ulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli barang ramah lingkungan. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk menyebarkan sejumlah survei. PLS, atau partial least squares, adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko dan pengetahuan produk berhubungan langsung dengan kepercayaan ramah lingkungan. Niat membeli ramah lingkungan secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan kepercayaan produk ramah lingkungan. Pengetahuan produk ramah lingkungan dan risiko yang dirasakan terkait dengan niat untuk melakukan pembelian ramah lingkungan mungkin dipengaruhi secara tidak langsung oleh kepercayaan ramah lingkungan. Hasilnya adalah dunia usaha harus mengkomunikasikan dengan jelas kepada konsumen mengenai solusi yang diberikan oleh produk ramah lingkungan, melibatkan pelanggan dalam pembuatan tempat pengumpulan sampah, mengungkapkan hasil pengelolaan plastik, dan mengintegrasikan aspek sosial dan berorientasi keuntungan dalam operasi mereka.

Abstract

This study intends to determine how consumer satisfaction with mobile banking services affects repurchase interest. Customers of Jabodetabek who utilize mobile banking make up the study's sample. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, and a non-probability sample of 100 participants was used. Questionnaires will be used by researchers to collect data. The structural equation method of partial least squares, or SEM-PLS, is employed in this study. Higher-order formative and lower-order reflecting constructs were utilised in this study. According to the study's findings, the level of mobile banking services directly affects repurchase interest. The effectiveness of mobile banking services directly affects how satisfied customers are. Repurchase interest is directly influenced by customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has an indirect impact on repurchase interest through the quality of mobile banking services. Customer interest in repurchasing mobile applications for e-commerce payment services is influenced by service quality. Customers will be satisfied with good service quality in mobile applications, particularly in e-commerce payment services. It has been demonstrated that the positive indirect effect of mobile banking services is moderated by customers' satisfaction with e-commerce payment services provided by mobile banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali strategi manajemen talenta sebagai kunci utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan retensi karyawan dalam konteks bisnis yang terus berkembang. Melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menyelidiki berbagai strategi yang efektif dalam mengelola talenta karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik, termasuk pengembangan budaya organisasi yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan pemberian peluang karir yang jelas, memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja dan retensi karyawan. Selain itu, temuan menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi dan inovasi digital dalam implementasi strategi manajemen talenta. Organisasi diharapkan untuk fokus pada pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan agar tetap relevan di era transformasi digital. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan saran praktis bagi pemimpin organisasi, termasuk pengukuran terus-menerus efektivitas strategi dan pemahaman mendalam terhadap hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin muncul selama implementasi.

Abstract

Personal branding has emerged as a crucial strategy in contemporary professional contexts, influencing individuals across various industries and career stages. This study explores the concept of personal branding, focusing on its definitions, theoretical foundations, and practical implications. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, the research identifies key elements and strategies that individuals employ to cultivate and manage their personal brands effectively. Moreover, it examines the impact of personal branding on career development, reputation management, and professional success. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, consistency, and strategic communication in building a strong personal brand. The study contributes to existing knowledge by providing insights into how individuals can leverage personal branding to enhance their visibility, credibility, and influence in competitive environments. Future research directions are proposed to further explore the evolving nature of personal branding in the digital age
