In accordance with the nature and characteristics of qualitative research, this study produces qualitative data that reveals phenomena in the environment through the speech and behavior of people or study subjects. This research is not intended to examine variables so that the approach used in this technique uses interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis is changing the processed data into something that has meaning for researchers and readers of research reports. Teacher performance, which includes learning, implementation of guidance, and professional development, has shown good quality. Teachers have high awareness to carry out their duties and roles in school. In the learning aspect, each teacher develops and owns learning tools, such as annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans (RPP). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning independence of elementary school students in one of the public schools in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with linear regression research method. Quantitative research according to Sugiyono can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature with the aim of testing hypotheses which has been set. In this study using the linear regression method, namely statistical techniques to create a model and investigate the effect of one or several independent variables on one response variable. Based on the results of the research, data analysis, and discussion that was carried out in the previous chapter, it can be concluded from 112 respondents that students with dominant visual learning styles are 56 students, auditory learning styles are 21 students, kinesthetic learning styles are 13 students, visual learning styles and auditory as many as 10 students, visual and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 6 students, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 4 students, and students with the three dominant learning styles as many as 2 students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and parenting style on adversity intelligence. The population in this study were teenagers who attended junior and senior high schools in Jakarta. Testing the validity of the construct and statistical analysis of Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) obtained a fit model of the influence of emotional intelligence, parenting, and demographic variables on the role-influence of adversity-fit intelligence with empirical data. The results of the study show that the emotional intelligence variable evaluates other people's emotions; parenting style is not involved; and the demographic variables of gender and education level have a significant effect on adversity intelligence. Evaluation of other people's emotions has a negative direction towards adversity intelligence. That is, a high evaluation of other people's emotions has an impact on a low adversity quotient. As with uninvolved parenting, gender and education level have a positive relationship. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and parenting style on adversity intelligence.
