Abstract

This research explain about the motivation of Japanese policy provides for visa-free tourists from Indonesia. This research uses descriptive research method in which an explanatory analytical research by trying to assess the phenomenon based on existing data. Secondary data obtained from the documentation media which include data from institutions official website, books, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, the Internet, and other sources.The author uses the perspective of neo-liberalism where neo-liberalism assume that the state is trying to maximize its absolute profits through cooperation. The framework of thinking begins with the theory of foreign policy by K.J Holsti where foreign policy is an action or idea designed by policy makers to solve problems or promote a change in the environment, which is in the policy stance or action from other countries. National interests included where national interests is the purpose of the implementation of the foreign policy of a StateThis study found that Japan change their policy orientation to tourist destination country. Japanese government assess that tourism industry is a promising industry in the 21st century. In the beginning, Japanese government issued a visa-free policy for 67 countries include Indonesia. The motivation of Japanese policies provide free visas to Indonesia for targeting 20 million foreign tourists to visit Japan before the 2020 Olympics Tokyo. Implementation of a visa-free policy of Japan towards Indonesia is a precondition to the citizens of Indonesia to have an e-passport, provide multiple-entry visa to Indonesian Citizen and extend the time of the visit from 15 days to 30 daysKeywords: Tourism, Visa, Visa exemption, Olympic 2020 Tokyo, E-Passport, Multiple-entry

Abstract

This research is the study of international political economy which discussed the efforts of the central government of Indian in accelerating economic development in the Northeast region of India through internationalization of trade economy. Internationalization is the increased interaction between countries, especially in international business transactions such as exports or foreign direct investment.The author uses the liberal perspective in International Relations through international trade theory by Heckscer-Ohlin In India's efforts to increase economic development in the Northeast region, the author uses the concept of Economic Internationalization and Paradiplomacy.The level of analysis from the researc isi nation state. The central government made the North Eastern Region Viction (NERV) vision in 2020 as a form of mediating actor by the Sub National Government (SNG) with the central government of India. Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region making agent for develop economic in Norteast Region and expore natural resources primary from of horticultural and hydropotencial.One of the benefits of economic internationalization of this trade is the increased of Gross Domestic Product Revenue states of the Northeast region increased to 8,18% and internationalize trade economy with neighboring countries (Bangladesh, Myanmar, China, Bhutan) through the Land Custum Station( LCS) and established economic cooperation with ASEAN.Keywords : internasionalisation, paradiplomacy, Sub National Government, North Eastern Region Viction (NERV), Land Custum Station

Abstract

This research is a study of contemporary which discussing about the role of the United Nations Office On Drugs And Crime (UNODC) in Preventing Bride Trafficking in India. Bride Trafficking is not a new phenomenon in India. This practice is known as the Bride Buying in past time. Bride Trafficking is one form of human trafficking that make women and girls (brides) as victims on behalf of marriage and sold from one person to another only as sex objects. Victims generally come from poor families and vulnerable to rape, abuse, social discrimination, physical and psychological violence. Bride Trafficking occurs between regions in India but several victims also come from other countries such as Bangladesh.In this research, the author uses the group behavior analysis level which focused on the role of international organization. This research uses a pluralist perspective in international relations and organizational theory of Clive Archer. UNODC's role in preventing Bride Trafficking in India by 3P program (Prevention, Protection and Prosecution).In effort to prevent Bride Trafficking in India, UNODC faced some obstacles. The lack of public knowledge about the dangers of Bride Trafficking, lack of resource capacity in India and lack of monitoring and evaluation of the Indian government so that the victims of Bride Trafficking increased from year to year.Keywords: Bride Trafficking, Human Trafficking, the United Nations Office On Drugs And Crime (UNODC), Prevention, Protection, Prosecution.

Abstract

This research is a study of diplomatic which discusses about the strategy of Singapore to control the consumption of tobacco in Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC). Consumption of tobacco is not a new phenomenon in Singapore.This practice of tobacco’s consumption is known in past time. Tobacco’s consumption leads to harm not just the users but also the people’s around who breathe the air that polluted by tobacco.Victims generally come from any ages and member of families and they are vulnerable to be come affected by tobacco, risk of diseases that comes with consumption of tobacco such as cancer, heart attack, lung diseases, could harm pregnant woman , kids and teenagers. In this research, the author uses the nation analysis level  which focused on the strategy of Singapore. This research uses a realism perspective in international relations and strategy theory of John P.Lovell and diplomatic theory of William C.Olson. FCTC's strategy to control Tobacco consumption in Singapore by suppress and control tobacco consumption. In effort to control and suppress tobacco consumption in Singapore, Singapore join the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) for solid strategys and programs. The strategys and programs from FCTC’s are adopted to Singapore with the name of National Tobacco Control Program (NTCP). NTCP’s strategys and program and will be monitoring and evaluation by the Singapore government for better result and the consumption of tobacco decreasing from year to year. Abstract

This research is a study of diplomacy which discusses about Seize The Effect of Diplomatic Relations on Territory of Kashmir India - Pakistan in 2011 – 2013. Conflict between India and Pakistan in Kashmir issue unresolved until recently seemed to have sunk from the international community. However the presence of kashmir issue has become one of the things that are the focus india - pakistan for many - years. The diplomatic relations between India - Pakistan determined by Kashmir case. In this research, the author uses the Nation – state analysis level which focused on decision making in any situation. This research uses realism perspective in international relations and theory of National Security.Kashmir is an area that lies between India and Pakistan. This area is famous for its natural riches contained therein. The soil is fertile, the rivers that flow throughout the year and their biological minerals make this region a source of conflict India and Pakistan. The conflict began when India and Pakistan officially separated since the announcement of the independence of both sides pidak in 1948. This separation is prolonged impact on the border region, especially in Kashmir, which is fertile.Realism have the assumption that one alternative way conflict resolution is a War. It was then known by the term “Civis Pasum Para Bellum” which is means if yo want to make peace them, be prepared for war. Abstract

World Trade Organization (WTO) is an International organization that specializes in trade between countries. In 2007, the Australian government had stopped importing New Zealand apples because they had some harmful bacteria there upon New Zealand reported it to the WTO organization.The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, documents, articles, internet sites and other sources related to this research. The research accentuation is how the mechanism WTO resolving the trade disputes of New Zealand’s apples. This study using the perspective of neoliberalism by Tom Paine, Clive Archer’s theory of international organizations and also using group level analysis.Many procedures that New Zeland proposed has been issued to WTO in hope to allow New Zealand’s apples to reenter Australia. The settlement lasted for approximately 4 years under the supervision of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB). On examination of Appellate Body didn’t found fire blight, European cancer and apple leafcurling midge (ALCM) in New Zealand apples. This, New Zeland won over the issue and Australia ready to give an entrance for New Zeland apples after 8 months of break time.Keywords: Perspektif of Neoliberalism, Theory of International Organizations, Dispute Settlement Body.

Abstract

This research tried to examine India’s interest in a regional cooperation combined the two different regional namely Asia and Southeast Asia known as BIMSTEC or Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi- sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation, consist of seven countries at the rim bay of Bengal, Bangladesh India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand Nepal and Bhutan. Initiated in 1997 BIMSTEC is the only sub-regional grouping to promoting harmonious economic development and can serve as an effective bridge between South Asia and Southeast Asia. Look East Policy became motivation of India to join in BIMSTEC and makes a good headway in promoting interrelationship with both region.This research used method qualitatitive method with the type of descriptive and data from the research library. The perspective used in this study is liberalism, and concept used is the concept of cooperation with the theory of regional integration.This reasearch show the significant impact of politic and economic to India from membership in BIMSTEC. Bimstec help India to strengthen its role in region, offsetting influence of China, sidelining political conflict as political implications. In the economic aspects, India’s interest is to develop the Northeastern region by integrating it with existing trade networks. Abstract

This study illustrates the Role of the United Nations Human Rights Council in the settlement of sexual harassment cases in Central African Republic in 2013-2016. The unstable state security of the coup that took place in 2013 has put the UN Peacekeeping Force into the country to stabilize security conditions and protect civilians. In carrying out the mission, the UN Peacekeeping Force conducted sexual harassment against civilians, women and children victims. The focus of the research is sexual harassment conducted by UN peacekeepers.This research theoretically has built with pluralism perspectives on International Relations and supported by the theory of International Organization and Role theory, and also the concept of human security. Formulation of all the arguments, facts and theoretical framework in this research was guided by qualitative descriptive explanation methods. Scope of this research is The Role of United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in The Settlement of Sexual Harassment Cases in Central African Republic in 2013-2016.This research also proves that UNHRC is considered quite good in carrying out its role by forming an independent panel and investigation team to solve cases Sexual harassment occurring in the Central African Republic. Abstract

This research is an international political economy study which discussed the interests of India in establishing economic cooperation (BRICS) to achieve the national interests of India. BRICS is an economic cooperation initiated in 2001 by an American banker Jim O'Neil from Goldman Sarchcompany. BRICS unveiled as economic cooperation in 2009 at the first summit in Yekaterburgn, Russia. The author uses the realist perspective of Hans Morgenthau in international relations and using power theory and state and nation analysis level. The author uses national interest concept in reviewing India’s interest in establishing economic cooperation (BRICS). Indian government wants to make India as a major economic power in international politics, and the Indian government formed BRICS with other member countries. Some national interests to be achieved by Indian are raising the development of technology in India by collaborating technology development with member countries BRICS, establishing the Central Bank BRIICS (New Development Bank) that will be unveiled later in 2015, and establishing bilaterally cooperation with Russia and China in the field of defense and security. Abstract

Pornography has become one of the complicated problems in law enforcement. It is because of the spread which is so massive, so it is difficult to be overcome. Pornography, along with the existence of the internet, is another challenge for the law holders to eliminate it as a cyber porn crime (Pornography in internet) which gives the massive impact. In the context of a crime, cyber porn can be categorized as one of the cyber crimes.The perspective is Constructivism because cyberporn is a result from the construction of mind of human being and the impact of technology. The teory in this research is human security and written by Allan Collins. The level analysis is nation state and written by Charles W Kegley Jr dan Eugene R Wittkopf. The data is obtained through primary data and secunder data such as, book, journal, magazine, newspaper and website.This research is based on the high crime of cybercrime in the world especially in Indonesia, making South Korea and Indonesia cooperate in developing cyber porn. This study aims to find out how the cooperation of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Government of Indonesia in the development of cyber security against cyber porn. The results of this study show the cooperation process conducted through cooperation between Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Government of Indonesia in the development of cyber security that is printing Human Resources (HR) in cyber security, security against malware and exchange of information between the two countries in preventing the occurrence of cyber Threats.Key words: Cyberporn, KOICA-ITB, Cybersecurity, Human security,
