Abstract

This research analyzed the Trade Cooperation in the fishery sector Indonesian fish exports to the European Union especially Spain. In this case Indonesian experienced an increase in the production of fishery commodities while then Spain fishery industry was unable to meet its own domestic needs, so it hard to import from other countries one of which was Indonesian. This Trade Cooperation supported by the Partnership Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between Indonesian and the European Union with Spain as one of its members. In one of it’s srticless stated the commitment of the two parties to carry out Cooperation include Trade Cooperation and Illegal Fishing Eradication. European Union commitment is proven by giving sanction to some fish importing countries to the European Union because illegal fishing issuise.The method used in this research is a qualitative research, with library research method. Some of the data obtained come from books, journal, articles, internet and other media. In this study also use the perspective of liberalism. The theory used is the theory of International Economic Cooperation found by Caraiani and Georgeus and the use of the level analysis namely the Nation-State. Government of Indonesia and Spain come as Internasional actor.The PCA agreement greatly help Indonesia in Importing fishery products to Spain as evidenced by the increase in export volume in the January-April 2016 period. Indonesia’s fishery product export to Spain reached US$ 8.059.786 increasing by 221,3% when compared to the export value of the same period in 2015 which reached US$ 2.508.467.Keyword : Indonesia-Spain, Partnership Cooperation Agreement (PCA), Illegal Fishing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the chancesand challenges on developing of Nuclear Power Plant in Indonesia.              The sources of this research were obtained through literature reviews, books, websites, and others. The source of analysis is qualitative methods. This study uses the level of analysis of the nation state, neo-liberalism perspective. The neoliberalization, cooperation for the country is an investment that will benefit the country. This is in accordance with the priorities of the neoliberalists as forming opportunist states, countries that provide a focus on pursuing absolute profits                the current source of electrical energy derived from fossils will be increasingly scarce given the limited natural resources of petroleum and coal, while the need for electricity is increasing. therefore the need for alternative energy sources to meet the needs of electrical energy which is increasingly fast. one of the energy sources that will be developed is nuclear power Keywords : Chances, and Challenges, on Developing of, Nuclear, Power Plants.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the UNITED NATIONS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (UNIDO) in assisting development of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Type of this research is descriptive analysis. Industrial development in the era of globalization requires right and consistent strategy, so that the industry can realize a strong and competitive in both the domestic market and in the global market, which will be able to drive economic growth, create jobs, increase incomes and reduce poverty in Indonesia. The writer tries to describe and explain the role of UNIDO in terms of helping develop the Indonesian manufacturing industry.Sources obtained through the literature review, other books, internet, etc.. Source analysis is a qualitative research analysis, This research uses a level analysis of international organizations, use perspective that describes the state of pluralism is not the only rational actors in international relations. Uses non states actors, using the theory that describes the role of guidance that is given structurally.The conclusion of this research conducted by UNIDO's role in assisting the development of Indonesia's manufacturing industry. Abstract

After the disintegration  of the Soviet Union, Russia had begun some major transformation in its political  and economic structure. One of the biggest change in the transformation was the effort of Russian accesion into the World Trade Organization. Overview of Russian energy policy in view of it‟s WTO accession.  This study used qualitative research methods that the source data is taken from books, journals, newspapers, internet, and previous research has relevant data with the title.Perspectives and levels of analysis used in this study is that the state and NGO as the main actor.  By using the concept national interest and theory of theory of international cooperation, will describe the direction of the object of analysis. This study will explain the factors that led  the Russia accession in WTO.  The transition from the Soviet Union to the Russian Federation reinforced the influence of energy resources on Russia‟s economic growth. Regional economic integration and WTO accession have been treated as complementary strategies by the Russian government since the early 2000s. The emergence of Eurasian Economic Community (EurasEC) has created challenges for Russia‟s integration into the world economy given Gazprom‟s market dominance in the Russian economy. Abstract

Indonesia's demand for beef keeps growing and causes the increasing gap between its low national bovine production and high consumption scale. This matter leads Indonesia to importing bovine from other countries. Brazil as one of the bovine’s export country has asks Indonesia to open its market for Brazil’s bovine product. Indonesia has its own regulation for international trade and Brazil is not comply the cattle’s health standart of Indonesia for exporting their bovine and bovine meat product..This research theoretically has built by using Heckscher – Ohlin theory and merchantilism point of view. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods.This research also using nation-state as the level of analyze, the focus on this research is explain the causes of the rejection of Brazil’s Bovine Import according to Indonesia’s international trade policy.This research proves that the health standart of importing in Indonesia is a main factor for its international trade policy. Abstract

This thesis is an international relations research in diplomacy studies which describes about the efforts of Indonesian diaspora network Netherland (IDN-NL) in Indonesian’s public diplomacy toward Netherland in social culture aspect n 2013-2016. Indonesia and Netherland have long history, from conflict till cooperation. To maintain this good term relations, Indonesia conduct public diplomacy. The successes of Indonesia’s public diplomacy can be affected by the interaction of Indonesian public with Netherland public. IDN-NL as an Indonesia’s interactions tool is expected give some positive impacts.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting data from books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the neo-realist perspective and multi-track diplomacy theory proposed by John Mc. Donald and Louise Diamond. The object of this research is Indonesian diaspora network Netherland.The result of this research shows that IDN-NL creates some programs and activities that involve Indonesian and Netherland in social culture aspect. The programs and activities held by the task forces and give some positives impacts to Indonesian diplomacy toward Netherland.Key Words: IDN, IDN-NL, Public Diplomacy, Neo-Realist.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the World Food Programme (WFP) in addressing the food insecurity in Sierrra Leone. Sierra Leone is a country in West Africa which has the potential of natural resources. In 2009 the World Food Programme (WFP) establish a program to address the food crisis in Sierra Leone nature. Programs created aims to rehabilitate livelihoods and improve the nutrition of children and pregnant women in Sierra Leone.This study is a qualitative research with the study of literature. describe and explain the program of the World Food Programme (WFP), which is engaged in food aid. In this study, the authors use the analysis of the level of international organizations used theory is the theory of the role, perspective used in this study is the perspective of pluralism.This study addressed the World Food Programme (WFP) was able to reduce wishful crisis that occurred in sierra leone. Abstract

This research describes the interest of apple inc in cellular markets trading in Indonesia on 2011-2015. Many smartphones in the market cellular in Indonesia has resulted in competition between the company smartphone in selling their products. Apple entering Indonesia in 2009 and make sale their products that experienced an increase in from year to year. At the moment apple occupying the position of two for the sale of their products in the position of first occupied by Samsung. The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the data are obtained from books, journal, articles, internet, and another media. The focus of this research is what the significance apple inc trade cellular market in Indonesia. This research using neoliberalism perspective, the theory competitive advantage from Michael E. Porter and the level analysis group. The interest of apple inc trade cellular market in Indonesia because Indonesia has great potential for the trade. Increasing the sale of products apple over the years, many consumers who use the iPhone, and apple investing in Indonesia by opening the online store. the Indonesian government giving the rules on imports smartphone to Indonesia by imposing import tax smartphone. Abstract

This Research describes Australia’s role in the education field to support the Migration With Dignity Policy by the Kiribati Government (2006-2014). Kiribati is a small country that is experiencing problem of the poverty, unemployment and sea level rise. It has been predicted that the islands of Kiribati will not inhabitable anymore in 30 years from now. The I-Kiribati have to migrate to another country before Kiribati islands uninhabitable. The government of Kiribati has announced a policy called “ Migration With Dignity” to prepare the migration of I-Kiribati. Australia help Kiribati by granting a scholarship program to I-Kiribati which allows them study nurse in Australia. This Research is concerned with how the KANI’s program could help prepare I-Kiribati migrate by using National Interest concept. This research used qualitative methods which is done by explaining the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official documents, report, magazine, paper, and website. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, national interest concept, nation-state analysis level and foreign policy theory from Rosenau. KANI is a scholarship program offered Australia to Kiribati in the field of nursing education at Griffith Universty. This programs help Kiribati in addressing the issue of unemployment and poverty. Abstract

This reasearch focused on the impact of the Great Firewall Policy Implementation By Chinese Government Activity Against Google Inc. in China. The Chinese government has imposed strict censorship on google is a search engine that provides information and news in general and can be freely accessed by Internet users, however the information must first be carried out through a filtering process that the Chinese government, if the keyword is searched contains views negative towards the government instantly sought information that would be blocked by the Chinese government and disappear from google search.This reasearch used qualitative data sourced from books, journals and websites that will explain the measures the Chinese government to suppress the development of google inc doing business in China. This study uses the theory of decision-making and Richard Snyder, H. W. Buck, and Burton Sapin and using Nation state level analysisThe results of this study found that the Chinese government has managed to make google did not develop in Chinese even google has resigned from China in 2010 because it is always under pressure from the government. Pullback google has a positive impact on the development of a local search engine company Baidu can utilize mainly the conflict between the Chinese government with Google, Baidu has attracted widespread sympathy for the Chinese people to use local products.
