Abstract

Kantor Bersama SAMSAT Ciamis merupakan salah satu penyedia layanan publik bagi masyarakat umum maupun wajib pajak. Karena efek pandemi Covid-19 pada layanan SAMSAT Ciamis, individu tidak bisa membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor mereka dengan cara langsung datang ke kantor SAMSAT. Sebaliknya, mereka didorong tetap tinggal di dalam rumah selama pandemi dan menghindari kerumunan. Dengan menciptakan sistem yang menyederhanakan pembayaran pajak, SAMSAT Ciamis bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalah ini. Inovasi ini diimplementasikan melalui program kreatif yang berfokus pada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan sistem dan prosedur layanan. Dengan mengembangkan layanan SAMDECI (Samsat Delivery Ciamis), SAMSAT Ciamis melakukan inovasi layanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran rinci tentang layanan SAMSAT SAMDECI yang inovatif dan merupakan program layanan unggulan yang disediakan oleh Kantor Bersama SAMSAT Ciamis. Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah metodologi yang digunakan. Atribut teori inovasi menurut Rogers dalam (Suwarno, 2008) menjadi landasan penelitian ini. Dalam konteks inovasi layanan SAMDECI (Samsat Delivery Ciamis), atribut tersebut meliputi relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, dan observability dalam pelaksanaan inovasi layanan SAMDECI (Samsat Delivery Ciamis). Terkait teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan

Abstract

This research aims to assess the extent to which the implementation of local government policies increases sustainable tourism development in the Ciamis Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques include field studies (interviews and observations), documentation studies, and library research. The interactive descriptive method is the data analysis methodology employed. Qualitative model which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on research findings and discussions, it appears that the implementation of sustainable tourism development policies in Ciamis Regency has not been optimal. This is explained by the dimensions and indicators of policy implementation: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. It was also explained that the dimensions and indicators of sustainable tourism development in Ciamis Regency have not been implemented optimally, as seen from factors such as participation, stakeholder involvement, local ownership, sustainable use of resources, adaptation to community goals, carrying capacity, supervision—and evaluation, accountability, training, and promotion. Efforts required include fostering commitment, collaboration, synergy, innovation, continuous evaluation by various stakeholders, and tourism policies that cannot be separated from the tourism pentahelix consisting of government, community, academics, community, business world, and media. Also provides opportunities for tourist villages to form tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis), provide training in sustainable tourism, hotel management, improve business skills, vocational and professional skills, pay attention to local communities in tourist areas to get jobs, preserve local wisdom and culture, collaborate in cultural tourism, improving tourism services, improving tourism infrastructure, promoting tourism, and implementing other tourism support, all within a short, medium, and long term framework.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan dalam hal Implementasi Program Sistem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional oleh Diskominfo Kabupaten Ciamis antara lain sebagai berikut, yaitu tidak meratanya informasi kepada masyarakat terkait adanya sistem pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik nasional di Kabupaten Ciamis dan masih belum adanya sosialisasi secara langsung oleh Diskominfo kepada masyarakat terkait sistem pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 6 (orang). Teknik penelitain yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui dalam implementasinya belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya dimensi yang belum berjalan dengan baik dalam pelaksanaanya yaitu pada dimensi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Program, SP4N LAPOR!, Diskominfo

Abstract

The lack of political education for the people of Ciamis Regency in local head elections has an impact on the lack of voter information on local head candidates, so that political behavior is based on assumptions and non-rational factors. Voters are vulnerable to negative influences in the local head election process and are rooted in political fraud at the grassroots. This study aims to determine Voters response to public information disclosure policies in the local head election of Ciamis Regency 2024. The research method uses qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The results showed that the level of community response in Ciamis Regency in the pre-election process of local head elections was quite high, as evidenced by the many positive comments and the enthusiasm of the community to express their opinions on social media platforms regarding candidates for Regent and Deputy Regent in the 2024 local head elections. Furthermore, to increase voter participation in future local head elections, the General Election Commission of Ciamis Regency must increase the intensity of socialization, political education, and conduct extensive social media monitoring.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal improvement in the service process which is thought to be due to the performance of the Wonoharjo Village Officials, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency which is still not optimal, such as the low level of discipline of village officials, the village officials not being optimal in carrying out work quickly, precisely and deftly and the low level of knowledge possessed by village officials. in carrying out services, lack communication skills and are less open to suggestions and criticism of their work. The formulation of the problem is 1) How is the performance of village officials in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency?, 2) What is the quality of public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency? and 3) How much big influence performance village officials to quality services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency?. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. In this research, researchers used quantitative data analysis techniques such as determining ranges, determining assessment categories, percentages, coefficient analysis, determination correlation and t test. The research results show that: 1) Performance of Village Officials in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has been implemented quite well, 2) The quality of public services in villages in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has been implemented quite well, 3) There is an influence of the performance of village officials on improving the quality of public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency by 34.59% . From the results of the hypothesis test, it was obtained that the t count was 7.1999 > from the t table of 1.66055 so that the hypothesis that the author put forward was that there was an influence on the performance of village officials on improving the quality of public services at the Wonoharjo Village office, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency, which could be accepted and had its validity tested.
