Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Leadership and Competence and Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Work Performance of the Food Service of East Kalimantan Province. The sample selection technique used the Total Sampling Approach with a total sample of 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9 and using SPSS Version 25 to test the validity and reliability of the respondents. The results showed that, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the influence of competence has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, word Key : Leadership, Competence, Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of independent variables namely corporate social responsibility and state as moderating variables on firm performance. This study analyzes using a sample of 9 companies in the construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018 using the purposive sampling technique. The tools used in this research are panel data regression and descriptive statistics. The results of the study show corporate social responsibility has positive effect but no significant on firm performance and state does not moderate the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm performanceThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of independent variables namely corporate social responsibility and state as moderating variables on firm performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 11 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode porpusive sampling. Tekhnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keputusan investasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Tingkat Suku Bunga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Bank is an institution that acts as a financial intermediary between parties who have the funds with the parties who need funds as well as an institution that serves to facilitate the flow of payment traffic. Therefore, banks must maintain public confidence and are required to achieve high profitability because profitability describes the success of management in generating profits.This study aims to determine the effect of economic performance factors and bank management factors seen from the financial ratios to the profitability of Bank Persero in Indonesia during the period 2007-2015. While the factor of bank management is measured through Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as X1 and Current Ratio as X2 Economic performance factors are described by the interest rate of Bank Indonesia (BI rate) as X3 and inflation as X4. The profitability of Bank Persero is measured through Return on Assets (ROA) as Y.The object of research in this study is a banking company Persero listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2007-2015 (9 years). Where the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.Result of research indicate factor of economic performance, BI rate have positive influence and not significant to ROA. Similarly, inflation shows a positive and insignificant effect on ROA.While the bank management factor, DER has a negative and significant influence on ROA. While Current Ratio have negative effect and not significant to ROA

Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION AND TRAINING AND REWARD ON INDEPENDENT HERBALIFE MEMBER PERFORMANCE(CASE STUDY PT. HERBALIFE INDONESIA IN SAMARINDA ON GROUP RAISA NEVADA DARANINGGAR) DEISY NURHAFSARINIM. 1501026125             This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurred at               PT Herbalife Indonesia in Samarinda in the Raisa Nevada Daraninggar group, It is known that during the last four years the performance of Independent Members has been considered low and has not been maximized in achieving the performance standards set by the company. Work motivation, training and reward are the most dominant factors to improve the performance of Independent Members.            The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, training and reward for the performance of Independent Members. The population in this research are all Supervisors, World Teams, GET Teams in the Raisa Nevada Daraninggar group that are registered until December 31, 2017. The sample used was 47 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square).            The results of the study it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Independent Members. Training has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of Independent Members. Rewards have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of Independent Members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Pembiayaan di perbankan syariah Indonesia periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan periode tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh 11 perbankan syariah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, sementara uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji pengaruh variabel secara parsial.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel DPK, NPF, dan ROA positif tidak signifikan terhadap pembiayaan, sedangkan CAR menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan. Kemampuan prediksi dari keempat variabel tersebut terhadap pembiayaan adalah 17,9% sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh besarnya adjusted R2, sedangkan sisanya 82,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model penelitin ini

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, tingkat suku bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia, Kurs, Produk Domestik Bruto, dan Inflasi secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Reksadana Pendapatan Tetap. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dengan menggunakan uji t dapat diketahui variabel indeks harga saham gabungan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja reksadana pendapatan tetap. Variabel sertifikat Bank Indonesia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja reksadana pendapatan tetap. Variabel kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja reksadana pendapatan tetap. Variabel produk domestik bruto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja reksadana pendapatan tetap. Variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja reksadana pendapatan tetap.

Abstract

This research aims to know the Affect of Investment Decision, Funding Decision and Dividend Policy on Firm Value. This research uses secondary data which from  Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The populations are the whole go public companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linier Regression.The results show that investment decision has positive and significant effect to firm value. Funding decision and dividend policy have negative effect to firm value.   Keywords :    investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy , firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family ownership, firm size and export-oriented industries on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD) in annual reports. The samples taken are 18 agricultural sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2016 period. Samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis of panel data processed with Eviews 8.  This study used independent variable like: Family Ownership, Firm Size, and Export-Oriented Industry; and so the dependent variable used is corporate social responsibility disclosure. The results showed that partially firm size had a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, while the family ownership and export-oriented industries did not show significant influence on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the probability of the effect of variable cash holding, profitability, and financial leverage to the use of income smoothing on food and beverages industry listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The population of this study were 17 industrial food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 14 industrial samples for 5 years of observation (2011-2015) with 70 observations. Data were obtained from financial statements that have been published and downloaded from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange is www.idx.co.id. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the cash holding and profitability has a significant positive effect on  income  smoothing.  While  financial  leverage  has  a  significant  negative  effect  on  the  income smoothing.Keywords: cash holding, return on asset, debt to total asset, income smoothing.
