Abstrak Perencanaan pariwisata memberikan pengetahuan dasar untuk pembangunan dan menentukan tujuan dari pengembangan pariwisata di destinasi tersebut untuk masa yang akan datang. Sebuah destinasi dapat dikatakan akan melakukan pengembangan wisata jika sebelumnya sudah ada aktivitas wisata. Dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan, perencanaan merupakan faktor yang perlu dilakukan dan dipertimbangkan. perencanaan disampaikan oleh John Friedmann mengandung empat unsur utama, yaitu (1) perencanaan adalah sebuah cara untuk memikirkan persoalan-persoalan sosial ekonomi (2) perencanaan selalu berorientasi ke masa depan; (3) perencanaan memberikan perhatian pada keterkaitan antara pencapaian tujuan dan proses pengambilan keputusan dan (4) perencanaan mengedepankan kebijakan dan program yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena peneliti menganggap permasalahan yang diteliti cukup kompleks dan dinamis sehingga data yang diperoleh dari para narasumber tersebut dijaring dengan metode yang lebih alamiah yakni interview langsung dengan para narasumber sehingga didapatkan jawaban yang alamiah. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Strategi Pengembangan Pariwisata di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Oleh karenanya, berkaitan dengan pengembangan pariwisata yang terjadi di Kecamatan Parigi, studi ini mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengembangan pariwisata yang ada di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hal ini sesuai dengan konseptualisasi sistem pariwisata menurut pitana dan gayatri. Data dari hasil yang diperoleh bahwa menjelaskan pengembangan potensi pariwisata dan kendala yang ada di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Disini peneliti menuliskan bahwa Wisata Kecamatan Parigi yang merupakan aset pemerintah memberikan sumbangsihnya terhadap peningkatan PAD Kabupaten Pangandaran dan otonomi daerah semakin baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata yang terjadi di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Pariwisata diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak yang positif bagi dunia pariwisata Indonesia secara khusus dan Pangandaran itu sendiri, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dari pihak pemerintah, masyarakat dan swasta dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Pengembangan, Pariwisata

Abstrak Penyelenggara pelayanan publik dituntut untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, tidak rumit dan tidak berbelit-belit. Salah satu penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan adalah Polda Jawa Barat. Upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan oleh Polda Jabar dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan pelayanan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) melalui Kantor Pelayanan Masyarakat Satuan intelijen dan keamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara jelas tentang kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SKCK di Kantor Pelayanan Masyarakat Satuan Intelijen dan Keamanan Polda Jabar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket terhadap purposive sampling. Adapun fokus penelitian ini yaitu kualitas pelayanan SKCK di Kantor Pelayanan Masyarakat Satuan intelijen dan keamananPolda Jabar. Indikator yang digunakan adalah dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry (2011). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pemohon dominan merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dalam pembuatan SKCK namun masih ada beberapa hal yang dapat diperbaiki diantaranya pemberian kepastian waktu pelayanan, pemanfaatan fasilitas yang sudah sangat memadai, perbaikan strategi sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, dan peleburan pelayanan perekaman sidik jari agar lebih efisien, Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik, Kualitas Pelayanan, Optimalisasi, SKCK

This research aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of tourism development policies in Sumedang Regency. With the rapid growth of the tourism industry, it is important to understand how various stakeholders contribute to the development of tourist attractions in the area. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of documents related to tourism policy. The research results show that coordination between stakeholders in developing tourism destinations in Sumedang Regency still needs to be improved, while the utilization of marketing potential through tourism websites is not yet optimal. Even though social media is widely used, the emphasis on the image of Sumedang Regency's leading tourist destinations in marketing strategies needs to be increased. Efforts to socialize the values of Sapta Pesona by Pokdarwis have proven effective in strengthening tourism awareness and creating a friendly and clean tourism environment, however, a stronger emphasis is still needed on this aspect in an effort to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations.

Developments that have occurred over the last few decades have had an impact on shifting the role of government in shaping public policy, from being the only key actor to becoming one actor among other actors, both government and non-government, who work interdependently through a series of networks. This research aims to explain the emergence and development of the concept of policy network actors as a unit of analysis in the realm of public policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the formation of a policy network that is responsive to community needs requires strong collaboration between various key actors such as government, the private sector, civil society and international organizations. The importance of openness, transparency and active participation in the policy-making process also stands out as a determining factor in achieving responsive and inclusive policies. In addition, effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are key in ensuring that the policies produced remain relevant and can adapt to existing dynamics in society. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of understanding and managing complex dynamics between actors and ensuring that the resulting policies take into account the diverse interests and values in society

This study aims to analyze the effect of copywriting training on the development of soft skills in students of SMA Nasional Bandung City. Soft skills are important competencies that students need to have, including communication skills, creativity, and critical thinking. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research design and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from 100 students who participated in copywriting training, with independent variables being student motivation, copywriting training, and creativity. The results of the analysis show that copywriting training has a positive and significant effect on the development of students' soft skills (p-value = 0.015). Creativity also has a very significant effect with a very small p-value (0.000), while student motivation does not have a significant effect on the development of soft skills (p-value = 0.195). The regression model used has an R Square value of 0.980, which means that 98% of the variation in soft skill development can be explained by the variables tested. This study concludes that copywriting and creativity training play an important role in improving students' soft skills, while student motivation does not show a significant effect in this model.

This study analyzes sustainable tourism development in Pangandaran Regency from a policy network perspective. Tourism is an important economic sector that contributes significantly to the local economy, but also presents challenges in environmental and social aspects. The growth of the tourism sector in Indonesia, especially after the pandemic, has shown a significant contribution to national GDP. However, this growth is also accompanied by challenges in various aspects such as economic, environmental, and socio-cultural. Existing regulations such as the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and the West Java Regional Regulation have established a framework for sustainable tourism development, but still need evaluation and review, especially in Pangandaran Regency which is highly dependent on the tourism sector. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach to explore the roles of actors in the policy network, including the government, private sector, local communities, and non-governmental organizations. The results show that cross-sector collaboration in the policy network contributes to tourism through supportive regulations, empowerment, and environmentally-based community development strategies. However, there are still challenges in coordination and integration policies that need to be addressed to improve the effectiveness of sustainable tourism management.

The implementation of E-Government in Indonesia has become a major concern in efforts to increase the efficiency and transparency of public services. However, the complexity of implementing this program cannot be separated from the dynamic interactions between various policy networks that influence its direction and impact. This research aims to analyze the impact of policy networks in implementing E-Government in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a focus on policy analysis and case studies of E-Government implementation in several selected provinces. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, analysis of policy documents, and direct observation of the implementation process. The research results show that the implementation of E-Government in Indonesia is greatly influenced by the complexity of the policy network which includes legal regulations, inter-institutional coordination, as well as political and cultural factors. Overlapping policies between institutions often hinder program alignment and effectiveness, while a lack of coordination between institutions slows down holistic decision-making processes. However, the development of effective policy networks can facilitate stakeholder identification, improve inter-institutional coordination, improve policy quality, and encourage innovation and adaptation in the development of public services, which can ultimately improve the quality and accessibility of public services as a whole.

This research aims to analyze the stakeholders involved in implementing maternal and child health policies in Subang Regency. With a focus on the public health context, this research identifies key stakeholder groups that have an important role in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of maternal and child health policies. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the problem identification process in maternal and child health policy in Subang Regency involves various stakeholders, including government institutions, community groups and other institutions. The Subang District Health Service is proven to have great influence and high commitment, while the Regional Government Budget Team/TAPD, Civil Registry Office, and Family Planning are also actively involved. However, there are still weaknesses in completing the Regional Action Plan (RAD) as well as limited understanding of various policy alternatives. Therefore, further efforts are needed to strengthen commitment and increase mutual understanding in order to optimize policy steps that can reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the region.

Innovation in good waste management can serve as a springboard for development, affecting many elements of society and the economy. Innovation is the key to good governance. Innovation in policy and administration is critical to good government. Sound governance brings foreign actors into the discussion. This study takes a qualitative approach, employing the Literary Review research method, which is a systematic, explicit, and reproducible procedure for discovering, analyzing, and summarizing research works and ideas generated by researchers and practitioners. Secondary data sources include literature, journal references, and study findings. rubbish management in Indonesia is still deemed unsatisfactory, as seen by the presence of rubbish in numerous cities, as well as isolated sub-districts and villages where there is no method to resolve the waste. It is apparent that waste management policies and strategies have yet to reach the deepest strata of society. To deal with this situation, it is evident that innovation is required. When viewed through the lens of Sound Governance, as a dimension of international or globalization forces, Indonesia must immediately collaborate with countries that excel at waste management; international actors, namely other countries or international institutions such as UNEP, must be involved. As an example of innovation that can be carried out using today's technological advances, consider the installation of incinerators in various villages/subdistricts throughout Indonesia, allowing village/subdistrict governments to manage their respective waste, with environmentally friendly equipment and the ability to process the results. This invention must be promptly declared in a policy so that norms and regulations may be established and executed. Of course, in this scenario, all levels of society must be involved, in order to develop public awareness of trash.
