Abstract

The Majalengka Regency government is trying to innovate in the uninhabitable house program (RUTILAHU) through the Housing, Settlement Areas and Lands Office. However, digital-based community services are still not optimal. Many data on related websites such as jdih.majalengkakab.go.id and dpkpp.majalengkakab.go.id have not been transparent and often experience errors, such as information about the budget, number, and achievement targets of the RUTILAHU program that have not been updated. In addition, there is a discrepancy between online data about the RUTILAHU program and the original data in the relevant agencies. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results and research in the management of the RUTILAHU program data collection on e-RTLH are considered not good because there are still frequent changes to e-RTLH so that the site often experiences errors. In addition, e-RTLH is also not optimal in terms of data transparency to the community. On the dpkpp.majalengkakab.go.id website, not all data has been processed and uploaded to e-RTLH.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak signifikan pada mutu pembelajaran di SD Negeri Ciwaru, khususnya menurunnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa akibat keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran daring dan minimnya keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik (experiential learning) dengan pendekatan hands-on training, yang mencakup pengenalan dan penggunaan aplikasi Canva, MyWorksheet, Curipod, dan Quizizz untuk pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui praktik, observasi, dan analisis produk bahan ajar. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi AI, terlihat dari peningkatan keterampilan penggunaan AI dan kualitas bahan ajar yang memenuhi kriteria desain, relevansi konten, dan interaktivitas. Selain itu, pelatihan memunculkan kolaborasi antarguru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dalam pelatihan AI efektif meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru sekolah dasar, sekaligus mendorong inovasi pembelajaran berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and cognitive development and poses a serious challenge to improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Garut Regency still faces high stunting rates, particularly in neighborhood unit (RW) 15, Jayaraga Village, Tarogong Kidul District. Through this Community Service Program (PKM), the team is working to reduce stunting rates by implementing health services at the Mawar Integrated Health Post (Posyandu Mawar). This program aims to increase community knowledge about the importance of balanced nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, and monitoring child growth and development. Activities include outreach, toddler examinations, and training on making supplementary foods using local ingredients, involving Posyandu cadres and local health workers. Results indicate increased public understanding and awareness of stunting prevention and increased community participation in Posyandu activities. This program is considered effective in strengthening the role of Posyandu as the frontline provider of public health services, although program sustainability and cross-sector synergy are still needed to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play an important role in public policy networks as representatives of community interests, government partners, and advocacy actors. This study aims to analyze the role of NGOs in public policy networks in Garut Regency, as well as the challenges faced in increasing their contribution to policy formulation and implementation. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of actors involved in the policy network. The results show that NGO involvement is still symbolic, power relations between actors are not yet equal, NGO institutional capacity is limited, and coordination within the policy network is less than optimal. The lack of regulatory support also weakens the position of NGOs in the public policy process. This study concludes that strengthening the role of NGOs through institutionalizing their involvement, developing regulations, increasing capacity, and establishing equal partnership patterns are important steps to improve the effectiveness of public policy networks in Garut Regency.

Abstract

Public policy innovation is an important necessity for local governments in responding to the complexity of public issues. One relevant approach to encourage policy innovation is policy networks, which emphasize collaboration between government and non-government actors. This study aims to analyze the role of policy networks as a public policy innovation strategy in Bandung Regency. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of actors involved in the public policy innovation process. The results show that public policy innovation in Bandung Regency is not yet fully supported by an inclusive and sustainable policy network. The dominance of the local government, weak coordination between actors, limited capacity of non-governmental actors, and regulatory and bureaucratic barriers are the main obstacles. This study emphasizes that strengthening collaborative, participatory, and institutionalized policy networks is an important prerequisite for promoting adaptive and sustainable public policy innovation at the local level.

Abstract

By having broad insight, students are able to understand the global context and the relationship between various disciplines. They can develop thinking skills, explore various perspectives, and broaden their views on various problems. Therefore, to improve the quality of competent students, it is necessary to broaden their horizons through the delivery of knowledge in new perspectives and scopes. The waste management campaign program at SMAS Nasional Bandung is an initiative to introduce and improve students' understanding of how threatening the climate crisis is that is still happening. Through various activities such as workshops, discussions, and practices. These activities aim to provide insight into environmental issues in achieving a holistic understanding of the importance of waste management. By involving students actively in the campaign, this program encourages a deeper understanding of the waste management process from personal to industrial waste, especially in the city of Bandung, as a step in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point number 12.
