Abstract

Layanan Hotspot di Universitas XYZ merupakan fasilitas koneksi internet yang disediakan bagi seluruh dosen, mahasiswa dan staff, yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mangakses materi pembelajaran maupun melakukan kegiatan secara daring. Data pengguna hostspot Universitas XYZ sangat dinamis dikarenakan penyesuaian jumlah data yang sering terjadi akibat penambahan pengguna yaitu mahasiswa baru dan pengurangan pengguna yaitu mahasiswa yang sudah lulus dan ada juga kebutuhan untuk menonaktifkan pengguna yang mendapat cekal yaitu bagi mahasiswa yang belum bisa menyelesaikan kewajiban administratif setiap semesternya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perancangan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan sistem yang lain yang ada di universitas XYZ mulai dari sistem SDM, sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru, sistem akademik sampai sistem yudisium, sehingga sinkronisasi status aktif dari pengguna hotspot dapat dilakukan secara otomatis, yang mana hal ini dapat mengefektifkan penggunaan bandwidth internet di Unversitas XYZ, yaitu hanya diberikan kepada pengguna yang berhak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah model waterfall. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah rancangan sistem manajemen pengguna hotspot di universitas XYZ.

Abstract

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

Abstract

Twitter social networking and microblog services that allow users to send and read text-based messages up to 140 characters, known as tweets. A text in a tweet does not only convey information from an information, but also contains information about human behavior including emotions. To detect the emotion of the text on Twitter social media services with unstructured data, it is necessary to do text analysis, one of them is by using Text Mining. Text mining tries to extract useful information from data sources through identification and exploration of an interesting pattern. Data sources are a collection of documents and interesting patterns that are not found in the form of record databases, but in unstructured text data. In this study proposes to do text mining research on Social Media to detect user emotions. Text-based emotional detection can be used in business, education, psychology, and any other field that is most important for understanding and interpreting emotions. From the tests carried out by the Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbor methods can produce an average value of precision of 0.45640904478933. Recall value is 0.50199332258158 and the accuracy value is 0.8140589569161 while from the K-Nearest Neighbor method the average value of precision is 0.34210487225193. Recall value is 0.45954538381009 and the accuracy value is 0.79705215419501. the results of testing with the SVM-KNN method showed that the suitability of emotional classification was better than the K-Nearest Neighbor method of the whole emotional categories.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital image analysis system that can determine the level of maturity of roasted coffee beans, in terms of detecting roasted coffee beans that are suitable and not suitable for consumption and sold as quality coffee (special coffee) as stated in the coffee bean classification standards provided by SNI No. 01-2907-1999. This research aims to develop a digital image analysis system that can determine the level of maturity of roasted coffee beans in terms of color. The color feature extraction used in this research is the HSV (Hue Saturation Value) color space. This research began by collecting data in the form of 2D digital images of roasted coffee beans. The system developed in this research consists of two main stages, namely training and testing. The amount of coffee bean image data used was 90 images. The data used is in the form of images of coffee beans consisting of three levels, namely dark, light and medium. Classification uses the Naive Bayes algorithm. Based on the results of research on the analysis of coffee bean maturity levels, the highest training accuracy was 100% and the highest testing accuracy was 100%.

Abstract

Dhyana Pura University is one of the private universities in the Badung-Bali district, as an educational institution it is required to provide services to all academics, one of service for complaints about Information Technology equipment broke which is of course very important. However, what has happened so far in terms of management is that information technology equipment damage services are still experiencing several problems, namely reporting damage and handling complaints which are still recorded manually, namely using paper, so there is a risk of loss or forgetting to be followed up by technicians due to piling up files, apart from The leadership of the ICT Department also finds it difficult to monitor the activities of its technicians in handling user complaints. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design an information system that aims to overcome this problem. In the design process, a method is needed to be used, the Framework For The Application Of System Thinking (FAST) method. FAST is a framework for various types of projects and strategies or hypotheses used for learning, developing and maintaining information systems. Because by utilizing this information system you can provide information quickly and easily. In this research, the information system design will be designed using the FAST method which consists of 7 phases, namely; Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design, and Construction and Testing, where each of the existing phases must be carried out in more detail in each scope so that the resulting output can be more accurate and more timely updates so that the resulting design can be used for development to the next stage where later this system design will be used as a reference in the website application software development process.

Abstract

Understanding of the use of AI, especially ChatGPT, is still relatively minimal in the GKPB Efrata Buduk Church. This is a special concern, considering the great potential of AI in supporting church services, from helping to prepare sermon materials, to managing administration. The purpose of this training is to improve the understanding and skills of the assembly and congregation in utilizing AI, so that this technology can be used optimally to support church activities, the methods used range from socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation as well as compiling final reports. The conclusion obtained is that there has been an increase in knowledge of the use of AI Tools from the results of the Pre-Test which never used AI Tools, after the training the participants understood its use and in the future wanted to use AI Tools to assist in Church activities. Abstract

Ketut Bagong Rental adalah UMKM di bidang jasa pendukung kepariwisataan yaitu penyewaan sepeda motor yang berlokasi di Desa Dalung, Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, dengan target sasaran wisman dan eskpatriat. Usaha ini mengelola lebih dari 250 unit sepeda motor. Salah satu keunikan/keunggulan usaha Mitra adalah fitur asuransi yang disediakan sendiri. Namun saat ini Ketut Bagong Rental proses transaksi dan Pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara manual dengan berkas fisik dan pemasaran secara konvensional. Berdasarkan permasalahan maka perlu pembuatan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website Pada Ketut Bagong Rental Menggunakan Content Management System Wordpress. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatannya yaitu metode Prototype. Dengan pembuatan ini diharapkan memudahkan UMKM mempromosikan produknya dan membantu juga dalam mengelola produknya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun dan merancang sistem informasi untuk reservasi homestay di Desa Jatiluwih, Bali, yang terkenal dengan keindahan alam dan budayanya yang luar biasa. Desa agrowisata ini menarik banyak wisatawan lokal dan asing, tetapi masih ada masalah dengan pengelolaan informasi dan reservasi homestay. Sistem informasi yang disarankan dibangun dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan CSS Bootstrap. Databasenya adalah MySQLi. Pengumpulan data, desain sistem, implementasi, verifikasi, dan pemeliharaan adalah semua bagian dari pendekatan ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu wisatawan memesan homestay secara online, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik. Sistem ini memungkinkan homestay di Desa Jatiluwih untuk memberikan pengalaman menginap yang memuaskan sambil mengoptimalkan potensi wisata desa.

Abstract

Cuti merupakan hak pegawai yang penting untuk menunjang kesejahteraan dan produktivitas kerja. Namun, pengelolaan cuti di Kantor Camat Kuta Utara yang masih dilakukan secara manual menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti waktu proses yang lama dan kemungkinan kehilangan berkas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan rancang bangun sistem informasi pengajuan cuti berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pengajuan cuti dengan mengotomatisasi langkah-langkah seperti pengisian data cuti, validasi, dan persetujuan. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL, sistem ini akan mempermudah pegawai dalam mengajukan cuti, mengurangi kesalahan administratif, dan memperbaiki rekapan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi yang tidak hanya memudahkan proses pengajuan cuti tetapi juga memastikan bahwa data cuti dapat dikelola dengan baik. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini, Kantor Camat Kuta Utara dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan cuti pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to construct a web-based futsal court rental system at Global Sport Futsal using the Laravel framework and the Waterfall approach. This facility, which is situated on Jalan Mudutaki Dalung, now uses manual booking procedures, which causes problems including scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies. By allowing users to verify court availability and make appointments online, the proposed system seeks to expedite the reservation process by avoiding record-keeping mistakes and the necessity for in-person attendance. Features like cost computation, payment confirmation, real-time booking validation, and account registration are all included in the system. It is anticipated that the deployment of this computerized leasing system would improve operational effectiveness for Global Sport Futsal's clients as well as management.
