Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence (Competence) and job satisfaction (Job Satisfaction) on employee loyalty at PT Semen Baturaja Palembang. The research method used was a survey with a cross-sectional design, and the sample consisted of 98 employees selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5, which had gone through a validity and reliability assessment. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with Smart PLS application. The results of the analysis show that competence and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Competence and job satisfaction can explain about 59.8% of the variation in employee loyalty. The recommendations proposed are that companies need to improve employee competencies through relevant training and development and pay attention to other factors that affect loyalty. In addition, it is important to continuously monitor and improve employee job satisfaction levels and conduct periodic evaluations to create a productive and competitive work environment. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to strengthen employee engagement, improve retention, and create a work environment that contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk menyebarkan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar Universitas dan memperkuat hubungan antara lembaga pendidikan dan komunitas. Fokus dari PKM ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada UMKM yang merupakan anggota Persatuan Pengusaha Muslim Indonesia Banyuasin, yang berfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan dan akses pembiayaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM di binaan Dinas Koperindag Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah dengan menggabungkan berbagai langkah yang terstruktur. Pertama, tahap pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui peninjauan lokasi di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Selanjutnya, melalui tahap wawancara, instruktur berkomunikasi dengan pelaku UMKM untuk memfasilitasi penyampaian materi penyuluhan. Terakhir, tahap bimbingan, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan melibatkan pembentukan tim yang akan mengatur tema serta peran dalam kegiatan PKM. Hasil dan dampak dari pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalan memberikan solusi yang bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi permasalahan keuangan dan menerapkan teknologi keuangan guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Employee engagement is an essential factor affecting the performance and success of an organization. This survey investigates the effect of competence and job satisfaction on Employee engagement at PT Semen Baturaja Palembang. The research sample consisted of 98 employees who worked at PT Semen Baturaja Palembang. The instrument used in this study is a structured questionnaire that measures competency levels, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. The data collected was analyzed using a double linear technique with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that competency and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the level of Employee engagement by 55.3%. The conclusions of this study provide a deeper understanding of the factors that can increase Employee engagement in the workplace, thereby helping organizations develop effective human resource management strategies and improve overall performance. Keywords: Competence, Job satisfaction, Employee Engagement Abstrak Employee engagement merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Penelitian survei ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kompetensi dan job satisfaction terhadap tingkat Employee engagement di PT Semen Baturaja Palembang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 98 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Semen Baturaja Palembang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur tingkat kompetensi, job satisfaction, dan employee engagement. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik linear ganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat Employee engagement sebesar 55.3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan Employee engagement di tempat kerja, sehingga dapat membantu organisasi dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dan meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Nasional adalah untuk memperluas jangkauan dalam menyebarkan pengetahuan terkait sistem pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan alternatif pembiayaan dengan memanfaatkan lembaga keuangan non-bank dalam hal ini adalah pemanfaatan layanan keuangan fintech P2P Lending bagi UMKM di wilayah kota Lampung. Fokus dari PKM nasional ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM yang merupakan UMKM binaan UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM nasional ini pertama sekali melakukan survei lokasi dan berkoordinasi dengan LP2M Raden Intan Lampung terkait lokasi pelaksanaan dan peserta PKM, kemudian penyampaian materi berupa sharing pengetahuan. Terakhir, tahap bimbingan dan pelatihan yang melibatkan pembentukan tim yang akan mengatur tema serta peran dalam kegiatan PKM Nasional. Hasil dan dampak dari pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalah terbukanya wawasan bagi semua peserta dan mendapatkan solusi yang bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang baik serta dapat mengatasi permasalahan keuangan dengan memanfaatkan platform keuangan digital sebagai alternatif pembiayaan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing the quality of the Palembang regional government's financial reports. The factors examined include the application of Government Accounting Standards, the Internal Control System, Human Resources Competency, and the Role of Internal Audit. The study employs a qualitative research method with data collected through interviews. The findings reveal that the application of Government Accounting Standards, the Internal Control System, Human Resources Competency, and the Role of Internal Audit significantly affect the quality of the financial reports. The implications of this research suggest that local governments should enhance the implementation of Government Accounting Standards, strengthen the Internal Control System, improve Human Resources Competency, and optimize the role of internal audit to elevate the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anggaran merupakan pernyatan mengenai estimasi kinerja yang hendak dicapai selama periode tertentu yang dinyatakan dalam ukuran finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan anggaran belanja operasional dan realisasi anggaran pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, serta untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sesuai dengan PSAK yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian: 1. Pelaksanaan anggaran belanja operasional pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 190/PMK.05/2012 tentang Tata Cara pembayaran dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara sudah sangat baik dengan capaian sebesar 99,35%, sebagaimana telah ditentukan kategori nilai IKPA berdasarkan pada Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Nomor PER-4/PB/2021. 2. Pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran, realisasi anggaran di KPU kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 sangat baik yaitu 90%, namun tahun 2020 menurun 3% karena adanya optimalisasi anggaran tahun 2020 untuk pencegahan covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil riview dari BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan terdapat temuan sebesar Rp 51.677.000,- atas Honor yang melebihi standar biaya masukan sehingga laporan pertanggungjawaban pada tahun 2019 masih belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, karena ketidak patuhan terhadap standar biaya masukan yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Anggaran Belanja Operasional, Realisasi Anggaran, Pertanggungjawaban Anggaran ABSTRACT The budget is a statement regarding the estimated performance to be achieved during a certain period expressed in financial measures. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the operational budget and budget realization in the work unit of the Musi Banyuasin Regency General Election Commission, as well as to determine the implementation of reporting and accountability for budget use in the Musi Banyuasin Regency General Election Commission work unit in accordance with the existing PSAK. The analytical method used ini this study is descriptive quantitative analytical methode. The results of the study: 1. The implementation of the operational expenditure budget in the work unit of the General Election Commission of the Finance District of the Republic of Indonesia Number 190/PMK.05/2012 concerning Payment Procedures in the Framework of Implementing the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and has been classified as very good with the achievement of the Performance Indicator value. Budget implementation in 2021 is 99.35%, as determined by the IKPA value category based on the Director General of Treasury Regulation Number PER-4/PB/2021. 2. In the implementation of reporting and accountability for budget use, budget realization at the Musi Banyuasin Regency KPU in 2019, 2020 and 2021 has been very good at 90%, but in 2020 there was a decline of 3% due to the optimization of the 2020 budget for the prevention of covid-19 . Based on the results of a review from the South Sumatra Province BPKP, there were findings of Rp. 51,677,000, - for honors that exceeded the input cost standard so that the 2019 accountability report was still not in accordance with applicable regulations, due to non-compliance with the predetermined input cost standards. Abstract

In recent decades, awareness of the importance of environmental conservation has increased significantly. One sector that has received great attention is the cosmetics industry, which is known to have a significant impact on the environment due to the use of hazardous chemicals and environmentally unfriendly production processes. Therefore, the concept of green marketing is becoming increasingly relevant. Green marketing is a marketing strategy that emphasizes sustainability and environmental awareness, with the use of environmentally friendly materials, recyclable packaging, and promotion of the environmental benefits of the product. The urgency of this research is very high considering the increasing environmental awareness among consumers, especially among the younger generation. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. The qualitative approach was chosen because it allows researchers to dig into an in-depth understanding of Green Marketing and its influence on brand perception among female students. The case study method is used because it provides an opportunity to collect rich and in-depth data from the perspective of the individual who is the focus of the study. This study involved 15 informants from the female student community, who were selected based on inclusion criteria as active students in various study programs. This study shows that green marketing has a significant influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions by female students. Environmental awareness and preference for environmentally friendly products are important factors in their choices. Informants showed a good understanding of environmentally friendly cosmetic products and tended to choose brands that practice sustainability for ethical reasons, such as environmental protection, animal welfare, and workers' rights. Informative advertising and promotions also played an important role in increasing awareness and trust in these products, supporting the finding that green Effective marketing can change consumer perceptions and behavior.

Abstract

This study examines school principals' strategies to improve human resource management quality based on a humanistic perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative. This study uses the systematic literature review method to describe facts, data, and information obtained from literature studies, books, and journals on research results related to research topics. The study results show that school principals have a vital role in managing and improving the quality of the human resources they care for. The humanistic perspective is an individual study with its uniqueness and peculiarities, forcing the principal to formulate various strategic steps to implement it. Some efforts that can be made from this perspective based on the literature review conducted are establishing good cooperative relationships with all components in the school environment, building commitment and improving the quality of communication, and providing the best examples so that they can become a source of motivation to enhance self-quality.

Abstract

Universities are now competing with each other to become the institution of choice due to global competitiveness. This essay examines the relationship between student enjoyment and various qualities of university services and facilities, which are mediated by the university's reputation. A cross-sectional survey is the methodology used in studies of this kind. This type of research uses a cross-sectional survey methodology. Participants in this study were students of Bina Darma University Palembang. One hundred twenty respondents were randomly selected to represent the sample. Least squares structural equation modeling was used for data analysis (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study indicate that the existence of service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction to provide the best service and improve the quality of service to students. The accuracy of the services offered can also be seen from the feedback given by students on certain services, and the extent to which the services provided are to student expectations and the image of the University mediates between University services and student satisfaction. Hence, efforts to improve campus image positively affect student satisfaction.
