Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Teamwork and Work Facilities on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling in which the determination of the number of samples was based on certain criteria, namely civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis test tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The results of the study show that Teamwork partially has a significant effect. on Employee Job Satisfaction and Work Facilities partially have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. Teamwork and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.503 or 50.3% is also obtained. This indicates that the Job Satisfaction of the UPTD Public Health Center of Pesantren II Kediri City is influenced by the Teamwork and Work Facilities variables by 50.3%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is 49.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) (X1), kompensasi (X2), disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan PT. Aryana Sinar Abadi sebanyak 44 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 5,474 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (2) kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -2,444 dan nilai Sig. 0,19 < 0,05. (3) disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 1,283 dan nilai Sig. 0,207 > 0,05. (4) keselamatan kesehatan kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 12,504 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda maka menghasilkan rumus persamaan Y = 11,179 + 0,627X1 - 0,394X2 + 0,208X3 + e.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh semangat kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Yara Berkah Semesta. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi semangat kerja (X1), loyalitas kerja (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3), sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 orang karyawan yang menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,023 < 0,05. Loyalitas kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 < 0,05. Begitu pula dengan motivasi kerja yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh ketiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,628 atau 62,8%, yang berarti bahwa semangat kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 62,8% variasi yang terjadi pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study assesses the influence of organizational culture, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Rejeki. Organizational culture is understood as the values, norms, and patterns of behavior agreed upon by members. The physical work environment refers to tangible conditions such as layout, lighting, and cleanliness. The non-physical work environment relates to the psychological climate and social relationships in the workplace. The research design is quantitative with a census or saturated sample technique. All 32 employees were respondents. The instrument was compiled using a Likert scale. The data were processed using SPSS 25. The analysis stages included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test for partial effects, f-test for simultaneous effects, and the coefficient of determination R². The partial test results showed that organizational culture did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Conversely, the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect. The simultaneous test confirmed that the three variables together had a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings indicate that improvements in physical aspects such as room comfort, equipment, and safety standards, as well as strengthening non-physical aspects such as supervisor support, role clarity, and communication, are more directly related to performance improvement than existing cultural characteristics. In practical terms, management needs to prioritize programs to improve the physical work environment and psychological climate, accompanied by periodic evaluations so that the impact can be measured against performance indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh motivasi, reward, dan teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Pasar Joyoboyo Kota Kediri. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 41 karyawan dan sampel 41 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji T (parsial), uji F (simultan), uji koefisien determinan (R2) yang diolah menggunakan SPSS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan komunikasi yang efektif, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 40 orang karyawan UD. Kondang Roso dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Secara simultan variabel komunikasi efektif, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada UD. Kondang Roso.

Abstract

PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Pesantren faces specific challenges in maintaining employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, training, and communication on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach and uses a population of 139 employees. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample technique. The collected data were analyzed using various statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) test, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results of the study indicate that: Partially, career development has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.002 < 0.05). Training does not have a significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.178 > 0.05). Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.006 < 0.05). Simultaneously, career development, training, and communication all have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.000 < 0.05). The novelty of this study lies in the analysis of the combination of career development, training, and communication variables in the specific context of the sugar processing industry. These findings provide new insights into the factors that directly influence productivity in this sector. The practical implications of this research are the importance for companies to improve career development programs and communication effectiveness to encourage optimal employee productivity, while the effectiveness of training programs needs to be further evaluated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV Malala. The research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS software. The results reveal that work culture and work motivation have no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, work culture, work motivation, and work environment significantly affect employee performance, contributing 77.7%, while the remaining 22.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The development and advancement of technology in the modern era has had a tremendous impact on efforts to create superiority in competition between companies. So companies are required to continue to improve their competitiveness so that they are not inferior to other companies. This research aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of product diversity and promotions on purchasing decisions at CV. Jati Mulia Kauman Tulungagung. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample for this research is consumers who have made purchases at CV. Jati Mulia Kauman Tulungagung as many as 50 consumers. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is classic assumptions, multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of product diversity on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of product diversity and promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study analyzes the sharia marketing strategy of Swarnabhumi MSMEs through the integration of environmentally friendly ecoprint innovations with a halal lifestyle concept at the 2025 Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) event. Using a qualitative ethnographic approach with interviews, observations, and data triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that there was an increase in turnover from 15 million to 20 million thanks to halal certification and business matching at the event. The results of this study provide practical guidance for sharia economic MSMEs to implement halal-certified marketing strategies to be more competitive in the domestic market and exports through events such as the Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival.
