Abstract

Reviews of the literature on diversity management and workplace misconduct are still incredibly uncommon. Given the requirement for appropriate handling to stop irregular conduct at work (organizations; companies, government institutions, MSMEs). This scoping review's objective is to summarize the literature on the value of diversity management in avoiding workplace deviance.  The scoping study adheres to the Arksey and O'Malley Steps. (2005). The scoping review used has 5 steps, including identifying research topics, finding pertinent studies, Specifically, (1) formulating research questions, (2) locating pertinent studies, (3) choosing studies, (4) outlining data, and (5) gathering, describing, and disclosing findings.  Over 11 years, this research was reviewed using 3 electronic databases: Taylor dan Francis, Wiley dan Emerald. (2013-2023). Corruption, the giving of gifts or bribes, and gossip are among the categories of deviant behavior in the workplace that were identified, and all of these categories have the potential to negatively impact organizational performance, according to the findings of the scoping review. Gender, race, and culture are three types of diversity that are particularly susceptible to the issue of aberrant behavior in the workplace. Therefore, management must provide support and focus, particularly to human resource managers who are responsible for managing diversity in the workplace.

Abstract

In this disruptive era, all organizations, institutions, or institutions need to make improvements, improvements, and developments in various aspects. Teachers are human resources driving the achievement of school goals and also the nation, namely educating students by transferring knowledge according to their fields of competence, with actions, presenting teaching materials using interesting and innovative media, delivered offline and online. Online teaching materials developed by teachers can be made from Google sites, genially, bookcerator, Visme applications, Sigil, flip PDF and others. While offline or print out teaching materials in the form of textbooks, from each subject that is adjusted to the basic competencies that have been formulated that must be combined or learned by students. According to the results of the presentation of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the place of partners who are willing to cooperate in the implementation of community service, the problems of partners are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of teachers developing teaching materials made by themselves, to be used for the learning process, 2) Teaching materials used by teachers to teach are still lacking both online and offline-based. To overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education on various types of online and offline-based teaching materials. 2) Providing assistance and guidance, making online-based teaching materials, using the Google Sites application and genially and offline by providing innovations in teaching materials, and printed. The results of the delivery of education for making online and offline-based teaching materials are 1) Teachers have never used learning media using the Google Sites application, but are very enthusiastic about making teaching materials using this online media, 2) After being given education and assistance Teachers have immediately been able to make this online-based teaching materials, and the links to teaching materials that have been made, Try to share it with groups of students, for students to learn the material. Teachers should be given education or training on the application of making teaching materials or other interactive teaching media again.

Abstract

Workplace spirituality, self-esteem, and work engagement are things that will shape the intention to stay, including teachers in schools. This study aims to 1) Testing the direct relationship between work spirituality and the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI with the Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 2) testing the relationship of Self-Esteem to the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) Testing the relationship between work engagement and intention to stay, 4) Testing the relationship between work spirituality and work engagement in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency,5) Testing the relationship of self-esteem to work engagement, 6) Testing the relationship of spirituality in the workplace significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement, 7) Testing the relationship of Self-esteem significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement.. This type of quantitative research was conducted on teachers of SMK PGRI and Sooko Negeri, Mojokerto Regency, with a total of 74 teachers. The sampling technique used for this study uses simple random sampling because its characteristics are homogeneous. Analysis using path analysis. The results showed that: : 1) descriptive analysis of workplace spirituality variables is included in the category of high, high self-esteem, rather high work engagement and intention to stay is included in the high category, 2) There is a direct influence between work spirituality on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) there is an influence of Self-Esteem on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 4) there is an influence between work engagement on intention to stay, 5) there is an influence between work spirituality on work engagement in Teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency, 6) there is an influence of self-esteem on work engagement, 7) workplace spirituality indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement, 8) Self-esteem indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship related to education is very much and can be realized by practitioners in the field of education and academics, so that they can transfer their knowledge to students related to entrepreneurship. One way that can be realized by the school is to apply entrepreneurship-based subjects, by instilling the value of an entrepreneurial spirit, and application by inviting students to practice directly in trying entrepreneurship related to Education, including as a reception service for typing proposals or reports, application or web development services, and can also be as an Education tour planner, become content creators, educational institutions, and others. Based on the description of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the partner place in the implementation of this community service, the partner's problems are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of understanding of teachers and schools about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and there is still a lack of knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) The need to develop knowledge and practice of digital technology-based eduprenuership to teachers in schools. Based on the results of interviews and discussions with partners, to overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and still lack knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) Providing assistance and guidance, edupreneurship practices related to digital technology to teachers. The results of this community service are 1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Mojokerto teachers can pour creative ideas in entrepreneurship that can be applied by teachers and students in schools and poured into business design, 2) Through the practice and assistance provided, teachers can already practice digital marketing using online applications.

Abstract

Trust to leading, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing can give rise to innovative work behavior of workers, especially workers in Batik Tulis MSMEs. Research Objectives: Trust to leading (1) To test the influence of Trust to leading on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (2) to test the influence of Psychological empowerment on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (3) the influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (4) to test the influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (5) to examine the influence of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME Workers, (6) to examine the influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (7) to examine the influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers. The research is quantitative research with a sample of 75 workers in Batik Tulis MSMEs. The results showed that (1) there is a direct and significant influence of Trust to leading on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (2) there is a direct and significant influence of Psychological empowerment on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (3) there is a direct and significant influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (4) there is a direct and significant influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (5) there is a direct and significant influence of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME Workers, (6) there is an indirect influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (7) there is an indirect influence of psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers.

Abstract

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.

Online exam applications can be used by teachers as a medium to evaluate the level of achievement of students' understanding of these subjects. Abstract

Through using digital-based learning media, teachers can manage student assignments through a collaborative platform. By using digital-based learning media, students can access learning materials from anywhere. Some of the interactive digital-based learning media that can be used by teachers to teach are Genially which is used to create Powert Points, Google Sites, Book Creator used to make E-books, Animation studio to make learning animation videos, Blogger to share or publish learning materials to students. The problems of this community service partner are the teachers of MGMP Economics High School Lamongan Regency, namely: 1) There are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, 2) Teaching methods are still monotonous, with learning media that are not yet innovative. The solutions offered to overcome partner problems are: 1) Providing education about digital-based learning media to MGMP Economics teachers of Lamongan Regency, East Java, 2) Practice and assistance in making digital-based learning media. From the results of community service activities, it is known that 1) there are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, this can be seen from the number of teachers who are new to the application that can be used as a learning medium, 2) many teachers still use conventional learning media, because there is still a lack of knowledge and education about digital-based learning media applications.

Abstract

Pada kondisi seperti sekarang ini semua pekerja harus memahami tentang teknologi digi- tal. Guru termasuk juga pekerja yang harus paham dengan teknologi digital, yang mana guru pada masa sekarang ini dituntut untuk kreatif dan lebih interaktif dalam penyampaian pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswinya. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan hasil observasi di lapangan, maka permasalahan mitra dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut. (1) Masih seringnya guru-guru menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional dikarenakan kurangnya informasi, pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai beberapa media e-learning. (2) Masih monotonnya metode guru mengajar, tanpa menggunakan media yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra maka metode untuk mendukung realisasi program IbM adalah dengan: (1) memberikan workshop edukasi mengenai media e-learning dan praktik media e-learning dan (2) praktik pengaplikasian dan membuat media e-learning menggunakan Genially, Flip PDF, dan I Spring. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini ada SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdasarkan kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan pada guru-guru SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Mojokerto maka diketahui bahwa guru-guru sangat antusias mengikuti workshop edukasi media e-learning kreatif yang dilaksanakan dan banyak dari guru-guru yang mulai mengenal media pembelajaran e-learning, namun masih belum diterapkan di kelas. Guru-guru belajar memasukkan materi mata pelajaran ke dalam media e-learning, baik yang berbentuk PowerPoint, video, dan audio sekaligus akan menerapkan media e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

Flexible working arrangements are one of the human resource management practices in an organization, which pays great attention to the work-life balance of its workers. The hope is to produce the quality of work as established. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Implementation of Flexible Working Arrangements and Schedule Flexibility which is often applied to Women Workers of PIA RB Small and Medium Enterprises makes workers feel that there is a work-life balance. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Informants and research subjects were female workers at the PIA small and medium enterprise RB Pasuruan and business owners. The results of this study are known that flexible work arrangements are applied to workers by allowing workers to come not according to predetermined working hours if there is a personal interest, and there is no punishment, workers can set their work schedules to get results as targeted and to get wages as expected by workers. The schedule flexibility applied by the company is more about time flexibility and timing flexibility, but with the application of this flexibility, workers have felt a balance or work-life balance
