Abstract

Pengasuhan peningkatan karakter anak sudah mencapai berkembang sangat baik. Rumusan permasalahan peneliti yaitu. Bagaimana implementasi pengasuhan anak usia dini dalam meningkatkan karakter anak usia 5-6 tahun di TPA Asoka Makassar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian pengasuhan anak usia dini dalam meningkatkan karakter anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat penulis simpulkan mengenai implementasi Pengasuhan Anak Usia Dini Dalam Meningkatkan Karakter Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TPA Asoka Makassar pendidik dan pengasuh sudah menerapkan langkah-langkah penerapan karakter kedisplinan, kemandirian dan kerja sama yang telah dicapai sesuai harapan yang diperoleh ke 6 anak tersebut. Yaitu dimulai dengan pendidik atau pengasuh dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter menggunakan kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus, mulai peserta didik masuk gerbang dengan berjabat tangan serta mengucap salam kepada pendidik atau pengasuh sampai penjemputan anak didik oleh orang tua. Adapun jenis kegiatan dalam implementasi pendidikan karakternya yaitu membuang sampah pada tempatnya, menyimpan barang minuman pada tempatnya, tidut siang pada waktunya, berdoa sebelum makan dan sesudah makan, berbaris yang rapih pada saat masuk kelas, melepas dan menyimpan sepatu pada tempatnya, melepas tas dan menyimpan pada tempatnya, mencuci tangan sebelum makan dan sesudah makan, membuang sampah, membantu temannya dalam kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of traditional jump rope games and increase gross motor skills at the age of 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Mariso Branch Kindergarten. This research is a Classroom Action Research, the model used is the Kemmis and Taggart model which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 children, 5 boys and 7 girls. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in cycle I and cycle II, the researcher can conclude that the results of the application of the game can be started with singing, warm-up movements, preparation of places and tools, instructions and examples from the teacher and giving rewards to encourage children's enthusiasm. The physical component of children's gross motor skills has improved well. Based on the gross motor abilities of children in group B can be improved. The gross motor ability of children in cycle I is evidenced by the average category of children's achievement developing as expected while in Cycle II it is in the category of developing very well in training flexibility, balance and agility. Thus, the application of traditional jump rope games can improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Mariso Branch Kindergarten.

Abstract

This research aims to increase independence through practical life learning activities. The subjects in this research were 10 children from the Asoka Sudiang Makassar Kindergarten Play Group. Consisting of 7 men and 3 women and the subject's age range was 3-4 years. The type of research used was classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles and in each cycle was carried out in three meetings. The focus of this research is increasing independence through practical life learning activities. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The results of the study show that practical life learning can increase early childhood independence in Asoka Sudiang Makassar Kindergarten. This can be seen in the pre-action 31.5% in the criteria of not yet developing, the child's independence after being given action in cycle I increased to 51.87% in the criteria of developing according to expectations and in cycle II it increased to 84.37% in the criteria of very good development . With this practical life learning, it can be a solution to increase the independence of the children of the Asoka Sudiang Makassar Play Group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode proyek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Hardiyanti. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada keefektifan metode proyek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Hardiyanti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dekumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengumpulkan data adalah pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil pengamatan bahwa TK Hardiyanti telah menerapkan pembelajaran metode proyek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi pada anak, penerapan pembelajaran metode proyek efektive di gunakan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi pada anak usia dini yang dimana metode proyek melibatkan anak dalam proses memecahkan masalah baik secara individu maupun secara kelompok. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi dan mengembangkan kemampuan literasi anak dalam mengenal angka dan huruf, kemampuan anak dalam memahami tugas yang diberikan guru, serta kemampuan anak dalam mengucapkan antara huruf dan pengucapannya.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the description of students' critical thinking (2) know the description of the application of the example non example model (3) improve students' critical thinking through the example non example model in thematic subjects. This study uses Classroom Action Research. The research object is the VB class students at Baddoka State Elementary School, Makassar City. Retrieval of data used are observation sheets and tests. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive qualitative statistical analysis The results of the study show that students' critical thinking skills have increased after using the example non example model in thematic learning. The increase in cycle I was evident in the completeness of student test results, which was 53.6% to 82.1% in cycle II. The percentage of student activity in critical thinking aspects from cycle I to cycle II increased. In aspect (Focus) from 84.4% to 92.8%, aspect (Reason) from 71.3% to 84.4%, aspect (Inference) from 64.2% to 80.9%, aspect (Situation) from 53.5% to 78.5%, aspect (Clarity) from 50.0% to 77.3%. Thus proving that the example non-example learning model can improve students' critical thinking in thematic subjects for class V SD Negeri Baddoka Makassar city.

Abstract

Delays in children's gross motor development are still common. Therefore, activities are needed that can stimulate children's gross motor development so that it can develop quickly and optimally. This study aims to (1) describe Pancasila gymnastics activities in kindergarten students and (2) analyze the implications of Pancasila gymnastics on children's gross motor development in kindergarten students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The object of research is group B1 students of Gita Ananda Kindergarten, Makassar City. The results of this study indicate that the application of Pancasila gymnastics activities is carried out through direct practice by the teacher using a projector and speaker. This method can attract children's attention to follow or do Pancasila gymnastics movements. This method makes children actively participate in performing gross motor movements according to what they see. In addition, Pancasila gymnastics has implications for children's gross motor development. The percentage increase in children's gross motor skills is from 65% to 70.6%. This research has implications for the importance of learning programs that train students' gross motor skills in kindergarten. This program is well prepared and implemented with methods that attract students so that they are interested in following movements that train their gross motor skills.

Abstract

The low ability of children's critical thinking is caused by various things, one of which is the limitations of educators in providing space for students to stimulate necessary thinking skills in the learning process. The learning approach, methods, and media have yet to help children fully build critical thinking skills. Overcoming these problems is one way that can support the achievement of children's necessary thinking skills with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) learning model. This research method uses classroom action research methods to improve and increase the quality of learning regarding critical thinking skills. Based on the study results, there was an increase in all indicators of critical thinking in the development of student learning outcomes after being given action. The ability to think critically in children is evidenced by the average achievement category of Very Developed Children (BSB), with a percentage of in cycle one of 48.75% and in cycle two reaching 80.25%. The application of STEAM learning can improve critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan daya ingat anak usia dini di TK Bina Kasih melalui penggunaan media kartu angka. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan pembelajaran interaktif dengan pendampingan dari guru, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di rumah. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan anak mengenali dan mengingat angka, menyusun urutan angka secara mandiri, serta mempercepat waktu pengingatan. Selain itu, anak-anak juga mengalami perkembangan dalam keterampilan sosial, seperti berkolaborasi dalam kelompok. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya ingat anak melalui media visual yang menarik. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penggunaan media pembelajaran yang lebih beragam, pendampingan intensif bagi anak yang memerlukan, pelatihan guru, dan evaluasi berkala. Pengembangan program ini diharapkan dapat diperluas ke kelas-kelas lain untuk memberi manfaat yang lebih luas di TK Bina Kasih

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia 4-6 tahun tidak jarang mengalami kendala dalam percakapan, penyampaian atau pengutaraan serta berbicara dengan orang lain. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di TK Ihya Al-Ulum Makassar adalah peningkatan kemampuan bahasa anak ditinjau dari segi bahasa reseptif dan bahasa ekspresif anak masih belum berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan mendongeng adalalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan kemampuan bahasa yang dimiliki anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Penilitian Tindakan Kelas. Tempat penelitian di TK Ihya Al-Ulum Makassar. Waktu penelitian dari 16 Februari 2023 sampai Rabu 25 Agustus 2023. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 orang dengan rentang usia 4-5 tahun dengan sumber data dari 17 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 2 minggu dengan sampel 15 anak menunjukkan bahwa melalui mendongeng dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-6 tahun dengan memberikan tahap di siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan, Siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata indikator kemampuan anak melalui kegiatan mendongeng yaitu 46% sedangkan di siklus II indikator kemampuan anak melalui kegiatan mendongeng yaitu 79%.Dari nilai rata-rata keseluruhan indikator kemampuan anak melalui kegiatan mendongeng telah menjadi bukti bahwa kegiatan mendongeng sangat penting untuk kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of vapor candle experiments in improving critical thinking skills in early childhood at RA Mardhati, Makassar. Early childhood education plays an important role in children's cognitive, social and emotional development. Critical thinking skills, such as analysis and problem solving, need to be developed early on. Based on observations at RA Mardhati, the critical thinking skills of group A children are still less than optimal, so a more interactive learning method is needed. The steam candle experiment was chosen because it allows children to observe the physical changes of the candle, stimulating them to ask questions, make hypotheses, and analyze the results. This research used descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, presentation, verification, and triangulation. The results showed that the vapor candle experiment effectively improved children's critical thinking skills. Of the 15 participants, 70% experienced significant improvement, with 47.33% in the Developing As Expected (BSH) category and 24.33% Developing Very Well (BSB). The experiment not only improved cognitive skills but also introduced a spiritual dimension by linking natural phenomena, making a significant contribution to science-based learning methods in ECD.
