Abstract

Introduction: Firm value reflects the firm's capacity to improve efficiency and strategy in resource utilization; various aspects are capable of encouraging an increase in firm value, including environmental, social, governance, and institutional ownership. Recent PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia data illustrates this transformation in corporate reporting practices. As of December 30, 2022, 653 listed companies submitted their 2021 Sustainability Reports, representing 79% of all listed companies. This marked a dramatic 324% increase compared to the 154 companies that produced such reports in 2021 (www.pwc.com). This substantial growth demonstrates the rapidly evolving corporate landscape where sustainability reporting has transitioned from an optional practice to an essential business component. Methods: The research applies a quantitative approach, utilizes saturated sampling, and analyzes the data using panel data regression. Results: The finding that environmental, social, and governance affect the value of the firm's ESG Leader Index. Firm size moderates the effect of environmental, social, and governance factors on firm value, and firm size is unable to moderate the influence of institutional ownership on firm value. Keywords: Environmental Social Governance, Institutional Ownership, Firm Value, Firm Size, ESG Leader Index

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the role of collaboration strategies, influencer marketing, and visual brandingin influencing the purchase decision for the local fashion brand Thanksinsomnia. Primary data were collected from 158 respondents in Semarang City via online and offline questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The hypothesis testing results reveal that both collaboration strategies and visual branding exert a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Conversely, the influencer marketing variable was found to have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The proposed research model demonstrates a remarkably high predictive capability in explaining the variation in the purchasing decision variable. This finding underscores that, within the context of a local fashion brand targeting Generation Z, strategic partnerships and a consistent visual identity are more dominant drivers than reliance on influencer-based promotions. The study contributes theoretically and offers practical recommendations for the local fashion industry to prioritize creative collaboration and authentic visual branding.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of augmented reality (AR), product superiority, and user experience on consumer satisfaction, focusing on the use of L’Oréal cosmetics’ Virtual Try-On feature within an e-commerce platform. It delves deeply into how these three factors influence satisfaction both directly and through mediating effects, drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to provide a comprehensive perspective on consumer behavior in interactive, technology-driven shopping environments. A quantitative methodology was employed, surveying 100 respondents who have experienced L’Oréal’s AR feature. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS to construct and empirically validate a structural model of the relationships among the constructs. The results demonstrate that AR significantly enhances consumer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly via product superiority and user experience, each serving as key mediators. Additionally, the study’s theoretical foundation highlights that contemporary consumer technology adoption is shaped by perceived usefulness, convenience, and experiential value during digital interactions, reinforcing the model’s relevance for understanding the factors driving consumer satisfaction with AR technologies.
