Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of work discipline in improving employee performance in the Disciplinary Section of Perum Peruri. This research involves employees in the Discipline Section through literature studies, case studies, and portfolio documents from research activities. The results of this study indicate that employees' non-compliance with company regulations causes problems not being on time, causing empty absences in the Employee Self Service (ESS) system because company regulations are not implemented regarding late permits or leaving the company for personal purposes which can affect employee performance. . Based on the results of qualitative descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that the enforcement of discipline is important for companies as a basis for improving employee performance, because discipline contains rules that must be obeyed by employees. Discipline is expected to make work as efficient as possible which can provide benefits for both the organization and employees.

Abstract

This study aims to describe human resource development through KYT training (kiken yochi training) to improve employee performance at PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia (autopart). The analytical method used in this research is literature study, case study and documentation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the performance of employees at PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia (Autopart) has been carried out and is improving by conducting KYT training activities. This KYT training aims to reduce the level of work accidents in the work environment, prevent the occurrence of human errors, reduce the level of potential hazards in the work environment and increase the level of employee alertness to abnormal situations and conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of work discipline in improving employee performance at PT. Anisa Jaya Utama. The research was conducted at PT. Anisa Jaya Utama which is located at Jl.Raya Tamelang, Krajan Hamlet, Mekarjaya Village, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. The population in this study was 120 employees. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of this study is that there are still many undisciplined employees which results in decreased achievements in their performance. This can be proven from the results of observations, interviews and questionnaire results. And the solution provided so that the role of work discipline in PT. Anisa Jaya Utama is: 1) The company provides attendance tools in the form of fingerprints, or other android applications. 2) Given a letter of reprimand both oral and written. For a written reprimand the company gives SP1, SP2, SP3 until it is issued. 3) Sops are made for employee attendance, such as SOPs for incoming employees and SOPs for returning employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of compensation in improving employee performance at PT. Bumi Artha Sedayu Jl Raya Klari no 23-24 East Karawang District. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with triangulation method as a source to analyze using interview, observation and survey instruments. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of compensationprovided for now is still lacking, and performance is still lacking. Pthe company must provide a salary with the Karawang UMR standard, he added in the provision of insurance and to improve employee performance the company must maximize unit sales so that the realization is according to the predetermined target.

Abstract

Setiap pelaku usaha agar berhasil serta sukses harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Tetapi pada kenyataannya kompetensi pelaku usaha belum optimal, hal ini diduga berhubungan dengan knowledge management dan pelatihan SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran serta analisis knowledge management dan pelatihan SDM terhadap kompetensi  peserta UMKM Juara Jawa Barat di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu peserta UMKM Juara Tahun 2022 berjumlah 169 orang, sementara sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 119 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yaitu primer berupa kuesioner dengan rancangan analisis berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan uji asumsi klasik serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis memberikan gambaran bahwa knowledge management, pelatihan SDM, dan kompetensi peserta UMKM Juara berada pada kategori baik. Secara parsial knowledge management berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi sebesar 38,81% dan pelatihan SDM berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi sebesar 46,51%. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa knowledge management dan pelatihan SDM mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta UMKM Juara Jawa Barat di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2022 sebesar 57,9% dan 42,1% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya seperti pendampingan, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze sales using a digital payment system on PD income. Nasep Jaya. The research was carried out at PD. Nasep Jaya, whose address is Jl. Raya Pantura Gempolsari, Simpang Village, Patokbeusi District, Rancamulya Village, Subang Regency, West Java. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview and field observation methods. The form of triangulation used in this research is source triangulation. The results of the research show 1) Sales growth is quite stable, especially around 80% of consumers subscribe every month. Although the use of digital payment systems has not had a significant impact on sales figures. This implementation succeeded in increasing service efficiency and transaction speed. 2). PD digital payment system. Nasep Jaya uses M-Banking, QRIS, and the marketplace platform as a digital payment system through the Shopee e-commerce application. However, economically, more competitive online selling prices provide benefits even though admin discounts of around 3% for Shopee, 0.7% QRIS, and Rp. 6,500 for interbank transfers. The use of M-Banking facilitates transactions efficiently, QRIS provides a faster and easier payment method, while the presence on e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, expands market reach. 3) Molasses income from molasses using a digital payment system has increased from 2021 before using a digital system to 2022 after using digital by 8%. Abstract

Salah satu hal yang diestimasikan penanam modal ketika hendak memberikan pemodalan ialah melihat kepada nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi membuktikan kemampuan perusahaan yang bagus. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi pula membuktikan kemakmuran pemegang saham, alhasil keadaan ini bisa mempengaruhi persepsi para penanam modal. Riset ini bermaksud untuk mencoba membuktikan pengaruh dari Return On Asset (ROA), serta Current Ratio (CR) kepada Price To Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan farmasi yang tertera di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan rentang waktu 2017-2021. Tipe riset ini ialah riset kuantitatif. Riset ini memakai cara pengumpulan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yakni 9 perusahaan farmasi yang tertera di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data berwujud data finansial serta harga saham yang ada pada website www.idx.co.id, data tersebut di analisa memakai perangkat lunak SPSS model 23.0 dengan  regresi lienar berganda. Pada hasil pengujian t angka signifikansi Return On Asset ialah sebesar 0,445 serta angka signifikansi Current Ratio sebesar 0,826, dari hasil pengujian t ini bisa disimpulkan kalau Return On Asset tidak mempunyai pengaruh parsial kepada Price To Book Value serta Current Ratio pula tidak mempunyai pengaruh parsial kepada Price To Book Value sebab angka signifikansi keduanya lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil percobaan F membuktikan angka signifikansi 0,384 yang maksudnya lebih besar dari 0,05 alhasil bisa disimpulkan kalau Return On Asset serta Current Ratio dengan cara berbarengan tidak mempunyai pengaruh kepada Price To Book Value pada perusahaan farmasi yang tertera di Bursa Efek Indonesia rentang waktu 2017-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the cash flow situation at the Tamansari Mahogany Apartment Management Agency before and after COVID-19. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology based on cash flow data, gathering information through documentation and interviews with the chief financial officer, chief tenant relations officer, and building manager. The study's findings are as follows: 1) Cash flow in 2019 prior to COVID-19 Due to the poor occupancy rate and numerous unit handovers that were empty or unoccupied, Tamansari Mahogany Apartments saw decreased income in 2019;2) Cash flow in 2020–2022 during COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic caused many homes to be used as locations for self-isolation for people infected with the virus, which resulted in a rise in income for Tamansari Mahogany Apartments from 2020 to 2022. 3) Cash flow in in 2023 a COVID-19 after COVID-19 Because Tamansari Mahogany Apartments work with agents to boost occupancy compared to COVID-19, they have constant and growing income. Establishing a successful and efficient company plan and concentrating on the allocated budget are crucial for organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai moerasi di PT. Budi Nusa Tata Prima Cikarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan SmartPLS4 dengan alat bantu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 karyawan dari total populasi 103 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi 0.001<0.005 dan t-hitung 3.100 > 1.984 dengan R2 13.1%, sedangkan lingkungan kerja terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi 0.434>0.005 dan t-hitung 0.166 < 1.984. Berdasarkan analisis outer loading, indikator terendah pada variabel beban kerja adalah “Hambatan Lingkungan Kerja” (X1.1) dengan nilai 0,738, yang menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan untuk memperbaiki faktor-faktor fisik lingkungan kerja. Sementara itu, indikator terendah pada variabel kinerja karyawan adalah “Kesesuaian Hasil Standar” (Y.3) dengan nilai 0,721, yang mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terhadap standar kerja melalui pelatihan, evaluasi, dan komunikasi yang efektif.

Abstract

Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) menghadirkan transformasi dalam pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, salah satu melalui program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB). Program MSIB bertujuan untuk memberikan mahasiswa pengalaman praktis di dunia kerja guna meningkatkan karir dan kesiapan kerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi MSIB dalam mendukung karir mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang angkatan 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui teknik triangulasi data, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MSIB memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan karir mahasiswa, meningkatkan keterampilan soft skills dan hard skills, serta mempercepat proses mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan rata-rata waktu tunggu kurang dari enam bulan. Program ini membantu mahasiswa dalam mengeksplorasi minat dan bakat, serta memperkuat kesadaran diri dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulan MSIB berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam merancang karir mahasiswa. Implikasi mahasiswa diharapkan lebih proaktif dalam memilih program relevan dengan bidang diminati guna mengoptimalkan peluang karir di masa depan.
