Various online mobile games with the Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) genre favored by the Indonesian people, such as Mobile Legends: Bang-bang and Players Unkown Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG) have been downloaded by more than 100 million users. These technological developments gave birth to a new business model known as microtransactions. Through microtransactions, users can buy and sell items in the in-game shop. The presence of microtransactions causes various problems because they are considered to exploit children and have the potential to cause gambling addiction. In Indonesia itself, it has not been so clearly regulated because it still views microtransactions as the same as buying and selling online in general. The results of this study indicate that the legal regulation of microtransactions in Indonesia has not been clearly regulated and the concept of electronic trading systems only moves space and time from conventional trade. The legal aspect to be considered is the aspect of the legality of microtransactions which some countries equate with gambling, while in Indonesia there is a lack of clarity about the regulation. So that the aspect of consumer protection, especially for vulnerable groups such as children and adolescents, has not been fulfilled.

This study aims to analyze the role of UNGP in constructing CSR legal policies in Indonesia and the implementation of CSR for companies, in order to create effective, targeted and beneficial CSR for the country, companies and society. This research is a normative study using a statutory approach, historical approach, conceptual approach and comparative approach. The results showed that according to UNGP, there is a principle of the company's obligation to respect human rights, so the company has a tool for accountability with human rights due diligence. This human rights due diligence serves to identify, prevent, mitigate and account for the impact of human rights violations that arise. In Indonesia, these UNGP principles need to be adopted in legislation such as that of France in order to create an effective, targeted and useful CSR.

The application of restorative justice at the investigation level based on the Circular Letter of the Chief of the Indonesian National Police Number: SE/8/VII/2018 concerning the Application of Restorative Justice (Restorative Justice) has been widely SE. 08/2018 concerning the Application of Restorative Justice in the context of accelerating the realization of justice, using a comparative study of criminal cases in the Bantul Regional Police; in this study used normative research methods. The application of the Chief of Police's Circular on Restorative Justice in the case of the crime of theft which is an example/case study in the Bantul Police Region in fact cannot be carried out in general (generalization), this is seen from the factor, namely the losses suffered by the victims. Comparison of cases in BP/…/VIII/2020/RESKRIM and BP/…/III/2020/RESKRIM, both efforts were made to resolve restorative justice but some were completed and some were continued, because essentially a case (case) is not necessarily the same exactly. There is also a disparity in the application of restorative justice based on S.E. National Police Chief with Supreme Court Regulation 2 of 2012.

Indonesia's democratic life in the 2024 elections is characterized by complex dynamics, such as demonstrations against the alleged constitutional disobedience by the Baleg DPR and the empty box phenomenon in 37 regions. This indicates the degradation of the quality of democracy, where political parties that should be a forum for political education are instead shackled by the hegemony of fat coalitions, ignoring the function of regeneration. This normative juridical research uses statutory and conceptual approaches, with qualitative data analysis, concluding that parties fail to optimize their strategic role in democracy. The empty box phenomenon reflects the pragmatism of political parties that are trapped in the comfort zone of coalitions, even losing the basic philosophy of their establishment. The implications include election budget inefficiency, inhibition of regional strategic programs due to risk-averse acting regional heads, and threats to the quality of development. To restore democracy, the author proposes: (1) limiting political party coalitions, (2) reformulating the requirements for independent pathways in regional elections, and (3) preventing power domination in order to create a competitive democratic ecosystem with integrity.
