Abstract

The Building in situations and conditions until now there are still some that have experienced partial or complete collapse due to several causes, namely natural disasters, converted building functions that cause undue pressure / load, or structural failures or errors. In this regard, it is desirable that there will be a reliability check on the building. The building studied in this study is the Rectorate Building of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. In this case, to evaluate the reliability of the Building, an analysis was carried out with interviews and questionnaires with interview samples, namely 14 speakers and questionnaires, namely 34 respondents. In this study using descriptive research methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Factors that affect the reliability of the rectorate building of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar include architecture, structure, utility and fire protection, accessibility, building arrangements and the environment. The results of the evaluation of the level of reliability of this building include architecture, namely 87% which includes less reliable (75 - < 95%), structures which are 96% which include reliable (95 - 100%), utilities and fire protection which are 86% which include unreliable (< 95 %), accessibility which is 82% which includes less reliable (75 - < 95%), and building and environmental arrangements which are 57% which include unreliable (< 75%). The total reliability value is 82% where the building of the Rectorate Building of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar is less reliable (75 - < 95%)

Abstract

Analisis life cycle cost (LCC) merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan biaya awal dan biaya masa depan dalam melakukan investasi sebuah proyek. Metode ini digunakan untuk menganalisis nilai ekonomi dari sebuah bangunan dengan memperhatikan biaya pengoperasian bangunan selama siklus hidup. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian mengenai analisis life cycle cost untuk mengetahui biaya- biaya apa saja yang terdapat dalam Proyek Pembangunan Cendana Residence dan untuk dapat mengetahui berapa besar biaya yang dikeluarkan mulai dari tahapan desain sampai dengan umur rencana bangunan yang sudah ditetapkan. Data yang dipakai adalah Gambar Rencana, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dari proyek dan studi literatur yang mendukung penelitian. Estimasi biaya penggantian dan perbaikan dimasa yang akan datang dihitung pada pengeluaran sekarang (present value), dengan umur ekonomi bangunan selama 40 tahun, dengan asumsi bunga 12%, asumsi tingkat inflasi 5,94%. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada Pekerjaan Kusen Kayu dan Aluminium, serta daun pintu ex. Kamper memiliki life cycle cost adalah sebesar Rp. 884.438.107,34. Pekerjaan dinding memiliki life cycle cost adalah sebesar Rp. 533.970.576,80. Kemudian Pekerjaan Penutup Lantai memiliki life cycle cost adalah sebesar Rp.710.747.142,05.Dan pada Pekerjaan Atap memiliki life cycle cost adalah sebesar Rp. 316.731.614,50.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan lingkungan yang ada saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri merupakan dampak dari kepentingan pembangunan akibat pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan akan ruang. Tidak terkontrolnya peningkatan jumlah timbulan sampah berkorelasi dengan produksi sampah baik sampah rumah tangga, sampah industri maupun sampah lainnya yang berkaitan dengan berbagai kegiatan masyarakat. Penting dilakukan upaya menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam rangka penyehatan lingkungan. Salah satunya adalah dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah baik organik maupun anorganik melalui metode model Tecnology Transfer (TT), dan penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Pengelolaan sampah organik dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pupuk organik cair dikenal dengan mikroorganisme lokal (MoL), sedangkan untuk sampah anorganik dapat dilakukan pemilahan yang akan memberikan keuntungan ganda yaitu berkurangnya beban lingkungan akibat sampah dan bisa menjadi berkah bagi masyarakat karena dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam hal financial.Kata kunci: sampah, pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesehatan lingkungan, berkahABSTRACTThe current environmental problems, indeed, is considered as the impact of development interests due to increase in population and the need for space. The uncontrolled raise in amount of waste correlates with either production of household, industrial, or other kind of waste related to various activities done by society. It is important to make efforts to find the right solution in the context of environmental health. One of them is by empowering the community in both organik and inorganik waste management through the Technology Transfer (TT) model, and the application of Effective Technology (ET). Management of organik waste, seen as the products, can be used as liquid organik fertilizer known as local microorganisms (Mikroorganisme Lokal; MoL), while for inorganik waste sorting, in result, will either provide a dual advantage of reducing environmental burden due to waste or being an advantage for the community for providing add-value in financial terms.Keywords: garbage, community empowerment, environmental health, advantage

Abstract

ABSTRAKUKM dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Aris Handycraft yang mempunyai kegiatan di bidang kerajinan photo album yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan yang alami. Hasil observasi ternyata Aris Handycraft mempunyai beberapa permasalahan yaitu permasalahan produksi mencangkup permasalahan bahan baku, ruang kerja dan gudang, masalah teknologi dan masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Permasalahan kedua adalah permasalahan pemasaran yang mencakup ruang lingkup pemasaran yang masih sempit dan pemanfaatan lokasi penjualan. Permasalahan ketiga adalah dalam aspek manajemen. Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk permasalahan produksi adalah 1) membantu mencari supplier untuk pengadaan bahan baku yang berkesinambungan, 2) membuat ruang kerja tambahan yang disipakan untuk menjadi tempat bekerja sekaligus tempat penyimpanan, memberikan meja kerja dan renovasi ruangan, 3) mengadakan mesin potong, mesin bor dan staples duduk, 4) masalah kesehatan diatasi dengan memberikan paket P3K, selop tangan dan masker. Untuk permasalahan pemasaran maka solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan memberikan etalase kaca, neon box dan website pemasaran, Solusi permasalahan ketiga adalah membantu pengerajin dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana.Kata Kunci: UKM, Album Photo KreatifABSTRACTUKM in this activity is Aris Handicraft, which has activities in the field of craft photo albums made from natural ingredients. The results of the observation turned out that Aris Handycraft had several problems, namely the production problems involving the problems of raw materials, work space and warehouses, technological problems and occupational health and safety problems. The second problem is the marketing problem that covers the narrow scope of marketing and the use of sales locations. The third problem is in the management aspect. The solutions provided for production problems are 1) helping to find suppliers for the supply of sustainable raw materials, 2) making additional workspaces which are prepared to work as well as storage areas, providing work desks and room renovations, 3) holding cutting machines, machines sitting drill and staples, 4) health problems are overcome by giving first aid packages, hand slippers and masks. For marketing problems, the solution given is to provide glass window displays, neon boxes and website marketing. The third problem solution is to help craftsmen in carrying out simple financial records.Keyword: small bussiness, Creative Photo Album

Abstract

ABSTRAKUKM dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Durya Keramik dan Mika Keramik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan tim ternyata kedua UKM tersebut memiliki keberlanjutan usaha yang sangat menjanjikan dan membutuhkan pembinaan dan pendampingan. Permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan pada kedua mitra yaitu 1) Peralatan dalam proses produksi masih tradisional dan banyak peralatan yang rusak dan; 2) Dalam tahapan produksi belum menerapkan sesuai standard operation procedur (SOP); dan 3) Tidak memperhatikan kesehatan dan kebersihan dalam bekerja; 4) Belum memiliki katalog dan website. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada kedua mitra yaitu 1) Peremajaan peralatan dengan melakukan pembelian peralatan berupa mesin putar listrik dan plat oven; 2) Penerapan standard operation procedur (SOP); dan 3) Pengadaan masker dan apron (celemek) bagi pekerja; 4) Pembuatan katalog dan website. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat membantu UKM untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas dari usaha tersebut.Kata Kunci: UKM, Keramik, Ekspor, Pembinaan, PendampinganABSTRACTUKM in this activity are Durya Keramik and Mika Keramik. Based on the observations made by the team, the two UKM have a very promising business continuity and require guidance and assistance. Problems that will be resolved in both partners are 1) Equipment in the production process is still traditional and many equipment is damaged and; 2) In the production stage, it has not applied according to the standard operation procedure (SOP); and 3) Not paying attention to health and cleanliness at work; 4) Don't have a catalog and website. The solutions offered to both partners are 1) Rejuvenation of equipment by purchasing equipment in the form of electric rotary machines and oven plates; 2) Implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP); and 3) Procurement of masks and aprons for workers; 4) Making catalogs and websites. Abstract

Pada suatu proyek konstruksi, permasalahan merupakan sesuatu yang kerap terjadi. Terutama pada tahap pelaksanaan dimana permasalahan merupakan sesuatu yang sulit untuk dihindari yang berakibat pada tidak sesuainya pelaksanaan dengan rencana yang telah di rancang sebelumnya. Pada studi kasus Pembangunan Gedung Lt.III (6 RKB, Tangga) SDN 2 Panjer, berdasarkan pengamatan dan pengawasan penulis serta data Time Schedule Rencana dengan Time Schedule Realisasi yang bersumber dari laporan mingguan ditemukan perbedaan waktu realisasi dengan rencana, dimana realisasi mengalami keterlambatan. Dalam mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut perlu dilakukan percepatan waktu penyelesaian dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off serta melakukan analisis terkait seberapa besar pengaruh percepatan waktu penyelesaian terhadap biaya pelaksanaan dengan memanfaatkan program Microsoft Project. Adapun data-data yang digunakan diperoleh dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan mengajukan permohonan permintaan data kepada pihak Kontraktor. Dari proses pengolahan data pada Microsoft Project hasil waktu percepatan yaitu selama 5 (hari) lebih cepat dari Time Schedule Rencana dengan biaya percepatan senilai Rp 17.996.167 (Tujuh Belas Juta Sembilan Ratus Sembilan Puluh Enam Ribu Seratus Enam Puluh Tujuh Rupiah) atau 0,85% dari nilai real cost. Kata kunci: Keterlambatan, Time Cost Trade Off, Microsoft Project.

Abstract

In project construction, problems during the implementation phase are unavoidable, resulting in non-compliance with the previously designed plan. In the case study of the construction of the Laguna Resort and Spa Nusa Dua hotel, based on the author's observations, data from the Planned Time Schedule and Realization Time Schedule found differences in the realization time with the plan, where the realization was delayed. In overcoming the delay, it is necessary to accelerate the completion time by accelerating the implementation time and conducting an analysis regarding how much influence the acceleration of completion time has by utilizing the Microsoft Project program. The data used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely by submitting a request for data to the Contractor. From processing the data and conducting 3 experiments on Microsoft Project, the authors chose the second experiment, namely by accelerating the Millwork sub-bill by reducing the average work duration of 1 working day. Activities that experience acceleration are as many as 26 work items including 8 work items on the 1st floor, 6 items on the 2nd floor, 6 items on the 3rd floor, and 6 items on the 4th floor. The results of the accelerated time are 5 (days) according to the time plan schedule

Abstract

Ongoing construction projects using material resources and equipment can harm environmental conditions. Thus, it requires high awareness and willingness to maintain the environment in construction project management. Green construction is explained as an effort or strategy for managing construction activities, including the use of resources that are efficient and environmentally friendly so that they can support a sustainable movement. This research aims to discover the causes of obstacles in implementing green construction in the Gianyar Market development project. The method used is qualitative, with interviews with 28 respondents involved in the construction process of the Gianyar Market development. From the results of the study, it was found that the constraints experienced by contractors in the implementation of Greem construction included (1) Human Resources, (2) Materials or Material Resources, (3) Facilities and Infrastructure, and (4) Costs. These constraints are caused by several factors, namely (1) Lack of understanding, (2) Requiring particular experts, (3) Need to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure, and (4) Readiness of the budget. From these results, it is possible to evaluate and increase the quantity and quality of the facilities and infrastructure owned to support the implementation of green construction, as well as coordinate with Experts who understand green construction well.

Abstract

The growing demand for and competition for construction services requires construction service providers to provide materials and equipment on time. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar with contractors who have 7 sub-classifications of work. By distributing questionnaires to 16 contractors in Denpasar city companies with the benchmarks used are organizational structure, adequate systems and procedures and sound practices in carrying out tasks. This research used descriptive method and infrensia method. With the results of data analysis based on organizational structure benchmarks, adequate results were obtained, while for document recording, systems of authority and procedures, and healthy work practices, adequate results were obtained. So the existing system of a construction service contractor company located in the Denpasar City area needs to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an organizational structure that separates functional responsibilities.

Abstract

cost and time planning and control are part of overall construction project management. The cost and time used in completing a job are continuously measured against the plan. Significant deviations in cost and time indicate poor project management. In the implementation of the construction project for the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University, a delay of 34.15% in project realization progress was observed in the 13th week, while the planned progress was 38.14% in the 13th week. Earned Value Management (EVM) is a control method used to manage project costs and schedules in an integrated manner. This method provides information on project performance in terms of cost and time for a reporting period and provides projections of the costs and time required to complete the project. The results of the analysis show the values for Actual Cost Work Performed (ACWP) as Rp. 13,522,731,641, Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule (BCWS) as Rp. 9,224,298,540, and Budgeted Cost Work Performance (BCWP) as Rp. 8,260,099,464. The average CPI value of 1.30>1 indicates that the project performance is better than planned, while the average SPI value of 0.99<1 means that the project is running behind the scheduled plan. The analysis results for the project completion projections are as follows: Estimate Temporary Cost (ETC) is Rp. 12,223,343,210, Estimate All Cost (EAC) is Rp. 25,746,074,851, Estimate Temporary Schedule (ETS) is 48 days, and Estimate All Schedule (EAS) is 139 days.
