Abstract

Indonesia with its vast number of coal resources and natural resources exploitation and mining operational activities are expected to bring economic impacts both in terms of infrastructure, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), employment, etc., which is in line with the concept of business ethics and the essence of rights and duties in society. Yet, many problems that are supposed to be solved with such potentials are not effectively reduced or diminished. Government regulation states that companies are required to develop community development and empowerment programs in the vicinity of the mining area which must first be consulted with the local government and communities, where they can propose a program. Those are prioritized to the surrounding communities that are directly affected by mining activities, regardless of administrative boundaries of the district area. This research was conducted through observation, interviews, reports, and papers from coal mining companies and related institutions on action planning research methods which then focused on analysing the development of mining in Aceh, where the hypothesis that emerged is regarding the possibility to combine mining, forestry products, plantation, poultry, and fishery in the coal mining concession area in Aceh to reduce the negative impact. Collaboration with the local community can be utilized for village development and construction of mining company’s needs, along with the potential to produce additional profits for both parties. Hence, this could serve as a solution to illegal logging and mining as well as land burning and conflicts, through the system of cooperation and profit sharing. Additional programs on health, education and infrastructure that are based on surveys and research produce appropriate results according to the root of the problem and actual needs, which the community may not have previously realized.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko yang komprehensif, termasuk pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan, menjadi kunci penting bagi PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum (ASH), perusahaan pertanian dan agribisnis di Indonesia, untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko guna menjaga kelangsungan operasional dan memanfaatkan peluang di sektor yang kompetitif. Metodologi Penelitian dalam studi ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan sistem termasuk wawancara dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen risiko sesuai dengan ISO 31000:2018. Menjelaskan proses penilaian risiko, termasuk identifikasi risiko, analisis, dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah PT ASH telah menjalankan proses manajemen risiko yang cermat, membagi risiko menjadi internal dan eksternal, serta memberikan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami pengantar masalah dan urgensi terkait dengan usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati yang dijalankan oleh PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman tentang potensi keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data historis perusahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh data keuangan dan investasi PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum, dan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan pengumpulan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis kelayakan investasi melibatkan perhitungan Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Sementara itu, analisis kinerja keuangan dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi rasio-rasio keuangan seperti Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati di PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum memiliki kelayakan investasi yang positif, serta kinerja keuangan yang stabil. Rekomendasi praktis yang dapat diambil adalah perusahaan dapat melanjutkan dan mengembangkan usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati ini dengan strategi yang tepat. Rekomendasi teoritis meliputi pentingnya menerapkan analisis kelayakan investasi dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis untuk memitigasi risiko dan memaksimalkan profitabilitas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi proses manajemen risiko beserta sumber risiko, melakukan penilaian terhadap risiko yang kemungkinan muncul dan melakukan analisa terhadap strategi yang akan dilakukan dalam perencanaan Bank Digital Dex Junior untuk menangani ataupun mengelola risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan proses manajemen risiko (ISO 31000:2018) yaitu identifikasi risiko dan perancangan kerangka risiko. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah mengumpulkan data, mengamati, manganalisa serta mengevaluasi hasil dari kegiatan ini untuk dapat memprediksi kemungkinan dan dampak risiko yang terjadi selama usaha berlangsung sehingga bisa dijadikan pedoman dalam menentukan langkah selanjutnya untuk mengevaluasi hambatan dan ancaman yang dikelompokan sesuai skalanya. Dalam penyebaran kuesioner populasi dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang ingin mempunyai tabuungan untuk anak mereka yang belum memiliki KTP sehingga belum bisa membuka rekening sendiri. Manajemen resiko diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinan resiko yang ada saat usaha berjalan dan melindungi dari dalam melakukan mitigasi atau pelacakan sumber-sumber yang berpotensi mengancam tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Fungsi lainnya untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, serta mengendalikan kegiatan perusahan yang dilakukan manajemen agar memperoleh efektivitas dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini penting untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya karena akan membantu perusahaan tetap stabil dan bahkan lebih baik dalam kinerjanya.The aim of this research is to identify the risk management process and sources of risk, assess risks that may arise and analyze the strategies that will be carried out in planning Dex Junior Digital Bank to handle or manage risks that may occur. This research was carried out in accordance with the risk management process (ISO 31000:2018), namely risk identification and risk framework design. The method used in this activity is collecting data, observing, analyzing and evaluating the results of this activity to be able to predict the possibility and impact of risks that occur during the business so that it can be used as a guide in determining the next steps to evaluate obstacles and threats grouped according to their scale. In distributing questionnaires, the population of this study were parents who wanted to have savings for their children who did not have ID cards so they could not open their own accounts. Risk management is needed to identify possible risks that exist when a business is running and protect against it by mitigating or tracking sources that have the potential to threaten the achievement of company goals. Another function is to find out, analyze and control company activities carried out by management in order to obtain higher effectiveness and efficiency. This research is important to maintain business continuity because it will help the company remain stable and even better in its performance.

Abstract

PT Bhakti Lelang Indonesia (BIDKU) is an entity in the automotive auction industry with a special plan to hold auctions for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, which is planned to be established in 2025. BIDKU aims to build a reputation as one of the leading auction houses in Indonesia. As a major player in the automotive auction industry, BIDKU regularly holds auctions that provide opportunities for various parties, including companies and individuals, to participate in the auction process. BIDKU provides a platform that ensures easy and safe access to purchase quality vehicles at competitive prices. The transparent and professional auction process ensures a satisfying experience for each participant, with a commitment to maintaining integrity and ethics at every stage of the auction, thus building customer trust. With branch locations spread throughout Indonesia and two regional offices in Tangerang for Western Indonesia and Surabaya for Eastern Indonesia, BIDKU plans to hold auctions regularly in various regions, facilitating participation for buyers and sellers in both online and hybrid formats. Abstract

This study uses relationship quality as a mediating variable to examine how customers experience participation intention, loyalty, and purchase intention on Shopee for skincare items. Through an online survey, a 4-point Likert scale was used to gather primary data from citizens of Jakarta and Tangerang, aged 18 to 36. The findings demonstrate that satisfying interactions on Shopee social media considerably improve participation, loyalty, and intention to buy, while the quality of relationships increases consumer engagement. This study highlights the significance of personal connections, loyalty intention, and interactive content creation in increasing skincare sales. These implications are important to more successful e-commerce marketing methods, and more research is advised to include a larger sample and take into account other variables like promotions and customer reviews.

Abstract

The success of an organization is contingent on the commitments and outcomes of human resource management, which is able to transform employee development into an increase in the individual value of human capital (human capital) as an investment in company assets in a competitive labour market. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review to assess the human capital management strategies implemented by PT Energia Kopi Kreasindo in response to the evolution of human resources. When discussing HR governance, strategy, management, and human capital, leadership and human capital income factors should be considered. The study's findings indicate that there are a number of things that can be done to improve the management of employees, which will ultimately increase the productivity of the investment company's "employees"; preparation for the development of skills, knowledge, and competencies; and education to create superior human capital.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of travel patterns and regular tour packages as an effort to support the development of leading tourist destinations of Bima Bay in Bima City. The Bima Bay area has marine, cultural, and natural tourism potential that has not been fully utilized optimally within the framework of sustainable tourism development. This research uses a qualitative approach with exploratory descriptive methods, supported by SWOT analysis and field observations, as well as in-depth interviews with local tourism stakeholders, including business actors, local governments, and tourism communities. The results of the study show that the development of structured and scheduled regular travel patterns and tour packages can increase tourist visits and extend the length of stay in Bima City. The model developed includes the integration of tourist attractions around Bima Bay, such as Lawata Beach, Kambing Island, to traditional villages and snorkeling spots, which are packaged in the form of daily and weekly packages. In addition, the model considers aspects of sustainability, infrastructure readiness, and local community involvement. The main recommendation of this study is the need for synergy between the government, tourism actors, and the community in the implementation of the proposed model. Strengthening promotions, increasing the capacity of tourism human resources, and improving accessibility and supporting facilities are the keys to the successful development of Bima Bay as a leading tourist destination in the eastern region of Indonesia.

Abstract

The digital economy transformation has significantly increased the demand for flexible workspaces, particularly in Jakarta as a business hub. Coworking spaces are now perceived not merely as office alternatives but as strategic platforms supporting productivity, innovation, and collaboration. This study aims to develop an operational plan for PT. Infinity Workspace (IWS), a coworking space provider with three strategic locations in South, Central, and West Jakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study examines business establishment procedures, operational objectives, service design, quality management, and financial projections. The findings reveal that IWS implements phased operational strategies: short-term standardization, medium-term service improvement and technology integration, and long-term sustainable innovation. The service design emphasizes differentiation through modern interiors, app-based access, and a transparent service blueprint. Financially, detailed capital expenditure, pre-operational, and operational cost planning ensure efficiency and sustainability. By integrating location strategy, service quality, technology, and financial management, IWS is positioned as a competitive player in Jakarta’s coworking space industry.

Abstract

Hybrid and remote working models have become a major trend since the COVID-19 pandemic. This has created a growing demand for flexibility in the workplace. With the increasing demand for work flexibility, the growth of the startup economy, the adoption of hybrid work patterns, and the rising popularity and adoption of remote education, there is a significant opportunity for the establishment of Infinity Workspace (IWS) in Jakarta, which promises to become a reliable partner for professional workers, students, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and corporations, while contributing to a sustainable and innovative business ecosystem. Porter’s Five Forces Analysis is used by IWS to analyze and identify external factors that may influence the company. Subsequently, IWS conducts an analysis using the VRIO (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organized) framework to identify internal resources and capabilities that can serve as sources of competitive advantage for the company’s business sustainability. The Lean Canvas Model is also used by IWS to identify, eliminate, and minimize risks in product or business development. IWS provides flexible and innovative workspace solutions tailored to diverse user needs, targeting students and individuals, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), startups, medium to large-sized companies, and content creators/podcasters. Investment feasibility analysis is conducted as a measure to assess the prospects of an investment project in decision-making regarding whether to accept or reject an investment. The ROI calculation for Infinity Workspace is positive. This indicates that Infinity Workspace will generate significant profits and can sustain the investment. Furthermore, the NPV calculation yields an NPV > 0, meaning it is predicted to generate profits and Infinity Workspace is viable to operate. The Payback Period (PP) calculation results in 1.84 years, equivalent to 1 year and 10 months. The IRR is 92%, concluding that the investment can proceed. Risk management is structured based on the ISO 31000:2018 standard to address potential risk events that may occur in the operations of Infinity Workspace.
