Abstract

Indonesia with its vast number of coal resources and natural resources exploitation and mining operational activities are expected to bring economic impacts both in terms of infrastructure, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), employment, etc., which is in line with the concept of business ethics and the essence of rights and duties in society. Yet, many problems that are supposed to be solved with such potentials are not effectively reduced or diminished. Government regulation states that companies are required to develop community development and empowerment programs in the vicinity of the mining area which must first be consulted with the local government and communities, where they can propose a program. Those are prioritized to the surrounding communities that are directly affected by mining activities, regardless of administrative boundaries of the district area. This research was conducted through observation, interviews, reports, and papers from coal mining companies and related institutions on action planning research methods which then focused on analysing the development of mining in Aceh, where the hypothesis that emerged is regarding the possibility to combine mining, forestry products, plantation, poultry, and fishery in the coal mining concession area in Aceh to reduce the negative impact. Collaboration with the local community can be utilized for village development and construction of mining company’s needs, along with the potential to produce additional profits for both parties. Hence, this could serve as a solution to illegal logging and mining as well as land burning and conflicts, through the system of cooperation and profit sharing. Additional programs on health, education and infrastructure that are based on surveys and research produce appropriate results according to the root of the problem and actual needs, which the community may not have previously realized.

Abstract

Risk management is needed to identify possible risks that exist when the business is running and protect from mitigating or tracking sources that have the potential to threaten the achievement of company goals. Other functions are to identify, analyze, and control company activities carried out by management in order to obtain higher effectiveness and efficiency. In this service PT. Franchise Center Indonesia as a service company that will become a franchise and Business Opportunity (BO) information center, wants business people or MSMEs who already have quality products and good systems that are proven to be profitable and are known more widely by the target market who wants to buy a business. The method used in this activity is to collect data, observe, analyze and evaluate the results of this activity to be able to predict the possibility and impact of risks that occur during the business so that it can be used as a guide in determining the next steps to evaluate obstacles and threats grouped according to scale. This dedication and research activity is important to maintain the continuity of its business because it will help the company remain stable and even better in its performance. The existence of risk management requires companies to establish procedures for dealing with threats, minimizing their impact, and overcoming them so that companies can make better decisions about how to develop in the future.

Abstract

Proyeksi keuangan pada bisnis merupakan suatu rencana tertulis yang berisi tentang usaha yang akan dikelola, visi dan misi bisnis, entrepreneur dengan usahanya serta cara atau strategi yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Peramalan dan estimasi laporan keuangan  digunakan untuk melihat kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dari sisi kinerja dan posisi keuangannya. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membuat proyeksi keuangan rencana bisnis FCI dalam melihat kelayakan dengan membandingkan proyeksi pendapatan dan biaya sebagai penentu kelayakan suatu usaha. Metode penelitian ini adalah descriptive dengan menjabarkan estimasi data yang dikumpulkan dengan membuat proyeksi. Modal FCI berasal dari para pendiri yang akan digunakan untuk Capital Expenditure dan Operating Expenditure. Untuk memastikan estimasi perhitungan, semua proyeksi keuangan dibuat untuk waktu 5 tahun. Adanya perencanaan keuangan menjadikan sebuah bisnis yang akan dimulai mmiliki proyeksi dana keluar dan masuk untuk operasional dalam jangka waktu tertentu, sehingga meminimalisir terhentinya usaha karena kekurangan dana dan tidak memiliki dana cadangan.

Abstract

Human resource planning is an important process for companies to ensure the availability, skills, and quality of the workforce following the needs of the organization. This research aims to understand how PT Nahe Unggul Lestari identifies and plans for appropriate human resource needs and to evaluate the importance of human resource planning as a key asset that supports the company's success. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data in this study will be collected through interviews with company management, the human resources department, and relevant employees. In addition, secondary data such as financial reports and company planning documents will also be taken to support the analysis. The collected data will be analyzed thematically. The results show that human resource planning is one of the important factors that can determine the success of the company. The company PT Nahe Unggul Lestari has realized this and has implemented human resource planning as one of its priority assets. Human resource planning at PT Nahe Unggul Lestari has been carried out systematically and structured and has provided many benefits for the company.

Abstract

In the tourism and housing industry, the container villa rental business is gaining popularity as a unique and innovative residential alternative. This business offers a different stay experience by providing comfortable and stylish container villas. The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing and operational planning in the container villa rental company PT Nahe Unggul Lestari. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study as its research method. Data will be collected through interviews with company managers and related staff, as well as direct observation of operational processes and marketing promotions. The data that has been collected will be analyzed qualitatively using a thematic approach. The results show that marketing and operational planning in the villa container rental company has been carried out in a systematic and structured manner. This marketing and operational planning team is responsible for ensuring that the company has effective marketing and operational strategies to achieve its goals. The marketing and operational planning process at the villa container rental company is carried out by taking into account factors such as company needs, market needs, and the company's ability to pay.

Abstract

With industrial development and population growth in Indonesia, the demand for residential facilities such as container villages is increasing. Container village is a housing concept that uses used containers as residential units. This research aims to identify appropriate strategies for container rental companies in Indonesia to develop and utilize container villages. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out with a literature review. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in the formulation situation for strategic planning, the first step that must be done is to make the company's vision and mission first. We have done this in chapter 1 (one). The second step is to determine the objectives. For the purpose of researchers dividing into 3 (three) parts, namely short-term goals, medium-term goals and long-term goals. In the strategic planning process of PT Nahe Unggul Lestari starting from gather inputs, SWOT Analysis, Review Inputs, Strategic Matrix, Define Strategies and Final Reviews.

Abstract

The development of the tourism industry in Indonesia has presented new business opportunities, including in the field of container villa rental in mountainous areas. This business promises attractive potential, but is also faced with various challenges related to proper financial planning. This research aims to analyze and understand the financial planning strategies adopted by container villa rental companies in Indonesia's mountainous regions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data in this study was collected through in-depth interviews with relevant parties in the container villa rental company, including financial management and other decision makers. In addition, data is also collected through document studies, namely financial reports, budgets, and company business plans. The collected data will be analyzed with a qualitative approach. The results show that financial planning for container villa rental companies in the mountains in Indonesia needs to be done systematically and structured. Financial planning in villa container rental companies in the mountains includes financial goals and objectives, financial planning elements, financial projections, investment feasibility analysis, and financial performance analysis.

Abstract

In the villa container rental industry, risk is an integral part of business operations. Container villa rental companies need to ensure smooth and sustainable business continuity in the face of risks that may arise. The purpose of this study was to identify relevant risks in the business of a villa container rental company. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data will be collected through interviews with relevant parties in the villa container rental company, such as managers, employees, and other stakeholders. In addition, data will also be collected from documents related to risk management and business continuity. The collected data will be analyzed qualitatively using a thematic analysis approach. The results show that the rental of container villas in the mountains in Indonesia involves risks arising from uncertainties, such as variations in sales, operating costs, and operating leverage. Financial management can reduce risk by stabilizing these factors. In the container villa rental industry, risks include price, operational, and environmental competition, thus the need for risk management to identify and mitigate potential impacts.

Abstract

Manajemen operasional merupakan fungsi utama dalam pengelolaan suatu perusahaan. Manajemen operasi ini berkembang sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi dan munculnya inovasi-inovasi baru yang diterapkan dalam praktik bisnis. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan memandang dan menggunakan manajemen operasi sebagai alat strategis untuk bersaing. Manajemen operasional sangat diperlukan untuk melahirkan inovasi-inovasi baru dan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui segala kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perencanaan bank digital untuk anak (Dex Junior). Metode penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur terkait bank digital. Manajemen operasional yang baik akan membantu perusahaan mempersiapkan segala kebutuhannya. Manajemen operasional menjadi landasan bagi suatu perusahaan karena mendorong terciptanya strategi untuk bersaing dalam mencapai dan memperoleh tujuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan merancang strategi perencanaan optimalisasi keuangan di KLINIK MITHA Pre-Marriage Healthcare and Aesthetic. Klinik kesehatan dan estetika, seperti KLINIK MITHA, memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan dan perawatan estetika yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, manajemen keuangan yang efektif menjadi kunci untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan operasional mereka. Metode penelitian yang kami terapkan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan analisis menyeluruh terhadap struktur keuangan klinik. Kami berfokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya finansial, yang mencakup aspek pengelolaan kas, alokasi anggaran yang tepat, serta strategi investasi yang cerdas. Kami menganalisis data keuangan KLINIK MITHA selama beberapa tahun terakhir secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memahami dinamika dan tantangan yang mereka alami. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan optimalisasi keuangan yang efektif menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam konteks klinik kesehatan dan estetika. Pengelolaan kas yang efisien memastikan klinik dapat memenuhi kebutuhan operasional mereka dan tetap berkelanjutan. Alokasi anggaran yang tepat membantu memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya finansial, sementara strategi investasi yang cerdas dapat memberikan pengembalian investasi yang signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini sangat menekankan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan yang cermat dalam mencapai keberhasilan operasional dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang di sektor layanan kesehatan dan estetika. Temuan kami memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen klinik serupa yang sedang mencari cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi keuangan mereka dan mencapai tujuan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk strategi perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik di masa depan.
