Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penguasaan konsep dan hasil belajar biologi siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan di MTs Al-Muhajirin Bandar Sakti masih rendah. Guru cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah, dan buku sumber yang tersedia juga terbatas sehingga pada saat proses pembelajaran siswa kurang aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) terhadap penguasaan konsep IPA siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas VII MTs Al-Muhajirin Bandar Sakti Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan desain matching prettest-posttest contol group design. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VII D dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VII B. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembaran test hasil belajar siswa secara tertulis. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata penguasaan konsep kelas kontrol 84,83 dan kelas kontrol 76,61. Hasil uji t didapatkan thitung>ttabel yaitu 3,745>2,00 maka hipotesis diterima. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa kelas VII di MTs Al-Muhajirin Bandar Sakti Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara.

Abstract

Cafe Berkah Fitria Raffa in Talise Village is a culinary business that continues to grow by implementing various entrepreneurial strategies. Located on the beach, with a cool and comfortable atmosphere, making it a favorite place for visitors while enjoying the sea view. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial strategies implemented and the obstacles experienced by Cafe Berkah Fitria Raffa in Talise Village in running its business. The method used is a case study with a Qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research findings show that the success of the Cafe is supported by several strategies including maintaining the cleanliness of the place, providing friendly service, decorating the place, and providing a variety of menus including heavy meals, snacks, and drinks at affordable prices so that Cafe Berkah Fitria Raffa is always busy compared to other cafes around it. based on the results of the study, this business experiences several main obstacles, namely if there is rain and strong winds which cause the Cafe to be empty of visitors.

Abstract

This study examines the experiences and strategies of small business owners (MSMEs) in dealing with business challenges such as limited capital, fierce competition, and rising raw material prices, as a learning tool for entrepreneurial students. The background is based on the high failure rate of MSMEs due to a lack of adaptation, thus requiring practical studies to equip students with real skills. The purpose of this study is to identify effective MSME strategies to improve the business resilience of students. The method used is qualitative, with in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors on Jln. Biologis, Tondo Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City. The results indicate that the main strategies include being able to compete in marketing, product innovation, and maintaining the business, as well as viewing challenges as opportunities for business growth and development. The results of this study can be used as a basis for better development policies in supporting the growth and sustainability of SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the experiences, strategies, and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kalukubula Village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores three distinct types of MSMEs: Zahra Collection Store (clothing retail), Q.Box (food stall), and a local tailoring business. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of business activities. The findings reveal that MSME actors in this area encounter common challenges such as limited capital, restricted market access, and competition from outside products. However, they also implement various adaptive strategies, including leveraging social media for marketing, building customer loyalty through personalized service, and product development. This study contributes to understanding the dynamics of MSMEs in post-disaster areas and recommends the importance of government support in entrepreneurship training, financing access, and digital infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the origins, operational management, obstacles, and opportunities faced by Seven Green Fresh, a food and kitchen supplies business located in Palu City. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with the business owner. The findings reveal that this business has opportunities to grow through product innovation and digital marketing, but still faces weaknesses in financial management and unstable consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the product quality and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Batu City, East Java, and Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies, observations, and in-depth interviews with MSME actors, stakeholders, and relevant agencies in both regions. The results show that MSMEs in Batu City have advantages in terms of marketing access, tourism infrastructure support, and more established cross-sector collaboration. In contrast, MSMEs in Palu City demonstrate resilience in local product innovation and the potential for post-disaster tourism-based development. Both regions face similar challenges in terms of access to capital, digital technology adoption, and improving the quality of human resources. This study recommends the importance of strengthening the MSME ecosystem through improving product quality, expanding digital market access, and strategic collaboration between the government, business actors, and academics to increase MSME competitiveness at the national and global levels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sustainability strategies of Coffee Shop A’ROBI as a local MSME coffee business developing in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative research method, the study explores internal and external factors influencing A’ROBI’s growth amid the rising trend of coffee consumption following the city’s recovery from the 2018 disaster. The findings indicate that A’ROBI’s strengths lie in its consistent flavor quality, affordable pricing, strategic locations, and comfortable atmosphere. However, the business faces weaknesses such as limited menu variation and operational management challenges. Business opportunities arise from the increasing popularity of coffee culture and potential collaborations, while threats include intense competition and shifting consumer preferences. Overall, A’ROBI is able to maintain its business sustainability through continuous product innovation and improved management practices.
