Abstract

In this era of development, people are required to know and understand developments about the importance of existing technology. Technology makes it easy to help every human activity in the world of academia, builders and others, especially in the field of government. At present Hutaraja Village still uses a manual system which in the end the community cannot obtain the information needed at any time, so much information is not yet known. And activities to carry out data management processes, such as population data collection, and social assistance (social assistance) are still manualized using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. So it is hoped that Hutaraja Village will use a web-based information system with the aim of making it easier for the community to get the information they need at any time connected to the internet and to make it easier for village officials to manage population data. By using several research methods, namely system design and analysis. With the implementation of an information system in Hutaraja Village, the delivery of information from the village to the community will be more effective.

Abstract

Currently, many transactions for ordering and paying for bus tickets are done manually, and it is common for confusion and errors to occur during the process. Therefore, an information system for ordering and paying for bus tickets is needed that is designed to make it easier for the administration to provide and provide better service to prospective passengers. The purpose of developing this system is to create a Bus Ticket Ordering and Payment Information System that is practical and easy to use and can easily provide the data needed. With these reasons, the authors wish to create a system regarding ordering and paying for bus tickets that is built using information technology (web-based).

Abstract

Inventory of goods is goods available in a shop or trading company for sale and purchase to meet consumer demand. However, the inventory of goods must be checked periodically so that there is no stock shortage of the goods. This will make the form of service to consumers worse. So making decisions regarding stock of goods becomes difficult because information regarding the availability of goods is not provided quickly and accurately. The aim of this research is to answer the above problems that UD still faces. Minang Traditional Home Snacks. UD. Minang Traditional House Snacks is a trading business that sells various snacks. There is a need for a web-based application to be able to manage the supply of these snacks. The results and conclusions of this research are that this application can operate regarding purchases (incoming goods) and sales (outgoing goods) in providing this stock. This results in an inventory card containing information on purchase transactions, sales expenses and inventory in the form of a report that can be printed. With this application, it becomes easier for the owner to run his trading business, especially managing snack supplies, compared to not using the application.

Abstract

Kutamale Village is an area that provides sales facilities for dayang sports crafts located in Kutamale Village. The sales system in Kutamale Village is still carried out manually, namely by visiting Kutamale Village directly. The aim of this research is to make it easier for customers to purchase bodyang handicrafts without having to come directly to Kutamale Village, so in this research a website will be created to make it easier for customers to make purchases online. Programming tools were used to build the Kutamale Village sales website, built using Sublime Open Resources based on HTML, PHP and MySQL database. With a web-based sales system, all transactions can be carried out more easily without being limited by distance or time. This sales information system was provided to Kutamale Village to become a sales promotion media to increase Kutamale Village's income and make it easier to create detailed and detailed sales reports. The research results show that a web-based sales system will make sales transactions and business processes easier.

Abstract

This study examines the LSTM-based model for processing spam in text data. Spam poses several dangers and risks, both for individuals and organizations. Spam can be a nuisance that hampers both individual and organizational productivity. Much spam contains fraudulent or phishing attempts to obtain sensitive information. Spam detection using deep learning involves the utilization of algorithms and deep neural network models to accurately classify messages as either spam or not spam. Typically, spam detection systems use a combination of these methods to improve the accuracy of identifying spam messages. This study applies the Bi-LSTM deep learning model to sequentially process text (sequencing). The performance of the model is determined based on the loss and accuracy. The data used are the Spam SMS and Spam Email datasets. The test results show that the Bi-LSTM model demonstrates better performance on all tested datasets. Bi-LSTM is able to capture textual patterns from both the context and the text itself, as it can combine information from both directions. The test results prove that the Bi-LSTM model is more effective in text comprehension. So we need to use Snort to maintain network security. Snort is a useful software for observing activity in a computer network. Snort can be used as a lightweight Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS). Detection is carried out based on the rules that have been described by the administrator in the directory rules contained in the configuration file. Snort can analyze real time alerts, where the mechanism for entering alerts can be in the form of a user syslog, file or through a database. So we can detect attacks on computer networks early.

Abstract

This community service activity is an implementation of the tridharma of higher education to provide knowledge to students of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara, especially class XI students majoring in network computer engineering (TKJ). The material provided is router configuration and virtual LAN, this material is useful for participants, because it is one of the topics in the competency exam. This service activity starts from the preparation stage carried out by the team and is carried out on June 20, 2023 in the computer laboratory of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara. This service activity was carried out in collaboration with the Program Studi D3 Manajemen Informatika dan Komputerisasi Akuntansi with SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many corporate agencies that do not use computerized systems, the same goes for PT. Damai Alam Sejahtera Lobu Siregar, Siborong-borong District. Financial System at PT. The existing Peace of Alam Sejahtera Lobu Sigerar is no longer in accordance with current developments, so it is still not well structured. Especially for financial systems, in this system what is processed is income, expenditure and report data. Systems can be defined in two groups of approaches, the first system approach places more emphasis on procedures, the second system approach places more emphasis on elements or components. The problem currently occurring is the slow processing of data, the reports produced must go through unstructured data collection. In the information system to fulfill this task, we will explain how to design a web-based financial information system. In designing this system, Entity Relational Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams are used, while data collection uses observation, interviews, and literature studies. This website was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. It is hoped that this application system will further help Admin performance in PT finance. Peace Alam Sejahtera Lobu Siregar has become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat is a junior high school located on JL. Simpang Empat, Ndokum Siroga, Berastagi, Karo Regency. At the current library of SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat, it is still done conventionally, namely data handling is still done by way of copying books, which invites data input, which takes a long time and cannot be opened easily and quickly. Therefore, with the existence of a digital library information system that intends to deal with the problems seen in SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat, in paying attention to these problems, a system that can process data in the library is needed. The programming languages ​​used are: PHP and MYSQL Database. The existence of a digital library information system at SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat can make it easier for students to find books quickly and easily and save time, save energy, save space, save costs in obtaining information.

Abstract

The Ujung Saribu Village Office is a government agency located in the Pamatang Silimahuta sub-district, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. In this day and age, the internet has become a necessity that we must fulfill. Through this media, we can get and deliver various data needed anytime and anywhere. Based on observations and interviews, the population data collection system that runs at the Ujung Saribu Village office is still conventional, namely village officials visit people's homes in Ujung Saribu Village to collect data so it takes a long time. The purpose of this research is to assist village officials in the population data collection process and assist the village community in obtaining the required data and information. To produce a village population data collection system that can provide storage and reports quickly and accurately. This website was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and tested using black box testing. With the design of the village website, it is hoped that it can assist village officials in entering population data, so that the risk of errors in entering data can be reduced.

Abstract

The Design and Information System of Report Card Grades at SMA Free Methodist is a research project aimed at developing an efficient and reliable information system for designing report card grades at SMA Free Methodist School. This information system is designed to automate the process of designing report card grades, which was previously done manually, thus saving time and effort for teachers in preparing and issuing report card grades, instead of using Microsoft Excel. The research methods employed in this study include literature review, data collection, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The research also involves the participation of teachers as respondents to evaluate the system's performance and provide feedback regarding desired features. The results of this research project yield a report card grade design information system that can assist teachers in efficiently and accurately preparing and issuing report card grades. The system incorporates features such as student data management, attendance tracking, extracurricular activities, class teacher notes, student self-descriptions, and report card printing. Additionally, the system is equipped with security features that ensure only authorized users (teachers) can access and modify the data.
