The data-management information system of supply goods played a significant role in running a business. This system is used to input inventory data into the database so there are no internal errors in input, output and report creation based on data that desirable. But in the UD. Pelawi had not been able to supply computerized supply management systems and therefore had not been able to control the available supply of goods. What goes in and out is recorded by the employee using the supply book. This was done by the attendant by hand with the inventory book, so the record was often misplaced. That would create some of the problems, such as wasted time and heavy paper sheets, would result in hard-finding data. There has been no encoding of the item which suggests the item entered first. Therefore in compiling this final assignment the writer took the FIFO method on the UD. Pelawi's supply research. Which through this method will create a useful code for figuring out which goes first in the cellar, which will be sold in order to maintain the quality of the item. It is also hoped that it will enable better company activities and data storage so that better research and report making processes are more effective and efficient.

Lumban Pea Timur is one of the villages in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. Village development is currently inseparable from the support of information technology, almost every village requires information technology to improve services to the community. The process of conveying information by the village to the resident, namely from the sub-district head to the village head reaches the resident. Processes like this often lead to inaccurate information. All existing regional potentials must be disseminated to show their superiority. Each district has an area called a sub-district and village. The rapid development of the world of communication technology has had a tremendous impact on the pattern of people’s lives. Information systems have made people’s lives dynamic and fast. With the facilities provided, encourages people to take advantage of information and communication technology to assist in their daily activities. The village government of Lumban Pea does not yet have a website address. This has resulted in information owned by the village that cannot be accessed by the wider community, causing this village to be very left behind. In this increasingly advanced technological era, a website-based information system can be implemented in East Lumban Pea village to overcome the above constraints. With the existence of a village information system, the community can directly access the various kinds of information presented. Likewise, village leaders can directly provide or update information related to the village they are fostering. All forms of information regarding population management can be accessed on the village information system page.

Salah satu teknik dalam Data Mining yaitu clustering. Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data atau objek ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin dan berbeda dengan objek dalam cluster yang lainnya. K-means mempunyai kemampuan mengelompokkan data dalam jumlah yang cukup besar dengan waktu komputasi yang relatif cepat dan efisien. Namun, K-means mempunyai mempunyai kelemahan yang diakibatkan oleh penentuan pusat awal cluster. Hasil cluster yang terbentuk dari metode K-means ini sangatlah tergantung pada inisiasi nilai pusat awal cluster yang diberikan.Ini menyebabkan hasil clusternya berupa solusi yang sifatnya local optimal. Penelitian ini melakukan pencarian pusat cluster yang paling optimum berbasis Sum Of Squared Error (SSE), diharapkan pusat cluster yang diperoleh nantinya akan menghasilkan cluster - cluster, dimana antar anggota cluster memiliki tingkat kemiripan yang tinggi. Perbaikan performa cluster K-Means akan diterapkan pada Analisis Penilaian Online Customer Review dan Rating pada Online Marketplace.

This community service activity is an implementation of the tridharma of higher education to provide knowledge to students of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara, especially class XI students majoring in network computer engineering (TKJ). The material provided is router configuration and virtual LAN, this material is useful for participants, because it is one of the topics in the competency exam. This service activity starts from the preparation stage carried out by the team and is carried out on June 20, 2023 in the computer laboratory of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara. This service activity was carried out in collaboration with the Program Studi D3 Manajemen Informatika dan Komputerisasi Akuntansi with SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara.

This study examines the LSTM-based model for processing spam in text data. Spam poses several dangers and risks, both for individuals and organizations. Spam can be a nuisance that hampers both individual and organizational productivity. Much spam contains fraudulent or phishing attempts to obtain sensitive information. Spam detection using deep learning involves the utilization of algorithms and deep neural network models to accurately classify messages as either spam or not spam. Typically, spam detection systems use a combination of these methods to improve the accuracy of identifying spam messages. This study applies the Bi-LSTM deep learning model to sequentially process text (sequencing). The performance of the model is determined based on the loss and accuracy. The data used are the Spam SMS and Spam Email datasets. The test results show that the Bi-LSTM model demonstrates better performance on all tested datasets. Bi-LSTM is able to capture textual patterns from both the context and the text itself, as it can combine information from both directions. The test results prove that the Bi-LSTM model is more effective in text comprehension. So we need to use Snort to maintain network security. Snort is a useful software for observing activity in a computer network. Snort can be used as a lightweight Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS). Detection is carried out based on the rules that have been described by the administrator in the directory rules contained in the configuration file. Snort can analyze real time alerts, where the mechanism for entering alerts can be in the form of a user syslog, file or through a database. So we can detect attacks on computer networks early.

Dolok Masihul District is one of the districts in Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. In delivering public services, Dolok Masihul District still uses a manual system for handling public complaints. This results in a lack of transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in the complaint handling process. Therefore, a community complaint information system is needed to facilitate the process of submitting, monitoring, and reporting complaints. This research aims to design and build a community complaint information system for Dolok Masihul District. The information system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The outcome of this research is a community complaint information system that can receive complaints, monitor the status of complaints, and generate complaint reports. System testing shows that the system operates effectively and meets user needs.

Mail archive management is an important part of supporting smooth administration in government agencies. However, manual archiving often causes various problems, such as delays in document retrieval, the risk of losing archives, and low work efficiency. This study aims to design a website-based document archiving information system for the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and literature study. The system design was carried out using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), database design, and user interface design. The results of the study show that the designed information system is capable of improving document storage security. Thus, this system is expected to support improved administrative performance within the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency.

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are strategic economic institutions. To support village economic independence, BUMDes operate in villages. However, most BUMDes still face big challenges in product marketing and financial record management, which are still done manually and use outdated methods. The purpose of this article is to explore how digital marketing systems and digital financial recording contribute to improving the performance and competitiveness of BUMDes. This study uses recent literature research (2020–2025) to analyze digital marketing strategies based on social media, websites, and e-commerce, as well as the implementation of digital-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) for BUMDes financial recording. The research results show that using digital technology increases sales volume, market reach, transparency, and accountability in managing BUMDes finances.Keywords: soft skills, tech leadership, vocational high school, industry readiness, community service. Samosir Regency, which is one of Indonesia's five Super Priority Destinations designated by the government and is part of the Lake Toba National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN), has a growing need for digitalization. Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Samosir have a great opportunity to drive the village tourism economy, but they can only succeed if supported by a digital marketing system that can promote local products and tourism potential to tourists. BUMDes in Samosir have a huge opportunity to become the driving force of the village tourism economy, but they can only succeed if backed by a digital marketing system that can promote local goods and tourism potential to both domestic and foreign tourists, as well as a clear and accountable financial recording system. The development of industries based on digital technology requires vocational high school (SMK) graduates not only to have technical competencies but also strong soft skills, particularly in technology leadership (tech leadership). Students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) need to be equipped with communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to be able to adapt and compete in a dynamic industrial world. This community service activity aims to improve the competencies of SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara students through Soft Skills Tech Leaders training as an effort to prepare them for the challenges of the workforce. The implementation methods include interactive workshops, group discussions, case study simulations, and learning reflections. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a tech leader and the importance of soft skills in managing technology projects. Participants showed high enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the training. This activity is expected to serve as a strategic step in supporting the readiness of the younger generation to face digital transformation and the demands of Industry 4.0.
