DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTIVE LEARNING IN BASIC SCHOOLSThis study aims to produce competency-based assessment instruments in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that are needed in learning subjects in elementary schools. This study uses a Research and Development (RD) approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, test, observation and limited circle discussion. The population in this study were teachers in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group, North Bogor District. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through construct validity using expert judgment and respondent validation. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that in general the assessment system in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group in North Bogor District can be categorized as good, including: (1) The antecedents aspect (assessment planning) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score based on the teacher's questionnaire of 2.93 from a maximum score of 4. (2) The aspects of transactions (assessment implementation) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score obtained based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 3.11 from a maximum score of 4. (3) The outcomes aspect (follow-up) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score acquisition based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 2.82 from a maximum score 4. The percentage of content / material validity of the instrument product is 93.45%, the percentage of the value of the validity of the instrument product design is 84.76%, very category. valid, the practicality percentage of the assessment instrument is very practical with an average value of 84.86%, the percentage of product practicality based on student responses is 82.74% with the practical category. This development research produces an instrument for assessing student learning outcomes in science learning that is valid and practical so that it can be used as a tool for evaluating or assessing student learning outcomes that is accurate in cognitive aspects. It is recommended for teachers to apply instrument products for assessment of student learning outcomes in each assessment process, such as during mid-semester and semester exams and other examinations periodically.

SUPERVISION PROCESS TO IMPROVE THE COMPETENCE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERSThis study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision by school principals in order to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in the city of Bogor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study was the principal of a public elementary school in the area of the Teacher Working Group Cluster 2, North Bogor City District. The result of this research is that the implementation of academic supervision by the principal to increase the competence of elementary school teachers has generally been carried out well. Although there are still some principals who are still not good at carrying out academic supervision for teachers. This can be seen from: a) Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of academic supervision carried out by school principals. b) Academic supervision program compiled and implemented by the principal c) The scope of academic supervision carried out by the principal to the teacher. d) Academic supervision techniques carried out by the principal of the teacher. e) Approach to academic supervision carried out by the principal to teachers. f) There are still many factors that hinder the implementation of academic supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to have a policy from the education office that requires elementary school principals to carry out academic supervision to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in the city of Bogor.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan judul peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru melalui pelatihan penerapan aplikasi microsoft sway sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. PKM dilaksanakan di SDN Dewi Sartika 2 Kota Bogor. Tujuannya antara lain : 1) memberikan solusi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra pada bidang pendidikan dan teknologi pada spekpembelajaran, 2) pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna berbasis aplikasi yang mudah digunakan oleh guru 3) pengembangan ilmu dan pengalaman dalam pembuatan multimedia yang diperlukan oleh peserta didik.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, kerjasama, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam pengabdian ini peserta memberikan respon yang cukup baik terhadap pelaksanaan PKM, yang ditunjukan dengan hasil kepuasan mencapai 99% serta merasakan pelatihan dan pendampingan bermanfaat bagi guru-guru di SDN Dewi Sartika 2 Kota Bogor

Sematically educational supervision is coaching in the form of guidance or guidance towards improving the educational situation in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning and learning in particular. In general, educational administration contains various purposes that are tailored to the field and science of administration, one of which is educational administration. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah sebagai salah satu sarana bacaan yang dapat menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, khususnya guru PAUD dan SD. Bagi seorang pengajar perlu mengetahui berbagai karakteristik media pembelajaran. Media merupakan sebuah sarana yang dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi aktifitas belajar, di mana media dapat diartikan sebagai perantara yang menghubungkan antara guru dengan siswa. Guru sebagai pengajar hendaknya mampu memilih media yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran. Media dapat mempengaruhi sikap, nilai emosi, dan mampu mengaktifkan siswa karena disertai dengan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan juga dapat membantu menggabungkan pengalaman belajar yang baru dengan yang sebelumnya. Media pembelajaran adalah alat komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran antara pengajar dan siswa. Media pembelajaran adalah semacam alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran, baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Adapun manfaat dari penggunaan suatu media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran dapat membangkitkan motivasi dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar dan bahkan membawa pengaruh-pengaruh psikologi terhadap siswa. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan seni rupa bagi guru PAUD/TK dan SD perlu ditingkatkan demi menunjang profesionalisme. Diantara beragam pengetahuan dan keterampilan seni rupa tersebut terdapat seni kolase. Sebenarnya seni kolase merupakan jenis karya seni rupa yang sering menjadi bagian dari proses kreasi guru. Namun kenyataannya, materi tersebut masih perlu dikembangkan sehingga pemahaman secara teoritis, apresiatif dan keterampilan dalam seni ini akan semakin meningkat. ABSTRAK Pengaruh Kebiasaan Membaca Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman, Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Pakuan Bogor, 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain dan model kausal. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V-A dan V-B Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dewi Sartika 2 Bogor Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 berjumlah 56 dengan sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Data Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likeart untuk variabel kebiasaan membaca dan variabel kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis statistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,92 yang berati tingkat pengaruh tergolong sangat kuat dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,667 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan taraf nyata 0,05 sebesar 2,021 yang berarti signifikan, sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 84%. Hal ini berarti kontribusi variabel Kebiasaan Membaca dalam meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman sebesar 84%, melalui persamaan regresi Y ̂=-54,04+1,3x. Artinya, ada pengaruh yang positif antara Kebiasaan Membaca terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman. Kata kunci : Kebiasaan Membaca, Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan membaca permulaan yang dialami oleh siswa kelas V SDN Bantarkemang 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V berinisial R, orang tua siswa dan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab kesulitan membaca yang dialami oleh peserta didik tidak dipengaruh oleh kondisi fisik dan keadaan sensori peserta didik, namun dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan peserta didik khususnya keluarga. Sehingga cara untuk mengatasi kesulitan membaca yang dialami peserta didik yaitu dengan terus diberikan bimbingan oleh guru dengan mengajarkan membaca tambahan sepulang sekolah.

This study aims to develop products and determine the feasibility of learning media for energy education applications based on smarts app creator on energy source material. The method used in this research is a research and development method known as Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research begins with analyzing the needs of students, then making a learning media design for the smarts app creator-based energy education application, then conducting expert validation and product revision. Research results from the validation of 88% media experts, 100% language experts and 96% material experts, show that the learning media for smarts app creator-based energy education applications are very feasible to use with an average percentage of 94%. At the implementation stage, 35 students gave a very good response to the smarts app creator-based energy education application used by obtaining an average percentage of 89% which means it is very feasible to use. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of learning media for energy education applications based on smarts app creator on the material of energy sources in daily life at Dayeuhluhur CBM Elementary School, Sukabumi City in class lV A at the end of the even semester of 2023/2024 is very feasible to use during the learning process.

Sumber belajar yang bervariatif dan menarik menjadi suatu upaya dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan Media Video Animasi berbasis aplikasi Visme serta menguji kelayakannya pada materi Indonesiaku Kaya Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas V SDN Pagelaran 3 Kabupaten Bogor yang terdiri 28 peserta didik, penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, penilaian angket dari ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi yang terdiri dari ahli materi dosen dan guru, serta angket respon peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa Media Video Animasi berbasis Visme memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 88% dari para ahli dan 93% dari respon peserta didik, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Media ini terbukti menarik perhatian peserta didik dan mempermudah pemahaman konsep melalui penyajian visual interaktif. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa media video animasi berbasis Visme dapat diterapkan tidak hanya pada materi tematik Indonesiaku Kaya Raya, tetapi juga pada pembelajaran lain yang membutuhkan visualisasi konsep abstrak. Selain itu, pengembangan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya inovasi media digital di pendidikan dasar, khususnya dalam mendukung penerapan pembelajaran abad ke-21.
